Andrea and Mark worked hard on my house, upstairs and downstairs, and even the garage. My home now feels like a freshly prepared suite at a luxury resort. I'm so happy that they took the time to clean the baseboards (which is always a tricky thing to clean) and they made the bath and shower look like when I first moved into my place. I believe they are affordable; you definitely get your money's worth. I am so grateful I became aware of their existence. They are direct, friendly, efficient and you get great value for money. First, We appreciate that they use natural products because we have two fur babies. As a business it must not be the most cost effective method for them, so it just goes to show how much they care about their clients safety. Simply not clean. Very surface surface level "clean". I wouldn't consider this actual cleaning and I would never recommend this business.

I hired them to do a move in clean for my parents house. The house was in condition. My expectation was that the kitchen and bathrooms be detailed clean. 1. Time - They were supposed to there at 2 PM and they didn't show up until 245. I will say that they stayed in constant contact letting me know that they were running late. 2. Cleaning - minor issues noted but they were quick to correct. I wish the cabinets were wiped out better but I didn't noticed it until after they left. I expected the oven to be part of the detail kitchen clean but it was not. They said they would do it next visit at no charge. I did like the cleaning products they used. 3. Overall, they did a good job for the amount of time spent. The house smelled great after they left. read more

I sought out desperately to clean my oven; however for the price I got the whole kitchen cleaned! The communication from yesterday throughout today from Andrea was superb! I booked a one-time cleaning with the request for a quote for continued monthly cleaning going forward. Everything was fine up until the day of the appointment. I scheduled for Tuesday afternoon between 2 - 3 for their arrival, and I received a text the day before to confirm the appointment which I did confirm. The day of, I get a text that their morning appointment was canceled and they could come at 11:00 - 12:00, but if that didn't work, "no worries". I didn't actually see the text right away, however, when I did I called to see what time they would be arriving. They didn't answer the phone but instead sent a text saying they were sorry they missed my call, and they had a sudden emergency and since they didn't hear from me earlier they thought I decided to cancel. Why would someone assume that? One has to wonder why didn't they try to call or at least make a second attempt at texting? Seems more like they decided to take the day off. read more
