Had an initial great interaction with these guys for the most part until dealing with the insurance and billing. 1. They didn't do a great job of exposing where the leak was to get it all dried out. All they did was pull up the carpet and cut a thin slice in the wall. We had fans on the area for almost 2 weeks. They did nothing to take care of the black mold in the floor or wall. The plumber didn't properly fix the leak so there was a "second" leak. It was AFTER that leak that they actually did what needed to be done to clean up any black mold/mildew and then they filed for another claim. 2. I'm not sure if it was an accident or fraud, but they sent our insurance company photos/bill for the "second" leak that was NOT our house. We were getting calls from collections about the second claim. We battled with our insurance and finally got photos of the "second claim" from Bingham. That's when I realized why the insurance was telling us we needed a second claim, bc the photos from the first leak didn't match the photos from the second, bc it was a TOTALLY different house! That "second" claim is now closed. 3. I was told when I met with Nate the first time that Bingham would accept whatever the insurance was paying out and that we wouldn't get a bill from them. We have cameras IN the house with this conversation recorded. I am now having collectors calling to get money from what the insurance company denied. It's a 4k bill "discounted" from the 10k bill that's been denied. Do not use these guys unless you have the time to keep your thumb in them and KNOW what does/doesn't need to be done. I'm really disappointed bc the meeting with Nate went great and he was decent with keeping us in the loop about what was going on with the billing, but the drama on the other side has been a nightmare. read more

our initial interaction with Bingham was very good. They responded after a slight water leak from our water heater. They got us started with a construction company to repair dry wall. In the end their prices were extremely high and our insurance company refused to pay their outrageous rates. As a first time customer dealing with insurance and restoration were were duped and had to pay lots of money that was not covered by insurance. I was harassed by their claim collection company almost every day by email and telephone calls for weeks. We have learned a very expensive lesson. BEWARE!!!!! read more

They responded to me within minutes and were able to have a technician out within an hour. The technician was thorough, kind, and transparent. With my permission, they began work immediately on mitigation. They took care of scheduling an asbestos testing company as well, which the other company we got a quote from would not do. Please do not use this company. Most of their workers are not licensed, act inappropriately to females, and display general lack of regard to their clients and property. They failed to remove any black mold, due to severe water damage, from my home; damaged my floors, and left damaged cabinets inside my home (instead of removing them as promised). Another company not only had to come out to remove and scrub out the mold, but had to repair damages done by this company. Please do your research before hiring or using any company. read more

I noticed part of a wall including the water turn off-valve in my garage was wet and called a plumber. I was told that there was mold and the plumber recommended Bingham Restoration. We were able to get in touch with Bingham that day and they were able to come out and evaluate the wet mold problem. About an hour later they had two Technicians, Sebastian and Ivan opening a section of the wall and eliminating the mold. I mention there names as I thought they did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Drying fans were set up and the plumber was able to work on the leak. After the leak was fixed and the area was good and dry, Bingham's partner company "Inspired Construction Services" made the repairs so that you could never tell that there was an issue with the wall. Inspired had 4 different technicians working on the repairs over 4 days as the wall had to dry between fixes and be painted. I mentioned this as I was watching them work and I was amazed at the high level of each of there skills. Sorry to be so wordy but I really think Bingham and Inspired did a great job and I would recommend them. read more

communication is terrible. they do prompt and good work however they are impossible to get ahold of. we have been in need of a work completion receipt for 3 months and despite multiple requests, they refuse to provide us with the needed documents. if you are using insurance DO NOT USE Bingham. read more
