The cleaning staff damaged multiple items throughout the house causing hundreds of dollars to repair the items the owner Anna refused to reimburse. The owner Anna is extremely verbally abusive to my 87-year-old mother. I would not recommend this cleaning company I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more

I used Dynasty a couple times to clean our commercial properties when tenants have moved. Mike is very great at communicating and getting the job done at a reasonable price. When ever I need to get a unit cleaned Dynasty is the first call. From start to finish the entire process if very fast and thorough. Best of all communication is key, especially when you need a cleaning service done fast and efficiently. read more

I had them come clean our house before we moved in. There was no furniture no boxes or anything in the house. My dad met them there paid them and let them know he had to run an errand. He was gone about an hour and a half. I asked them to use our cleaning products also. When I got off work I went to the house they literally vacuumed and just wiped the counters they didn't use our products nothing was even open. I'm so annoyed that I got ripped off. Such a shame to do this to people. I will never use you or recommend you again....you guys didn't even clean or disinfect our home. read more

Extremely disappointed for the hefty price of $225. One star because they did a good job on the oven and were accommodating for my same day service request- otherwise not worth it, I ended up bitterly finishing the cleaning myself. I had just finished driving cross country from Chicago to Vegas and was scheduled to move into my new unit the next day- lo and behold the unit had not been cleaned by the previous tenant. I made a few calls to see if I would be able to get same day service because I figured it would be easier to clean an empty apartment than after all my stuff was moved in- but everyone with decent reviews was booked. Dynasty was able to accommodate my same day request and their customer service who was very nice gave me a laundry list of things that were included in their "move-in" package for a whopping $225- beggars can't be choosers so I booked them trusting the previous reviews and for that price that I would be getting the most thorough cleaning of my life. The apartment was bone empty and did not have a lot of the areas included on their cleaning list- we did not have any light fixtures, ceiling fans, window treatments, carpet/rugs etc. so it was an easy job to just clean the kitchen, two bathrooms, tile floors throughout and a built in closet shelving unit. The first woman arrived on time at 10:30am but couldn't clean anything because the supplies were with the other two women who didn't arrive until just before noon... no problem, they still had a couple hours to clean before I was scheduled to start moving in, in which case I was only going to put things in the living room so they would be able to continue working in the other rooms if needed. I eventually had to leave the apartment to get the truck and start setting up to move into my building 2pm and in that time until 4pm I'm not sure what they did but three women certainly did not do a job worth $225. They only cleaned the top drawers in both bathroom vanities and left the other drawers still dirty with the previous tenants makeup residue and hair. How does a professional company only clean the top drawers? The second bathroom toilet still had urine splashes on the rim, the corners of the bedrooms were still dusty and had hair, and they completely missed wiping down the shelves in the closets which were dusty. What should have been a very simple job considering the apartment was empty and did not have several of the items included on their cleaning list, I was very disappointed with the time frame it took to accomplish the job and that my drawers, toilet, and shelves were not taken care of- this was more like a $100 job which is what I wished I paid. read more

Just had services completed. Agreed on 2 hours service which turned to 5 hours! I'm trying to be objective because the ladies did a great job in cleaning but took way too long to complete the work. I approved an hour extra and was penalized over $90 what I was supposed to pay. If the ladies felt the work would exceed the 2 hour allotment they should have contacted the supervisor and renegotiated the price instead I reluctantly paid the excess. Lesson learned --- if you go with them ensure you verify time and if they exceed it that you contact management. 2 stars = 1 for great cleaning and 1 for my stupidity for not doing my part in the advice just given...and John at least making an effort to discuss 10/14 response to reply of posting Ladies did a fantastic job indeed and absolutely did appreciate the accommodation for schedule but for the sake of the readers as I mentioned to you in our discussion I NEVER stated to them to stay beyond the authorized time. After we spoke I let the lead cleaner know I spoke with you that one more hour was ok and that was the extent of the conversation. So that's why when then we're still there (and again for clarification I was in and out and not always on site that I was as you state "oblivious" when I returned to find out the work was still going on (the term more accurately was surprised or stunned)...So I appreciate your version but I was there and there was an obvious communication problem. My fault again was I should have called you when I saw they were still there beyond our agreed time. Folks reading this - their service is great so the cleaning part of this is not going to be an issue. It's important though that you ensure you ask them when they show up that you verify they can complete the work in the estimated and QUOTED time by the management. If not ensure you contact management so there is no confusion else you run the risk of what happened to me. Don't make the assumption any portion beyond their allotted time is going to be at no charge. read more

