I highly recommend Desert Flower Cleaning Services! I've been extremely happy with the quality of their work. Every time they come to my home, they are professional, friendly, thorough, and leave everything looking spotless. This is honestly some of the best cleaning service I've ever received. I've also had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo, the owner, and he is kind, professional, and truly cares about providing excellent service. Claudia and Laura are wonderful--they always pay attention to detail, listen carefully to any instructions I have, and consistently do an amazing job. I always feel comfortable and safe having them in my home. After every cleaning, my home feels fresh, organized, and beautifully cared for. I've already referred Desert Flower Cleaning Services to others and will continue to do so. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and high-quality cleaning service, I highly recommend them! read more

I have been using Desert Flower for years! They have helped me so much. I live with a chronic illness and my husband just passed they made the time to come even if it wasn't scheduled. They do superb work. They are also kind and friendly. I wouldn't change companies because they have heart! They are reasonably priced too, can't go wrong. read more

Desert Flower has been coming to clean my house for the past six months and I absolutely love them. Very friendly crew who does a great job 100% of the time. If I ever have any questions or need anything extra, the owner is helpful. I love the little touches they add to things like adding flowers to the tissue and paper towel rolls. read more

We have been using Desert Flower for several years now. I love that they are a locally owned small business. Very friendly crew and the customer service is exceptional. The owner, Eduardo, is very easy to reach and quick to respond. I am very comfortable having them in my house when I am not there, and our dogs love them too! I am happy to have found them 5+ years ago! read more

Amazing cleaning service. The cleaners where amazing, friendly and thorough. The owner of the company is extremely quick to respond and gave a very fair estimate for the cost of service. Ill definitely be recommending these guys from now on. Thank you for the wonderful work and the on time arrival. My place wasnt even this clean when i moved in. Im going to call these guys next time i need a good cleaning. Thank you Desert Flower Cleaning. read more

Lucy & Claudia were excellent. They are very sweet ladies also. I had them do a deep clean., clean shutters, window, windowsills, baseboards, etc. Everything looked great!! I will definitely be using them again on a regular schedule. JoEllen H. read more

I had used this service three or four times, and they were great. Then all of a sudden when I tried to make another appointment, they just stopped responding. The owner used to be so responsive. But I don't know what happened. Unreliable. Unresponsive. Mediocre. If you want to settle for mediocrity, this is your company. read more

We've been loyal customers for more than 5 years. Eduardo is kind, fair and a great communicator. His team is respectful and trustworthy. I recommend their services! read more

We've been using Desert Flower for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier. I sent out a yelp quote and Eduardo came out rather quickly to give a quote. We had just moved in so the first clean was a bit more as it was the "deep clean" and then every month since that it's been a set price. The ladies that come in are usually in groups of 2-3. Everyone is always very friendly, professional, and efficient. And most importantly on time. My 2,000 sq foot house takes about 2-3 hours for a 1x a month cleaning. Scheduling is really easy, I just send a text and for the most part the requested day is available. The girls do everything! Including washing any dirty dishes in the sink, vacuuming the couches, and making the beds. They are even dog friendly! Highly recommend! read more

They were so good! My house looks and smells AMAZING Damari and Claudia were fantastic. I will absolutely be asking them to come back.

I have had Desert Flower helping me clean for many months now and I can't say enough great things about them. The team is super fast, yet detail-oriented and very respectful when it comes to handling our housewares. One of the cleaners loves my cat and gives him lots of pets when she's here so that's also a nice bonus! read more

Always so nice, on time and they do an amazing job. I've used them for many years now and have really had no complaints. So glad I find them! read more

I was extremely pleased with the service that Desert Flower provided! I surveyed multiple cleaning services, requested and received quotes but Eduardo was the only one willing to come by to see the house. Past quotes have not always been accurate and I've receive a little 'surprise" by the way of a higher cost when the bill arrived. This was not the case here. In addition, the ladies (there were two of them) arrived in the specified time frame, introduced themselves and got straight to work. Mind you, I had just had a cleaning done from my former service about 5 weeks prior, but the level of clean and the detail to which they cleaned amazed me! Overall, I am very, very satisfied with the job they did and happy to report that I've found a new, reliable service. I highly recommend Desert Flower to anyone looking for great service! read more

