Poor communication and no show…read more I scheduled last week for 11 on Saturday. I called them at 1130 and they were like oh they should have showed up by now. The receptionist called them, and they said their machine broke and they were getting it fixed. They said they would offer me 10% off and I could either wait for them Saturday or be scheduled first thing Monday. I told them it was no problem, we would wait around on Saturday. He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. Monday comes and I called at 8 am before they opened and left a message to see if they would be there Monday morning. Then when they did open I called from 9-11 and it kept going straight to voicemail. I emailed them and they never responded two day. So I scheduled yesterday with Keystone and they came today. Keystone did an amazing job. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARPET CLEANING WITH ECO CLEAN!!!! I hired Roman from Eco Clean by referrance of my friend. I needed lots of work to be done on my carpets and sofas. Roman was timely, professional, friendly, affordable, and thorough - all the things I was looking for in a carpet cleaning service. First of all, he spent couple minutes to explain me technique of his craft and products he uses, I found him extremely honest person. He uses dry carpet cleaning method which got me impressed. First, he thoroughly vacuumed all carpeted areas with commercial vacuum, then pre-treated carpet with organic cleaner and sanitizer. After that he started cleaning with his carpet scrubbing machine. After an hour my carpets looked amazing with a great smell and plushy carpet pile. I needed sofa and loveseat cleaned at the same time. One of them he did for free - that's the part of his special deal, when you order up to 4 areas of carpet cleaning. Im very pleased having his service and wonderfull job done for very affordable price. He is about personalized service, just a great guy you can rely on. Time for another review)) I needed carpet cleaner recently this week and one of those days found carpet cleaning coupon in my doors, just same one as on the profile pictures of Eco Clean. It was interesting about dry carpet cleaning. So, I gave them a call and their tech gave me a quote and set up an appointment, the next day they gave me a call 30 min before coming. Arrived in time. Two young good looking guys, very nice and polite. They estimated everything and the only extra I've paid was stairs, but very fairly priced. The deal was free sofa and loveseat steaming if u do the whole house carpet cleaning for 99.95 total plus I paid stairs around 35. They finished everything less then 2 hours. Now, my carpets and sofas turned out great. And carpets dried in some like an hour and a half. There was no bad chemical smell, but a nice smelling deodorizer. After researching a few carpet and upholstery cleaning companies around Vegas, my husband and I came across this one. They offer the same quick-drying service and eco-friendly products as the others in town at a fraction of the cost. Our brand new sectional sofa was covered in urine by our new puppy and we were having a difficult time trying to get rid of the awful smell. Darren and Donovan saved us! Not only were they extremely friendly and professional, they were also very attentive and thorough. AND THE SMELL IS GONE!!!! Hi guys . We needed carpet cleaning very emergently one of this days as we're expecting guests to come over but our little puppy maid some mess... Plus stairs were pretty soiled, eventually it was time to clean carpet anyways. So, Roman a guy from Eco Clean, was very friendly and willing to work with our timeframe. He did fantastic job, carpet is very soft nice looking and all pet stains and smell gone. Carpets got dry in about 3 hours completely. We have been trying to find a good carpet cleaner for a while and Roman from Eco Clean appeared to be just the right one. Very flawless service, professional, hardworking and honest! All the hard dirt and high traffic lanes are now very clean as you can see the difference on the pic I took while he was cleaning. To my surprise they have a 1 year warranty for a free maintenance cleaning which is given once you add the scotchguard or combine with any other cleaning service they offer. Hi, we just bought the house in southwest area and it needed good carpet cleaning, so we called Eco Clean. The guy gave us a quote with all the process details right on the phone. Roman came out did an estimate with all the accuare dimensions and price was same as on the phone. He spend some minutes to pretreat the pet stains manually left after previous tenants and steam it. I left him and we came back just the next day to see how it looks. When we came in it smelled very clean and fresh, carpets pretty soft and nice looking. GREAT JOB!!! read more

I found Eco Clean carpet cleaning guys on yelp and actually heard about them from a friend! For me most important part of cleaning is thoroughness and quality. Roman could make it more then I expected - they price better then others, top quality (organic no residue solution). Carpet feels soft and fresh smelling in the house. And it dried in about 4 hours roughly. He applied deodorizer and free scotch guard on my staircase. Never had this kind of flawless service in Las Vegas. This week we were delighted to receive grout cleaning from Luiz Vianna Jr, owner of Eco Fresh Carpet Care in Las Vegas, NV. The solution he used to clean the grout was made of fresh juices and baking soda. The smell was that of freshness and not that heavy chemical odor. Our grout is now beautifully white and the tile is shiny. Mr. Vianna was punctual and courteous. We immediately felt sure that he would do the best job possible at an excellent price. I love my carpets done by EcoClean!!!! The first time I used their service, my carpets were beautiful and like new and they "stayed" that way for a long time. What they quoted me was what I paid too. I had them steamed cleaned by several carpet cleaning companies in the past and the condition went back to the way it was within 2 weeks. Called EcoClean for our office carpet cleaning. We had a small flood in our restroom. Water was flowing into office areas. It remained open while he worked allowing for the hoses he needed to complete the job. He did the whole house (about 1,500 sq ft of accessible carpet) in 90 minutes by a single person for $200 which is the fastest we've ever had it done (hastily done). It stayed wet for 36 hours (supposed to day in 4 hours). I texted Brian, who is usually quite reliable, and got no response.
