These guys are amazing!! I rent and my landlord had the carpets cleaned. They were not only on time but very professional and super nice and respectful. Adolfo and his team did a tremendous job. We had some very tough stains and a big house. They worked quick but efficiently. Could recommend highly enough, and followed up to make sure the job was to our satisfaction.0 read more

If you want someone fast and reliable as well as excellent at their work, Fresh Start Carpet Cleaning is the company for the job. Adolfo is very prompt with responses and answering questions. Price is very reasonable and their work is stupendous. We just bought a house and wanted someone to clean our 2nd floor carpet especially with 2 little kids. After requesting a quote through yelp, Adolfo responded and within 1 hour, we were scheduled for next day cleaning. Communication was great, notifying us when they were on the way. They cleaned our carpet and made sure to clean in areas that also had furniture which was much appreciated. Also noted, Adolfo and his team had cleaned our house when the prior owner had occupied the residence for 6 years. That speaks volumes in itself. We definitely recc their service as will be using them soon to have our tile floors cleaned once we are unpacked and settled in. read more

Just finished my second time getting a cleaning. Both times my carpets have looked brand new. 10/10 most affordable for the quality of cleaning. I will continue to be a repeat customer and refer friends and family. Most importantly both times I've gotten my service done within less than 24 hrs of reaching out which is super nice. read more

I send a yelp inquiry looking for a local company to come and steam clean our couch and loveseat. Fresh Start was the first to respond and their quote was fair and reasonable. We were able to set up an appointment for the following week and they arrived promptly on time. Adolfo was very friendly and honest about the expectations of what their equipment could do for us. We have pets and a young child so we didn't want to buy new just yet and our furniture is still in very good condition, just wanted a refresher. After their 45 minute cleaning we are left with furniture that looks good as new and smells so much better. read more

I will only use this company for my carpet and grout cleaning. I don't know what they use, but my units look fabulous afterward. Thank you, guys! read more

Professional, courteous, fairly priced and knowledgeable. They actually removed ALL the stains in my carpet :)

They did such a great job! I wish I got a before picture because my carpet was so dirty--I thought I would need to replace it! I included the after, which makes it look like new! I wrote Adolfo the day before on Yelp asking him for a quote. He responded RIGHT AWAY and his prices were very reasonable (better than the other quotes), so I asked if he could come the next afternoon and he was able to do it...they were so nice and treated the furniture so well! Though their company is based in Henderson, they came to N Las Vegas to clean the carpet. He texted me when he was coming (he showed up on time) and gave me booties to wear on the wet carpet since I was not wearing shoes. I DEFINITELY recommend!!! read more

Fresh start did an amazing job installing our carpet. There were several areas in which custom work needed to be done (carpeting multiple ledges, steps, and nooks) and they took the time to do it right. Hats off to Fresh Start for being so flexible with everything and to their install team for doing amazing work! read more

We have used Adolfo for years and years to freshen up our carpets. He is reliable, kind, and fair in his prices. They are flexible as well and worked with our construction and timeframe. I would recommend Fresh Start to anyone! All the reviews aren't wrong, hire Adolfo! read more

Adolfo is so polite and helpful ! First of all they did a great job on shampooing my carpets for the holidays. They are the only company that rakes the carpet to help it stand up and dry sooner . Adolfo is very careful of your home, and respectful. Then, my brat of a dog got trapped for less than half an hour in a spare bedroom and literally tore the carpet up at the doorway ! So they came and fixed it beautifully ! I was so stressed out about being ready for holiday company , and they were fast and courteous . I would recommend them for shampooing or repairs. The smell after the cleaning is amazing!! read more

Just had my carpets clean and they turned out great! Adolfo was fantastic to deal with. It was easy scheduling my service and he followed up to confirm the appointment prior and arrived on time on the day of service. You can tell he cares about his customers and business. He had me check the areas prior to him leaving to ensure I was happy. Already wanting them back to clean my tile and will provide a review of that. read more

I mop my tile regularly and clean up spills asap, but it still doesn't do enough to keep the grout clean. Since then, I've opted to have a professional clean my grout, and Adolfo from Fresh Start was who I chose to complete the job. He had my tile and grout look good as new. Fast, friendly and pays attention to detail. Highly recommended. read more

My new carpet cleaning company. They did such a fantastic job and took pride in their work. They arrived early, placed protective wraps on all the corners as not to damage the walls. I never seen this with my past cleaners. They cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms and 1 area rug. Ask them about the yelp coupon to save $25. Communication all took place within the yelp app. Very convenient. Call or message Adolfo (owner) you won't be disappointed. read more

Fresh start carpet cleaning did an incredible job on my trailer carpet and vinyl flooring. They removed the pee smell that the puppy left when we were training him also. I really appreciated the extra hard work he provided to make sure the job came out really nice! Thank you for all your hard work. You guys went above and beyond what I expect. Thank you . I highly recommend them. read more

Pros: Fast, professional, thorough, good value Cons: None Details: I was super impressed all around with these guys. I had to have a last minute carpet cleaning (three bedrooms, hallway, stairs) so I reached out to them Friday afternoon. The owner or manager (I forget) and I worked through Yelp to set up the appointment the next morning. It was super easy. Adolfo and another gent showed up right on time the next day and quickly got to work. They made sure to protect our furniture and everything and were done in less than an hour. I was able to pay them by credit card before they left. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for our next carpet cleaning. read more