I met with Mike the owner to clean up my rental property. His quote was not outrageous and also he does tiles and floor cleaning! He's so nice and I am super excited to have them clean my rental home! Mike also referred me to a few of his colleague to painting and carpet cleaning. I am very glad he referred a few people to me because i found someone who was able to clean carpets for me. So far, I am very satisfied with his professionalism. My appointment to clean my rental property is next Monday. I'm hoping it will turn out great. I'm hoping my rental home will be sparkling clean. I will update after review once the job is done. read more

I hired Dynasty to clean my parents' condo on the recommendation of my carpet cleaning guy, Carpet Sharks. They have now cleaned my parents' home three times, and have done an excellent job every time. After the initial visit, I was amazed at how clean they got the home, and their attention to detail. On subsequent visits, the cleaners have finished their expected duties ahead of schedule, and have actually volunteered to do extra cleaning projects, rather than just leaving early. Thank you, Carpet Sharks, for the recommendation. I am very pleased with Dynasty. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is the absolute worst. The home warranty company uses them, so I had no say in the matter. They were sent out to do some handyman services. One day they were a complete no show. The other day I had a two hour window and they showed up 7.5 hours later. When I called to complain, I was told they were doing me a big favor. Stay away!! read more

We have been using Dynasty for many years now. their company has provided a variety of different services. Some of these include porter, janitorial, commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, and handyman services. We have always felt that they are extremely professional and the owners hold their team accountable. anytime we felt something was missed or needed additional attention, they were great about sending someone back out to make sure that it was properly addressed and in a timely manner. This kind of customer service has made Dynasty really stand out to us and our tenants. Being a property management company, having a vendor that not only responds in a timely manner but is reasonably priced and accommodating has been a great addition to our list of services. The owners are boots on the ground and very hands on in the day to day activities. i would hands down recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide. read more

Dynasty has provided cleaning services to me in my Las Vegas vacation home for more then a year and I can't say enough about the staff's professionalism and cleaning abilities. On the rare occasion that I need something extra done, they comply without question. I especially like when the managers stop in to ascertain that I am happy and require anything additional. Additionally, they are environmentally conscious and OSHA compliant. I work in healthcare and these are very important factors for me. Thanks Dynasty....I look forward to several more years of having your company provide me with your services. read more

I had to stop by and leave a review because I was blown away with everything that Dynasty had to offer. Of course the final product was done to perfection, but I wanted to leave a great review for the excellent customer service that i received from Mike and his team. When the service aspect is done seamlessly, and with such pride it makes the overall experience so much better. Thank you Dynasty, and I will be using you again! read more

The most professional, thorough, and fair-priced cleaning service I've ever come across. The ladies who cleaned our house, Marta and Jennifer, were an absolute joy! The folks at Dynasty did a great job and I would recommend them. They arrived on time and all employees were uniformed with company logo. I don't normally write reviews for companies because I don't think anyone really cares, but that's changing today! I gave dynasty cleaning services a try and was blown away!!! The cleaners actually showed up exactly when they said they would, and the customer experience provided by the exuberant owner was truly world class. They left my house in absolute pristine condition and even got out a blood stain on the carpet that I had given up on months ago! I won't ever use another cleaning company agin! Bravo bravo! The owner told me they even do commercial cleaning!! I'll be using them for my office buildings as well! read more

So I searched Yelp for some cleaning services and I went with Dynasty Cleaning. I had to do a move out at my own property rental since my scum bag tenant just got up and left. It was dirty to say the least but on Saturday morning at 9:05am two wonderful ladies came in and did a terrific job. They really worked hard and continued to ask if it looks good everytime I walked in. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. They emailed me my invoice and it was hassle free. read more

First off the level professionalism the staff shows is unbelievable! Great customer service is a rarity now a days, but not with Dynasty Cleaning. They truly went above and beyond for me. I had them come out to do a deep cleaning of my one story house on Tuesday, words can't even describe how incredible the house looked afterwards. I'm talking every nook and cranny was spotless. Just blown away. I've had other companies come out before this and none even compare. I called and spoke with the owner afterwards to let him know how thrilled I was with the end result, told him I would definitely be using Dynasty Cleaning again in the near future. read more

Dynasty is absolutely amazing! As a working, single mom, it is hard to keep up on everything. Prior to last week, I had never had anyone else clean my house. After reading many positive reviews about Dynasty, I called Anna and made an appointment. All day I was worried that I had made a mistake. I let strangers into my home, sight unseen. When I finally got home, I was overjoyed! My house was perfect. They did so much more than I even expected, including dusting wood blinds and removing hard water stains in all my sinks! Also, Anna followed up with me to make sure everything was alright and immediately answered all my questions. I am now going to be a regular because I can spend more invaluable time with my family and greatly value and appreciate the level of quality and professionalism I encountered with Dynasty! read more

