The years of foot traffic, kitchen spills, plus aging pets who made their own "contribution"; we needed a deep cleaning but knew we would never enjoy beautiful floors again. We were wrong. Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. When there is a significant lapse of time between measure and install, it is best to come back out to site to make sure all parties are on the same page. Communication was fabulous throughout. Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

This company is originally based in Orange County and has since expanded to Las Vegas and Utah. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Luis and Jessica were responsive and very helpful throughout the process. They were able to move our appointment a day ahead per my request when someone cancelled. That makes our move a lot easier. The installation team, led by Mike, was friendly, professional, and efficient. They arrived around 7:30 am and got straight to work. After the base layers were completed, they allowed about two hours of drying time before applying the clear coat, and everything was finished by approximately 3:45 pm. Since our garage is brand new, there was minimal prep work needed and no crack repairs required. We followed their recommendation and allowed the floor to fully cure for three days before parking our cars. The final result looks amazing, and we could not be happier with the outcome.