My husband and I got a new house. With everyone coming in and out of the house with shoes on, we wanted to make sure the carpet was cleaned prior to moving all of our stuff in. I found this company through Yelp. I had the opportunity to message a few companies which I inquired about prices and availability. Adolfo messaged me and I felt like he messaged me fairly quick. Day before service, I confirmed my appointment. Day of, him and his partner came on time. They answered all my questions and concerns. They were very professional and kind. They did an awesome job cleaning the beige carpet we have. I definitely will be using their services again. In fact, they will be returning to replace vinyl strips. read more

While I was in Reno my wife asked me to look for a carpet cleaning company. I was like hell yea! I hate being interrupted during the evenings or on Saturday. So I see Yelp (that's the app you're currently using) to locate a company with some good reviews. Bingo! Fresh start carpet cleaning was it! They had over 40 reviews and 5 stars! How could anything go wrong. My wife called and booked the carpet cleaning and the sofas. My wife said they arrived on time and they used shoe covering and they gave my wife some also. How cool is that?! The couches looked good. The carpet looked clean but it didn't look dirty either. My wife was a drill instructor for my beloved Marine Corp in a former life! My only complaint was the carpet wasn't fluffy like in previous cleanings. Maybe it's the carpet. The cleaning guy did tell my wife it was "mid-quality". Grrrr... read more

They did an amazing job! I asked them to come in and clean two large white sectionals, an oversized chair, oversized ottoman and area rug. They took their time on each piece and checked in with me before continuing to ensure the end results would be what I wanted. One sectional in particular I made sure to take pictures of because had I not got it cleaned I was likely going to get rid of it very soon! Each item looks new again. We're beyond pleased with the work, reasonable prices and the customer service was great! will definitely use them regularly! read more

Called and left a voicemail to receive a quote on Tuesday, hadn't heard anything back on Friday so I called again. They let me know that they had received my message and that was about it, no apologies for not replying or even saying they would've gotten back to me. Amazing customer service and my floors came out better than I could have imagined. They did the carpets which were really well done but the tile floors and grout cleaning was so amazing. Took great care of my house in preparation and walked me through after to inspect their work. read more

I now understand why Adolfo has 99 5-star reviews. Mine will be the 100th. I found Fresh Start on Yelp, read the reviews, and messaged him. He responded quickly and gave an extremely reasonable rate and was able to do the job in 2 days. The carpets turned out fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable about carpet, and goes the extra mile with little things like cornerguards and drop cloths under the hose on top of my tile. I highly recommend him! read more

Wow!!! Can I just tell you guys how wonderful Adolfo and kind he is! Awesome customer service and he gets back to you extremely quick! He lets you know right away if it's a stain that they won't be able to lift and we were fine with that. Most of our stains were from my 20 month old so you can only imagine But he assured us with the temperature of their steam even though the stains won't be lifted it'll definitely be sanitized. He is definitely who I will be referring if anyone asks for a carpet cleaner. He is actually here right now with his team and I just really wanted to write the review now. As I'm watching them work the stains that we weren't so sure of (coffee stain - from my husband) actually lifted! Thanks Fresh Start!!! read more

Adolfo is the owner and certainly lives up to all the good reviews! He is awesome! My carpets and sofas all 8 years old looked worn and thought it was time to buy new but because of all the good reviews I felt it was worth first trying to clean everything. Well Adolfo worked his magic and everything is renewed, super clean and smells sooo good......Gees who knew! Adolfo worked so hard and non stop. He quoted me a price via phone and that is exactly what I paid. The bonus is Adolfo is honest, sincere, really nice and very pleasant to be around. Call him you will not be disappointed. read more

I was so impressed with fresh start carpet cleaning. They reminded me the day before of the appointment very tech minded company. They arrived promptly as promised at 7:30 in the morning to explain the process with walk through the house and even maintained the same price that was quoted on the telephone. Very fair priced no fake sellup. We have cats so those are always issues and they proceeded to handle any situation professionally and thoroughly we already have them scheduled for six months out and I would highly highly recommend their services to anyone in the area while they're based out of the Henderson area they travel throughout first class service don't miss out. read more

Adolfo and his crew did a great job cleaning our upstairs carpet. We had major pet urine damage and I dropped BLACK grease and oil artist paint. I was pricing new carpet. We had just purchased a home and the tile floor and grout needed deep cleaned. I was concerned as to whether they could get it really clean as it was pretty bad in spots. Adolfo was able to give me an estimate over the phone, scheduled me sooner than I expected and stated he would come in, do a small area, and I could then decide if it was acceptable to continue. They showed up on time, took great care in protecting our brand new carpet and freshly painted walls, cleaned a small area that turned out better than I could ever have hoped for. They finished in record time, did an excellent job, were friendly and careful with our home. I highly recommend them! read more

Fresh Start was a pleasure to work with! From start to finish, our experience was five stars! Adolpho was responsive and he and his team arrived on time as scheduled. They completed cleaning our couch in much less time than I originally imagined and it truly looks brand new. Adolfo has been cleaning my carpet for years now. He does such a good job and I realized I've never reviewed him. My carpet always looks brand new when he leaves, and I completely trust him. This last carpet cleaning was a challenge considering I had a remodel done, and the workers took no care in protecting my carpet for five weeks. He still managed to make it look new. Having him in your home is like seeing family or a dear friend. I highly recommend this company. A+! read more

We just had our carpets cleaned by Fresh Start Carpet cleaning! I hardly take the time to write reviews, but this was honestly the best carpet cleaning company that I have ever worked with!!! And I have lived in three other cities! Adolfo was here right on time at 8AM as scheduled, he and his crew steamed all three rooms including our master bedroom and walk in closet. They also deep cleaned them so efficiently! They also took the time to place orange corner guards on everything to protect our furniture!! Little details like that are what make this business stand out! I will definitely be using their services again!! Thank you so much! read more
