I've booked with this company 2-3 times before. But when I hired them again for my move out cleaning for my apartment. IT WAS HORRIBLE. And the attitude of the owner was even worse. I left the apartment, COMPLETELY empty for them to clean. They cleaned while I was not at the apartment. Once they left, I went to check it out before I returned the apartment to my landlord. I take off my shoes at the entrance to not dirty the floor, but as soon as I take them off, I feel the floor is nasty. I can feel the fine dust all over the floor. I had cat litter that was left in the corners where the cat litter boxes used to be. I assumed they would vacuum it. But nope. It felt and looked like they mopped it all without vacuuming, therefore leaving encrusted litter and crumbs SMEARED all over the floor. On one of the other rooms it looked like they didn't even mop either! I could literally swipe a little corner of the floor with my hand and find crumbs. It was cleaned like they knew I wasn't gonna be there, therefore didn't care. I contacted the owner to show her the photos and video of the floor since it was pretty bad. I told her I didn't expect perfection, but the floor being clean is the bare minimum expectation I would have of any cleaning. Her attitude was insanely rude. I first sent her photos and videos so she could see for herself, she asked how to fix it, I asked for a full refund considering I had to vacuum and mop the place all over myself and still wipe the counters. She IGNORED me, and then blamed it on me. Insane behavior, specially considering I never complained before, it was like my 3rd or 4th time booking. Here is the photos and video of the floor being dirty, and her unprofessional responses. I ended up only getting a less than half partial refund after having to contact her multiple times for a response. read more

My wife contacted C4Y on Sunday, and Raisa and Natalia were scheduled to came out the next day. The two ladies were here on time and worked to clean our fairly large house for longer than I expected to get the job done and asked me to inspect their work. They were friendly, courteous, and went right to work after asking about any special concerns. They did a really nice job for a price that was lower than our previous cleaning service. Highly recommend! I contacted them to clean our condo in Lake Las Vegas. She was the first to respond with all the info I needed. Required 50% deposit which I thought was reasonable and was out a couple days later right on time. We do not currently live at the condo but was easy to schedule giving them the garage code. I know what the condo looked like before we left and after the cleaning it looks amazing! They sent after photos which I really appreciated. I am an over the top clean freak and after seeing those photos I totally felt at ease knowing they did a good job. A great cleaning company who has great customer service. I contacted this company for a move-out cleaning service. While the initial communication was fine, they insisted on a 50% deposit before even arriving on site and refused to proceed otherwise. I made it clear that I was willing to provide a deposit upon their arrival before any work began, simply to ensure they showed up as scheduled. They were completely unwilling to accommodate this very reasonable request. Requiring a substantial upfront payment without any assurance of arrival or timeliness raises legitimate concerns. Their rigid stance and lack of flexibility made it clear they were not interested in building a professional relationship with a new client. I was even told I could work with another company if I wasn't comfortable with their terms, which felt dismissive. After that, they stopped responding altogether, which I found highly unprofessional. Fortunately, there are several other reputable companies willing to earn your business and demonstrate accountability. I had the most wonderful cleaning experience booking this team. Lana and Arthur did an amazing job. I booked them for a deep cleaning-move out special and they shampooed the carpet. Deep cleaned both bathrooms, wiped down any surfaces including vents, high areas and ceiling fans. They deep cleaned the kitchen which included inside and outside of appliances, both the fridge and oven.
