The two ladies were here on time and worked to clean our fairly large house for longer than I expected to get the job done and asked me to inspect their work. They were friendly, courteous, and went right to work after asking about any special concerns. They did a really nice job for a price that was lower than our previous cleaning service. I contacted this company for a move-out cleaning service. While the initial communication was fine, they insisted on a 50% deposit before even arriving on site and refused to proceed otherwise. I made it clear that I was willing to provide a deposit upon their arrival before any work began, simply to ensure they showed up as scheduled. They were completely unwilling to accommodate this very reasonable request. Requiring a substantial upfront payment without any assurance of arrival or timeliness raises legitimate concerns. Their rigid stance and lack of flexibility made it clear they were not interested in building a professional relationship with a new client. I was even told I could work with another company if I wasn't comfortable with their terms, which felt dismissive. After that, they stopped responding altogether, which I found highly unprofessional. Fortunately, there are several other reputable companies willing to earn your business and demonstrate accountability. Deep cleaned both bathrooms, wiped down any surfaces including vents, high areas and ceiling fans.
