I texted them questions a month ago and they were so fast to respond and answered my questions but I didn't book right away. So when my dog decided to pee in the same spot as most of her accidents I was fed up and booked Eco Clean yesterday to come out today, which was wild. The tech called me 20 minutes before they would be at my house and it was exactly the beginning of the 2 hour window they promised which was also wild. We walked around the house and pointed things out- he offered to do one single pillow for me so I didn't have to do the whole loveseat(there was just one spot). He was diligent at his job and super kind and very professional. I like that he told me his house is super clean so he likes getting other people's homes clean. I believe him. I think he really likes his job. Carpets, rugs, and couch nice and clean. Would 10/10 recommend. read more

Keith was professional and polite. He showed up on-time with another service tech (Clinton?) btw the given time frame Ben told me. I may be spoiled by in-home service providers I used in Japan, which is typically governed by the philosophy of leaving everything the same if not better than when they first arrived. My hire was for cleaning of some sofas and carpets. I was less than impressed with how he dragged the large vacuum hose into and thru my home. Pulling on the hoses around the corners tore into the baseboards and across my wood floors scratching them. I cringed as I saw them smash into the walls leaving scuffs and marks. In Japan, service tech would have laid down protective covering on the floor and walls before entering the home with such equipment to prevent such damage. When cleaning the sofas, only the visible portions were cleaned. The base seat cushions were not flipped over and undersides cleaned (the seatback cushions were done completely). The rear side of the sofas were not cleaned (mine are visible and easily accessible). I had emptied out most of the room for him to clean the carpets but rather than move two of the remaining nightstands aside, he just cleaned around one. I had a small twin mattress that could have been pushed aside. It really wasn't that difficult to move. He could have asked me and I would have moved it if he wasn't going to. He also had a second person there and who didn't help with that. Go figure. What was he there for?? He didn't clean under it which left the carpet somewhat mismatched in cleanliness. Then later, he left some wet dripping equipment on my hardwood floor upstairs which I had to bring outside myself for them since it seemed they had forgotten to check for all their stuff after finishing the carpets. I ended up having to wipe dry all the liquid off my wood floors. I expected for them to at least have some sort of towel or floor covering lest damage results from leaking. The hoses left water drip all over my bannisters, which I had to wipe up later. Basically, the overall result wasn't as thorough or thoughtful as I had expected. On a good note, I was pleased with my white ottoman which turned out better. Unfortunately I am not sold on hiring again but for those who might decide based on affordability, EcoClean may be the way to go. read more

So I had them out for the first time. I was not here but my uncle was. He said the service guy was nice and professional. I attached photos of the after looks much better then before. They is still crud or crumbs or what ever it is. I will say for the most part it's an improvement to what it was like. It dosent smell so I guess the deodorizer worked but it also doesn't smell fresh. No smell is great though. We don't wear shoes in the house so our floors stay clean when the tech left the floors are filthy where he came in and out. I will update an outcome if they reach out to me. read more

Eco Clean was prompt, professional friendly and outstanding service. I spoke with the owner who set up an appointment for pretty quick. He very was friendly and knowledgeable. Our service tech was Cyrus. He came right on time and was very nice even when we had to postpone our appointment due to some ongoing construction. He came back the next time right on time and was through and wonderful. He put barriers up as to not scuff up our stair banisters, railings, or corners of our flooring. How amazing! Thank you Cyrus!!! We will use Eco Clean again for all our carpet, grout, and furniture cleaning and steaming needs! read more

Did due diligence and Eco Clean had the most honest/fair quote for our 7' round and 10' runner Oriental's, plus 4 other high quality area rugs. Also, lightning fast response time from Ben for that quote here on Yelp. Keith called ahead and arrived in the 12-2 window @ 12:30. He is exactly who you would want for this job. Personal, professional and Very meticulous. A true artist at work who loves what he does. All 6 rugs now look fabulous!! Nice to have quality service and do business the old fashioned way; good people, good product, and very fast service with NO Corporation involved. Win win, like it should always be. Thank you Keith and Ben. You've earned our continued business! read more

I am quite pleased by the service provided by Eco Clean. I have a large 3-piece sectional that came out of storage and needed some TLC. Ben had a tech available the same day to clean the sofa. Keith arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Once the job was completed I was not quite happy with the results. I reached out to Ben and we made arrangements for someone to come the next day. Keith arrived again, graciously apologized that it wasn't up to my standards or his own. He cleaned the sofa again and it came out great. I would absolutely use them again and recommend Eco Clean, and Keith, to anyone that would ask for a referral. read more