Contacted Dynasty to come to my home and deep clean all of our tile... Came out amazing! We were considering replacing our tile because it was in such bad shape, but after the deep clean... It looks just like it did when we bought it 6 years ago! The team was extremely friendly and courteous when they were inside our home. You never know what type of service you will get will you call people to your home, but Dynasty put us at ease instantly. I also will be referring their services to a few friends of mine, always great supporting new and upcoming businesses! read more

We are a residential and commercial property management company that has been using Dynasty for about 4 years now. They have good attention to detail, are responsive and go the extra mile for you. Had Dynasty Cleaning service our house today for 3 hours. There were last minute changes made with the time scheduled but nothing huge and Mike and An did communicate about it. I had two girls scheduled for 3 hours, they were supposed to arrive between 11-11:30 and they arrived just a few minutes after 11:30 and that was ok with me since I did speak to Mike and he confirmed they were on their way. The girls were courteous and pleasant. The one thing I did not realize until they were gone is that I never learned their names, they said "good afternoon we are here for cleaning services..." but I don't recall them saying their names. Also they were in uniform, they were wearing their company's shirt. We did a walk through the house and I showed them what I wanted the focus to be which was deep clean bathrooms, kitchen and all tile floors. After they were done with that vacuuming and light dusting. They split the jobs and they got right to work. One started in the kitchen and the other one started in the Master bathroom. Again I wish I would have gotten their names because this is the part where I will explain my 4 star rating vs 5. They both did great work, one of the girls however was definitely more thorough and extremely detailed with her work, it was the girl who started with the master bedroom (she was the one who knocked on the door when they arrived), her work was definitely 5 stars all the way! She also made sure to ask me to check and make sure everything was done the way I wanted it to be done so that she could fix anything that I wasn't satisfied with, my bathroom and bedroom look immaculate so no complains! My 4 star rating was for the other side of the house, the girl who started in the kitchen, she did good but could definitely have done better but maybe that was my fault for not checking everything she did, I think I was just so impressed with the girl who did my bedroom and bathroom that I assumed the other end of the house would look just as perfect. There were a few things I know if I would have seen before they left she would have fixed, I did catch that the oven was not cleaned, they were still outside loading their vehicle so I was able to ask them about it. I assumed that when I said focus on deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen it meant cleaning everything in the kitchen but they did say that I only asked them to clean the fridge, which they did. So stove top was cleaned, oven was not, but I get it I should have made it a point so they knew I needed that done as well, again my mistake for assuming that they'd know what I was talking about when I said deep cleaning the kitchen. There were a few dishes in the sink when they got here, those got done but I did notice that the blender was placed back when it wasnt cleaned, she could have assumed it was clean since it was rinsed out after use but not washed, the reason I knew it was not washed was because there were still dry chia seeds stuck in the inside of the blender and on the inside of the lid. And lastly on the floors, I was really hoping to see better results on my tile floors since I saw the pictures of their work and it just looks perfect but there were some spots that were missed in the kitchen that I did not notice until they were gone and again I should have done a walk through on that end of the house instead of assuming it would looked just as good as the girl who did my bedroom. I would have been 100% satisfied if my tile floors through out the whole house looked just as sparkly as my master bathroom floors and shower looked like since that was one of the main focuses I requested. I will try them out again and come update this review :) I paid the girls in cash (payment and tip). I did ask for a receipt, they said they don't carry receipts but that Mike sends one out when the customer requests one. They were here for exactly three hours, they left a few minutes after 2:30. Overall I was satisfied enough to were I will use them again and will referred them. It was my first time using them so now I know to make sure everything I need is understood and that I make sure I do a walk through before they leave just in case anything is not up to my liking because I think the few things that were missed would definitely have been taken care of while they were still here if I was not happy with it and had asked them to redo it. read more

I was getting my nails done and I noticed every time I went in there it was immaculate, very clean, and it always smells wonderful. The owner told me Dynasty does the clearing, and that Lina who works for them was amazing, and very nice. I hired them, but wanted Lina to do the work. I haven't been disappointed ever since. This was my first time using this cleaning service. I had two girls come and clean the house for two hours and they did a great job! I recently bought a 2400 sq ft home that needed some major cleaning once the seller moved out. I was in a bit of a time crunch so I started calling around to see who could come out with very little notice and at a reasonable price. I called 5 different places and the only business that actually answered the phone was Dynasty cleaning services. I spoke with the owner Mike and described my time issue. He immediately went to work rearranging their schedule to accommodate me for which I was very grateful. Two very polite ladies showed up and proceeded to clean the house from top to bottom for 5 hours. Mike himself even went by to make sure everything was on track. In addition to an excellent cleaning job Mike also set me up with a great carpet cleaning company and arranged for them to come out to do the carpets as soon as the house cleaning was completed. I was very satisfied with the work and pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get a hold of mike via phone throughout the process with any questions. I would definitely recommend this company. read more
