So when my dog decided to pee in the same spot as most of her accidents I was fed up and booked Eco Clean yesterday to come out today, which was wild. The tech called me 20 minutes before they would be at my house and it was exactly the beginning of the 2 hour window they promised which was also wild. We walked around the house and pointed things out- he offered to do one single pillow for me so I didn't have to do the whole loveseat(there was just one spot). He was diligent at his job and super kind and very professional. I like that he told me his house is super clean so he likes getting other people's homes clean. I believe him. I think he really likes his job. Carpets, rugs, and couch nice and clean. Would 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely an incredible service!…read more We had our carpets cleaned yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team came in, did a thorough walk-through, and used a special light to show us all the hidden pet pee spots our little dogs had left. They recommended adding their specialized pet treatment alongside the standard cleaning and gave us a fantastic deal on the package, so we went for it. We had 3 bedrooms, dining, & living room carpets cleaned. The technicians Chris & Tho were friendly, fast, and remarkably detailed. I honestly didn't realize how poorly our personal carpet cleaner was working until I saw what a professional job looked like.. the air in our house immediately felt fresher!
