Hello, I wanted to take the time to post a review for this business that literally saved my life. I called several vendors to assess mold damage to my home, getting responses from both ends of the spectrum, with some quoting me as much as $16,000 and some claiming there was no damage to repair! With such misleading information, I was ready to make the mistake of a lifetime by removing the cabinets without a remediation team. As a last resort, I called All Dry, when Miguel heard what I wanted to do, he came over immediately, literally within hours he was at my house and gave me a true picture of what was going on, took the time to explain what my options were without any gimmicks or drama. Right away, I felt a sense of relief because I knew I had finally found someone who genuinely wanted to help me without trying to take advantage of my vulnerable situation. Needless to say, I am beyond grateful to Miguel and his team for making my home safe again, keeping his word of helping me out. This is a family-owned business that truly embodies what running a business with a service-driven heart is all about. His team was effective, efficient and most of all considerate to my needs and situation. I recommend this business to you without reservations. read more

Look no further for remediation companies! We had water damage in our home and are so glad we found All Dry. Miguel and his team were outstanding to work with from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain my options when dealing with the insurance companies, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. He was always on time, extremely responsive, and communicated proactively throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they took immaculate care of my home. Their work was professional, respectful, and thorough. Miguel was honest, trustworthy, and responsive--exactly what you need in a service business. What really stood out was his follow-through and updates. He checked in before work began to make sure everything was clear and continued to follow up even after the service was completed and payment was made. That level of care and accountability is rare. I would 1000% recommend All Dry without hesitation. read more

Was worried about a potential small mold spot. All Dry Services came the next day and checked it for me. Gave me some resources and the straight answer (that there didn't seem like there was anything to worry about). Overall great experience. Will definitely call them again in the future! read more

I worked with Miguel (aka Mikey). Here's all you need to know: If Mikey says he'll show up, he'll be there. If he says that he'll do something, it will be done. When you and he agree on an action plan, the job will get done within the timeline agreed upon. Mikey is a good communicator. He will tell you what he thinks is going on; and he will tell you the worst-case scenario, so you won't be surprised when they open things up. He is very busy, but he reponds to text or voice messages in a timely manner. I had a flooding event. It was all clean water--but that doesn't mean it wasn't any less destructive or distracting. Delegating project management to Miguel allowed me to concentrate on what I needed to focus on. I hope you don't ever need remediation or restoration services. But if you do, "All Dry Services" is a good referral to have, especially when time is of the essence. read more

Miguel came out and gave me a second opinion on some water remediation work which was done by another company that my insurance company recommended. Miguel's expertise with water remediation work is superb and I only wish I had his company out to do the work at my residence from the beginning, instead of going with the recommend vendor from my insurance company. Miguel was very knowledgeable about water remediation & I found him to be a very genuine business owner who truly cares about the work that they do and their customers concerns. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing water remediation work and I would for sure utilize their services if ever needed. read more

Company was great. Easy communication, clear pricing in estimates and knocked it out in 1 day.

Wonderful company! Quick, responsive and excellent communication. It's great being able to depend on someone in a time of stress (water damage, mold, remediation, and not pricing gouging like another company I got an estimate from). Will use again if needed ever! Thank you Miguel and All Dry Team. read more

I worked with All Dry to take care of mitigation work in my house that was caused by a leak in the bathroom. Miguel (Mikey) worked with us to get an estimate as well as did our demo/mitigation work. His communication was swift and concise throughout the whole process. Mikey was very helpful and took his time to make sure we understood everything that was going on before, during, and after the job was done. He also did everything he possibly could to minimize the demo and save what he could for restoration. They do honest and high quality work at a reasonable price. Our experience with him and All Dry were second to none! I would recommend for my friends and family with confidence! If I have any future problems, I will ABSOLUTELY be calling Mikey and All Dry! read more

We had begun our clean up with another company-to the tune of some $3000.00! Fortunately, my husband found Miguel and All Dry, and he quickly and efficiently cleaned up what was really a small mess and only charged $500.00. Water damage gone and it looks great. His communication was constant and he really cared about the job and its results. He even sent photos so we could see the before and after. Highly recommended! Many thanks to Miguel and All Dry. read more

Was hit with some unexpected water damage (I suppose all water damage is unexpected) from a sudden and torrential downpour. I immediately called All Dry and Miguel was there within 45 minutes! Miguel was very reassuring and professional and set up all kinds of equipment to dry us out as quickly as possible before any permanent damage could set in. In addition to his obvious knowledge of water damage mitigation and remediation, he's also knowledgeable about insurance requirements and made sure to properly document everything. I can't recommend All Dry enough! During a very stressful time they gave me great peace of mind. read more

Excellent service! There was water damage and mold under my kitchen sink, never had such damage before so I wanted to have the best care done to my kitchen. Miguel came out and did a thorough evaluation of the damage and provided a quick, reasonable quote in contrast to a quote that was close to $4K. In no way, was he pressuring me to go with his company. He was very transparent about what needed to be done, as well as what the worst case scenario would be, very communicative. I was very concerned about such a large undertaking and had so many questions day after day. Miguel, was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring, explaining every step that I was concerned about. I had many "What if" questions that he graciously answered and when all of them were answered, I knew All Dry Services was the right company to go with. Miguel and Luis were like surgeons in my kitchen, using care with kitchen components and skillfully excising the "diseased" part of my kitchen. I was expecting the project to take two days, but it took one. Mold test demonstrated they did the job right the first time and I had access to my kitchen the day after the test. Miguel will also contact you if he's running late, if he will be able to fit you in sooner, if he's ten minutes away, always shows up. Again, very communicative, much appreciated. So happy, so grateful! All Dry Services is the best remediation company, there is no other. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you, again! read more

I am so thankful for Miguel and his team, they came out so quickly and got to work right away. My water heater had burst and there was a ton of water. Miguel setup numerous fans and extracted the water out so efficiently. I'm still going to have some construction to go through, but the damage now is minimal compared to what I've heard it can get. Very reasonable priced as well. read more

My tenant at my rental called me at 2am explaining the water heater busted and was leaking all into the home. I wasn't quite sure what to do because this has never happened to me before and I remember my husband took a photo of a lit up van that he had seen on the freeway and we called the number and sure enough Miguel picked up. He got to my rental even faster than I did and he started getting to work. I could not be any more impressed with his professionalism and his prompt response. He was so knowledgeable and assisted me the whole step of the way. If I could give Miguel and All Dry a 10 star review I absolutely would. Thank you Miguel and thank you All Dry for picking up at 2 am and coming to my rescue! I also forgot to mention, he broke the ice by saying there was a quack in my water heater. I'm glad he made me chuckle because that was when he reassured me everything would work out and it did. read more