This is my first time hiring a cleaning service and I'm mad I waited so long. They were so friendly and responsive. I contacted them, got an estimate and the first cleaning service right away. 2 ladies came and did a wonderful job cleaning my house. It took them less than 2 hours to quickly clean everything. My house looks and smells so clean now. I'm very happy with this service. read more

Great people. Great service. Their crew is awesome. I leave my house in the morning and when I am back it is clean! Eduardo always makes sure they do an awesome service and he also arranges it to be in the best time possible for me. read more

This is the first time I actually looked up cleaning services for my home. When I ran into Desert Flower Cleaning Services I met a very kind individual by the name of Eduardo. When speaking to him about estimates of different cleaning services/pricing/scheduling he informed me of various options. I wanted to go with a once a month deep cleaning service just because of the convenience factor. After my first cleaning, 3 wonderful ladies named Claudia/Damari/Graciela came in and were very friendly and quickly started working. As someone that cooks a lot, I was very shocked on how clean the inside of my oven could be. Couldn't be happier with the service to detail in the deep cleaning I wanted for my home. read more

I am really impressed by the cleaning service I received from Desert Flower Cleaning. Eduardo is the person I communicated with the entire time when booking my appointments. He was so accommodating and rescheduled even when my electricity went out one day. Eduardo is very personable, professional, and quoted me a fair price. I had to work and my stepfather was at the home while the cleaning was being done. I came home to an immaculate home. The ladies did a fabulous job and I am very excited about this service. I can't wait for the next appointment. I highly recommend this cleaning service. They are reasonably priced and do a wonderful job!! You will be amazed by the service. read more

Desert Flower Cleaning Services - Master Bedroom - Home Cleaning Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Very disappointed. I phoned on a Tuesday and set up a 3pm Thursday consult and scheduled a 8am cleaning for Friday. At 2:40 PM Thursday, I received a text (not a courtesy call) cancelling my Thursday appointment and Friday house cleaning. I rearranged my family's scheduled to ensure someone was available for the consult and cleaning. The text was unprofessional and to be told existing clients are a priority was disheartening. Text at 2:40 1/24 for a 3pm appointment: Hi Teresa this is Eduardo from Desert Flower cleaning services, I unfortunately won't be able to make it out for you today we have jobs that came out and they need to be taken care of. Tomorrow we are fully booked as well one of our old clients called in for a new cleaning and they come as priority so unfortunately I won't be able to get to your house for tomorrow. Let me know if you still want to reschedule for next week we can try to work something out again sorry about that. read more

The team increased the price on me twice, by a total of $50 and overall was by far the most expensive price I've paid to have my home cleaned since I've lived in the area for a few years. Additionally, while well meaning, they re-arranged much of my home (I assume to clean in these areas) but then left things out of place rather than where they had found them. I had to go hunting down items all around my house for over an hour. They did not clean one entire room (I'm still unsure why), left a dirty rag in my home and walked away with a few of my own cleaning products. The women and Eduardo seem nice but overall professionalism and execution needs work. read more

If I could give them extra stars I definitely would! They were extremely kind and professional. They left my office spotless! It's the little details that make them stand out from the rest. From the phone call all the way down to finishing the cleaning. I could not ask for a better business to take care of me. I definitely recommend to anyone that wants to be taken care of professionally! They are always my go to for my office cleaning and will also have them clean my house. Thanks so much for your great service at an amazing price! read more

I reached out to them to clean my parents home. They were very responsive. They came out to the home to provide a quote. We agreed to the price and they came out the next day to clean. After cleaning each floor, they requested an inspection. They did a wonderful job with deep cleaning my parents home. I have them scheduled for bi weekly cleaning services now! read more

We've used Desert Flower for a few years now. They are consistently on time, on schedule and do a thorough job. We like the continuity to have the same team clean each time. Eduardo is always quick to respond and answer any questions or requests we have. Appreciate the honesty and integrity of the team who are in our home. Highly recommend. read more

The first thing you should do is have Eduardo come by to give you an estimate. He can consult with you and you can explain what type of cleaning you are looking for. Eduardo takes notes on what you say is important to have clean in your home. Eduardo, Liberty, Irene are wonderful. They are very thorough and detail oriented. I usually have two out of three that comes and cleans my home. They use a professional floor vacuum to clean my floors before they mop it. They make sure they get the corners. They always clean my sliding door as part of their standard cleaning service. They are a fun group. At times we talk while they are cleaning and I get to learn more about them. They have additional services: like pressure wash, window washing, grout cleaning, and carpet cleaning. Just ask. read more