Strike #1: I had an appointment for between 0800-1000. At 0930, When I called the company, they said the tech was on his way, or I could just reschedule. I already rearranged my house and unhooked my electronics. No, this is happening. I told the company to keep him coming. They eventually show up at 1130. Strike #2: I'm quoted at $69, for a small living room and maybe 6ft worth of a narrow hallway. In my message board with the company, everything was pretty cut and dry, so $69 was what I was expecting. The tech tells me, after looking at the room, the hallway is an additional $15 and it will be an additional $20 for the "deep clean" my carpets so desperately need. What?! He advised the $69 charge is only for a "basic cleaning". However, they are willing to wave the $20 fee if the deep clean doesn't work and he'll even take $5 off if I give them a good yelp review. Really?! What a bargain! I have a short conversation with the tech, who I advised of the many issues and discrepancies, says he just works for the company. After the tech calls his boss, I'm told the $15 hallway charge will be waved. Okay? Did he wave it because it was included in the original quote, or was it because the driver was 90 minutes late? Don't know and don't care. However, it's still $20 more expensive from what I was originally quoted. Strike #3: After all of the games and issues...MY CARPET LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME!!! I tell the tech that I don't see a difference. To which the tech replied,"Well, it is a high traffic area and it will look different." So, I ask him how much I owe him. To which he replied...$89! Consumer beware. This company does not care about your time, their word or the quality of their work! I will never use this company again and suggest you avoid them. Unless, you enjoy being taken for a ride like I was! read more

Guy was very friendly but my couches were poorly cleaned there were still stains and only the visible places were cleaned I had to ask him to take them out and clean all sides. Not happy read more

It is not that i can't afford carpet cleaning trust me i have the money. But when you quote someone don't tell them that's not the price it'll be something higher! That's BAD BUSINESS for your info so don't try to make me look bad! Bcuz that same day i tried to message you and you made me not as an importance to get back to. So you did no remedy for me. And for this i will report to the BBB as well. For your 4-1-1 i did end up paying what the guy asked for ;) read more

This company was not only quick with responses on an estimate but their availability was very accommodating. I scheduled my rug cleaning for a Sat morning and the cleaning crew called promptly prior to my scheduled service to give me an estimated time of arrival. Booked with Eco Clean after getting quotes from other carpet cleaning services in the area. We initially chose eco clean over the others merely because of price point, but are so happy we've found them! We will be return customers for certain after having such a great job done by Keith. And the owner Ben was so pleasant to speak with and extremely prompt in his communication with us from start to finish. 10/10!! read more

Eco Clean - Thanks for the help - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Very very pleased. I have a 10 month old puppy and when she was still learning to be potty trained outside she left quite a few stains all over the upstairs carpet. I've been putting off getting them cleaned due to expenses. These stains had been sitting for about 6 months. Finally I decided I had to get them cleaned. Eco clean quoted me a very affordable price, and was able to do it next day. Keith showed up on time, he was very friendly and professional. I couldn't be any happier with the results. The house smells so much cleaner and the carpets look spotless. Thank you so much Keith and EconClean!!! read more

Eco Clean was a lifesaver. Needed a move in clean as previous occupant did not have them cleaned. Came out within 24 hours and at an AMAZING price!! All the other competitors were charging at least $20 up to $50 more. The "competitors" preached things like overhead, labor, truck fleet and many other justifications for the significantly higher price point. Thank you Eco Clean for being a reputable, punctual and professional service in the greater Las Vegas area. I look forward to doing business with you in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else. read more

Very responsive with quote and appointment time and reasonably priced. Did a good job on my carpets, there were a few stains that didn't come out which the employee told me they probably wouldn't ahead of time so I wasn't surprised. The space I needed cleaned was about 1100 sq feet and only took about an hour total. The only issues was the time frame window. I was told between 10-12 and the tech was there almost 30 mins early (which normally is a good thing, but I wasn't prepared for that early) Once I let the tech know he would have to give me a few mins until I was ready, he hung up on me which I thought was very rude. The other issue was the $5 fee in order to use my debit card to pay. Again, $5 isn't a big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there would be an additional charge. read more
