We used Aim to Please two years ago when they were sent by our property management company. They did a great job and my wife will only use them now. We just moved into a house and put down new carpet 1 week ago. My son spilled mouthwash and my wife thought it was ruined. We called these guys and were booked for the next day. 5 minutes after hanging up we recieved a call saying they would come right away as the stain may not come out if it sits overnight. Within 40 minutes they arrived, took care of the staining. Brandon and his crew have been cleaning my carpets for years. They have always done a fantastic job. They are always on time, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Last spring, I moved into a house with originally cream-colored tile throughout the first floor. The grout was black and the tile had a dark film from years of neglect. I was unable to get it clean myself despite hours of scrubbing. Brandon and his team of professionals came to the rescue. They acid washed, hand scrubbed the grout, power scrubbed, scrubbed again, and sent a high PSI power sprayer over the floor to reveal a virtually brand-new tile. To top it off, they dried up the remaining moisture with towels and powerful fans. The whole process took an hour and half and I couldn't be happier with the results. He also cleaned the carpet in my well-used den with cream-colored carpet. The traffic pattern is absolutely gone along with some "oops" stains; the carpet looks brand-new again. Aim to Please and Brandon Ayers stripped my grout when they cleaned my tile by using too high of a psi. Cost me more than $800.00 to get it repaired. Refused to provide the name of their insurance company so that I could make a claim for their negligence and unfortunately carpet and tile cleaners are not required to provide that information to business licensing. If I still lived in Las Vegas I'd sue them in Small Claims Court. Mr. Ayers never warned me that his stripping the grout could be a potential result and had the audacity to blame me for the result. In my opinion, one should do business ONLY with those that take responsibility for their actions. I would AVOID Aim to Please Cleaning like the plague. read more

Was thinking about calling to schedule for a carpet cleaning, but then encountered one of their vans yesterday afternoon and have decided that I will never use them! Going westbound on Flamingo Rd. yesterday and I saw their company van nearly plow into two cars, they cut me off, and I saw an employee sticking their middle finger out at a person in another car. They were driving very aggressively and dangerously. If these are the types of people that represent their company, I am utterly disgusted and will never consider them for a job at my house! read more

STAY AWAY!!! Brandon has handed off the business to his son, who could careless about your carpets. I paid extra to have urine stains removed from a new area rug ($500) and the son claimed the new rug couldn't be cleaned. I have a teacup poodle, not a dobie. I rented a carpet cleaner at Albertsons and got the urine stains out myself. The son ran thru the house so quickly half of my carpeted area was dry as a bone, never touched by a carpet cleaner.
