I'm super bummed about this review because their customer service is FANTASTIC! I received an email…read morefrom Groupon for this company and since I needed carpet cleaning at 2 houses I decided to give them a shot at one before booking both. Even though I only have one room one hallway stairs and a small inlay I purchased the three bedroom one hallway Groupon that allows you to substitute one bedroom for stairs & I substituted another bedroom for the small inlay downstairs. I thought it was a Great deal for 70$ plus 20$ tip! The person I spoke to when I called was AWESOME. They were polite, informative & all around very pleasant, making an appt was quick & easy. The person who came to my home to clean the carpets was also fantastic, polite, courteous. This review is in no way representative of their customer service b/c they have great customer interactions. Since I read on their page that the carpets can take twenty four hours to dry I scheduled my appt early in the day when I knew I could leave the property & not return for more than 24 hours allowing them to dry completely before moving furniture back in. The entire cleaning from the time he pulled up to the time he drove away was approx 45 minutes. (The carpet is beige upstairs & a darker shag brown downstairs & will be 2 years old next month, never shoes & no animal mess as all our pets are older & house broken & we have our carpet professionally cleaned routinely) When we returned to the property about 36 hours later the first thing we noticed when we opened the door was the smell, like musty mildewy rather than clean & deodorized. The movers asked about the smell as well & if the carpet was still wet. We checked & it was not, just smelly with an abnormal texture. I don't allow shoes in the house & my movers couldn't wear booties for safety reasons (slippery) so they covered all carpet with clean runners to protect it. My carpet has always been soft to the touch as it isn't very old. After drying it feels very rough, course & crispy. Also, although it seemed ok when wet, once dry just looking at it you can see it is far from clean. My son accidentally knocked his ice water off the coffee table the night we moved back in & I was really surprised to see what came up on the cloth pictured. I laid down a brand new microfiber towel and just stepped on it to soak up the water after he picked up the ice cubes. We had the carpets cleaned on 10/2/29 & he spilled his water just over 40hrs later. I'm not sure if it's a normal outcome, an outcome as a result of being a Groupon or just an isolated incident but it's a bummer none the less. I really enjoyed the people & was looking for a new regular carpet cleaning company. Maybe avoid Groupon & book directly? Im not super savvy with Groupon but sometimes I notice people's experiences with companies aren't great when they use one.

DO NOT USE. I gave…read morethis business every opportunity to make this right, because a bad review hurts a small business - especially in these times. But I had to I write this review, because this was such a ridiculous experience. The job simply wasn't done right. As you can see from the pictures, the "finished product" is shoddy work. There's still stains on the grout and blue stains where the toilet leaked. When we did the initial walk through I took the service technician to the bathroom, and I told him that the blue stains were a major concern. He said, "Yes, ma'am we'll take care of that for you." At the end of the service, I went directly back to the blue stains, and he said, "No ma'am we won't be able to get that out. I'll have my wife message you with the name of a product that will fix that up for you." How absurd. I hired them to do the job so I didn't have to. I didn't hire them to give recommendations on how to do the job myself. (By the by, no one ever followed up with me to provide this recommendation). Even so, I paid them because they assured me that "there's no way to get the stains out without another treatment." The service was on Saturday. On Sunday, I realize just how bad of a job they did, as I was able to get the stain up myself using vinegar. This certainly pissed me off. I had to work, so when I got a chance on Monday to message them - I did. I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix. They refused because (1) I paid despite being dissatisfied - (well, what would you have me do? They're in my house assuring me no better job could have been done.); (2) I waited too long to message them about the problem (I told them during the walkthrough that they had failed to deliver the promised result, and I again messaged them a whole 48 hours later); (3) they said they did a larger area than anticipated (as if that somehow explains why they did a terrible job). Also, I expect a professional would adjust the pricing if the area was - in fact larger than original anticipated. I gave them the square footage and they gave me a quote. No one said anything before the service started; (4) They also said that because I hadn't gotten my grout cleaned for years that it couldn't get more clean than it was. As noted, I let vinegar sit and I got the stain up myself. I cannot believe how unreasonable this business was. Please review the pictures. These are the same pictures I showed the business when I asked them to make it right. Somehow they weren't embarrassed by this result and stood by their shoddy work. So be it. Here's your review.