I was moving from my home and needed it cleaned before I put it up for sale. I called several companies and never heard back from them then called Desert Flower. I was told they probably wouldn't have time to do it for the next several days so I told them if they had a cancellation to call me. Several hours later he called and was able to send his team out even earlier than he thought he could. They were thorough, very pleasant and efficient. I would definitely use them again. read more

Said they'd be here 10:30-11:30, then 11:30-12:30. Almost 1pm still no one here and I've messaged them twice. We had another appointment at 1pm and guests in town so they wasted our whole day. read more

Very professional company. Eduardo and his crew were on time for the estimate and left the house impeccable. Good price and good service. Wil call again next week read more

We are pretty picky about who we allow in to handle our housekeeping and we are pretty picky about what gets done, how quickly it is done, how well it is done, how polite and communicative the doer is and the value for the money spent. We interviewed and met with six different providers before we thoughtfully chose Desert Flower. Desert Flower Cleaning Services is a small, family run business. They care about their customer and about their reputation. Eduardo, Lucy, Eduardo Jr. and Claudia have been outstanding. They communicate well, schedule and live up to the schedule, arrive on time and do an excellent job of addressing our housekeeping needs. The Ortiz family are personally delightful. They are highly engaged and take great pride in the service they provide. They are honest and detail oriented professionals. We can comfortably commend Desert Flower Cleaning Services to you if you are looking for honest, engaged, reliable providers and excellent results at a reasonable price. We would be pleased to answer any questions directly with regard to Desert Flower Cleaning Services if it will help your selection process. Simply send a message and we will be delighted to respond. read more

Eduardo was really easy to talk to, very reliable and was able to give us a great deal. I needed a new cleaning company for my home because the company I was using went out of business in December. I went on Yelp to check out the companies reviews the usual thing that you do. I requested quotes from several companies. ALL of them got back to me which was surprising. Anyway, Eduardo contacted me first and was very personable and super friendly. And to be honest? He gave me the BEST quote. So naturally I went with him. My house hasn't been professionally cleaned since October! These ladies (so sweet and friendly) came in and I've got a brand NEW house! It looks amazing! I LOVED the fact that I felt like they treated my house like their own. They take pride in their work and it's obvious. So long story short (sorry y'all for how long this is) I've made an appointment with this company for next month. Thanks so much Eduardo! And a very SPECIAL THANKS to: Claudia, Fernanda and Barbara read more

Not very professional if you need post construction services. They just came to wipe the cabinets and the floor like it's a regular cleaning. Eduardo the owner came to inspect the house saw the mess and said they can have 4 people and do it in four hours. Well the house is still dirty the floors have been wiped and the dust is still there. Also the refrigerator was not clean. I don't recommend this company at all read more

I needed my elderly parents apartment cleaned quickly. On essentially a day's notice, Eduardo gave me a call and helped send a crew to clean. The place really needed a lot of work and I felt that I received a great price for how quickly they were able to come and the quality of the work. Each of the staff had a name badge when arrive and the leader (I'm so sorry I cannot remember her unique name), walked with me to look at what I wanted done. We agreed upon the upgrades and the final price. The ladies did a great job. Once they completed, Eduardo called me to check on how everything was and then ran my credit card for payment. I'm completely satisfied with Eduardo and his team at Desert Flower Cleaning. read more

I have been using Desert Flower Cleaning Services for my business office and home since 2001. The Ortiz family Eduardo, Lucy and Eduardo Jr. have the following professional traits, which you should consider before you hire someone to come into your home. 1. Honesty and integrity: I have never had any of my property damaged or stolen during my stay with the Ortiz family. The majority of the time at my office and home I am absent due to business activities, while the Ortiz family performs there cleaning talents. 2. Consistent and timely: The family has been prompt in performing their services on the date and time, which has been scheduled with the family. Communication and follow up is excellent. 3. Immaculate and precise: The family works hard to make sure all items are clean properly. Example: I have six ceiling fans in my home, which they properly polish and dust the blades on each fan using a ladder. 4. Cost: The Ortiz family services are very reasonable and competitive. I don't want the cheapest cleaners in the Las Vegas valley cleaning my home. I want the best! Based on this review: If I could give them 10 stars I would.
