We called around 11am Oct. 13, and Victor and son were here in 1.5 hrs. Now that's impressive! Not only were they extremely nice and personable, they have the knowledge and equipment to do a fabulous job. We had 4 area rugs to be cleaned and they came out noticeably superior to last December's cleaning. Some cleaning soap was still in the carpet from last time that was removed, and the carpets popped with color & texture and look new again. Greenway has been around here for about 13 years, with a 3rd generation experienced owner. That makes all the difference. After doing thorough research I decided they would meet my expectations so I booked an appointment for the royal package. They showed up on the day of the schedule appointment, reviewed my square footage estimates I had given and was given an acceptable agreed amount. He went right to work starting with pre treatment and working from the top down. I was told he could do all services requested in about two hours. I have four cats and are in door cats so I sat on door duty watching 'just in case' one or more might be curious enough to dart out the door. It remained open while he worked allowing for the hoses he needed to complete the job. I watched him work hard and fast, his attention to detail and his diligence in the job he was doing was outstanding. I knew some stains would not disappear but might improve and I was impressed with the results. When he got through, my carpets looked like new! I was happy with the job and would gladly have them back for future jobs. ( they do tile and grout cleaning as well as upholstery). They accept cash, plastic or check. For the amount of square footage he covered and the types of pre and post treatment that was provided I feel it was well worth the price.
