10/10 YES. Would recommend After seeing the reviews from my fellow yelpers, the excellent service continued. Alex was very easy to work with. She asked questions to understand my situation and recommended the service that suited the house best. The entire process was very transparent and seamless. The day before, I received a confirmation of who will be coming to the house and how long it would take. Despite the fact of the initial two workers were out sick, Alex came in herself to get started and didn't even ask me to reschedule. The process was great, before any cleaning was done, Alex did a walkthrough of the house and was very information on the questions I had. The attention to detail was excellent and we are very happy to have such a clean space. A final walkthrough is done to confirm if anything was overlooked. Thank you for making our home beautiful!! read more

I recently hired Alexandra from Proficient Clean to clean my house for the second time. I had her focus on areas that we had not had time to clean the first time. Alex cleaned the inside of my refrigerator (which I had not cleaned in about seven years) from top to bottom. She also removed all of the dirt and dust from my front door and security door. She cleaned my blinds and windows. She used her vacuum to remove the dust from my couch. She also removed the dust from lots of objects around the house, such as vacuum cleaners, travel bags, lamps, etc. Living in a dust-free house is priceless, and Alex's cleaning services represent a tremendous value. I will definitely hire Alex again the next time my house needs to be cleaned! read more

I requested what they refer to as a basic cleaning of my townhouse. The cleaning lady they've been sending is friendly and does such a thorough, professional cleaning. They can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or like I do...on an on-call basis. Just be aware, that on an on-call basis, it'll take up to a week for someone to be scheduled, which is fine with me. I feel their fees are worth the outstanding cleaning. I would highly recommend to family and friends. read more

They came and responded quickly and came without asking to many questions just got in and out and did what I was expecting , nothing more , nothing less . Very polite and respectful of what I was doing and my privacy . They are recommended. You won't be let down , just don't expect miracle if they have limited time . read more

Based on positive reviews, I asked for a quote for a deep cleaning service before we move in. Alex was quick to reply. She sent the quote, which is pretty reasonable. She later sent the info of her team who will be coming to the property. My main requests were for the shower at the master's bathroom and kitchen cabinets to be thoroughly cleaned. June and Zenna did a great job. The soap scum build up on the shower walls totally blurred the glass walls. When I came back to check everything, I was surprised to clearly see the inside of the shower. The kitchen cabinets were very clean too. So if you are needing some cleaning service, this is the company to try. read more

I had a very accomodating experience with PC. First of all, they gave me a quote, always replied to my emails and did a follow up call to my enquires. They were then booked up on the dates I needed, but were kind enough to make the clean happen in my very small window of time between Airbnb tenants. So I appreciated that big time! The clean itself was great and photos were sent throughout the clean which I loved and I was able to make a small change depending. I will definitely use them in the future! read more

I had proficient clean perform a deep clean for my apartment move out. Chelsea (staff) was very professional. She established a walk through and stated what she would be performing and cleaning. Chelsea did a great job with the dee cleaning. The apartment was squeaky clean and it smelled good. She cleaned in a timely manner. The price I was quoted was the right price. Communication with the manger was a breeze. All communication through email. She clearly explained the pricing and it was understandable. Will definitely use them again! read more

I got an instant quote using Proficient Clean's website. An e-mail with the quote was sent to me, inviting me to respond to the e-mail or call them to schedule a cleaning. I had a few questions, so I responded to the e-mail, asking them to call me. Three business days passed, and I got no phone call, so I called them. Of course, I had to leave a message, so I asked for a return call. Two more days passed, and I got no phone call. I hope that anyone who attempts to hire this company has better success than me. read more

I am so elated to have discovered Alex & her team of friendly staff. Proficient Clean is an excellent company that pays attention to detail, prompt in responding to my questions; and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend PC for their convenient electronic scheduling and billing services (they emailed me a hyperlink for the invoice, which I paid the bill with my debit card online). read more

Just wow!! The only reason I got professional help to clean was because it was a requirement prior to moving out of my apartment, but Im very impressed at the work! Bathroom gunks and glass stains in the bathroom were cleaned, and all windows were wiped. Oven was cleaned until spotless. At first I was skeptical at how much work i would get out of 4 hours-- but the staff was very quick at getting things done. read more

Alex & June showed up on time. I asked them to bring the shoe covers since I don't wear shoes in the house and they didn't forget to bring it. My house is less than 2,000 sqft, they thought they can clean in 2 hours. My floor is all wood & tile floor which they have to vacuum first and used a steamer instead of the mop. Plus, I have too many decors. So, could only finish upstairs and kitchen area in downstairs. Still happy with their job. read more

From scheduling to completing the job, we were very pleased. We are very happy with the work done at our home. June was pleasant, professional and cleaned thoroughly and thoughtfully. She wasted no time and also paid attention to detail. We look forward to using Proficient Clean in the future. read more

Two person came, in 2,5 hours they only clean bathrooms when they came to kitchen they said already 5 hrs each person made 2,5 hours. In the offer says 2bd 2bth 5-6 hrs it's $175 but in 5 hrs with their count half of the job done. Go for people giving flat rate. If I let them do rest of it , they would finish 10 hrs with their count and charge me $350. Other companies were giving $350 -$250 flat rate. Who is honest? They said they didn't wanna let me down!!! You can explain when you come over, not after 2,5 hours later. I would give you some money for showing up and let you go!!! By the way you didn't finish the kitchen properly!!! Behind the oven and fridge not cleaned!!!!every other company doing that!!! And you get paid $210 which you asking for!!! read more

We were looking for someone to clean the new house we were moving into, as well as the house we were moving out of. Alexandra and her crew were fantastic, they really went above and beyond! Plus, they were able to refer us to a carpet cleaning company that they worked alongside, and we were able to get everything done all together on the same day. Excellent quality, very friendly and very flexible! read more

If you've just completed a remodel of your kitchen, bath or other interior rooms, particularly if there was drywall cutting/repair work done that creates fine dust everywhere, definitely hire Proficient Clean for a post-construction deep clean. My entire house was covered in construction dust from floor to ceiling and Proficient Clean came to the rescue with a professional and friendly can-do attitude. The transformation from dirt everywhere to sparkly clean was remarkable, particularly for the kitchen and bathrooms. Proficient Clean even cleaned out every built-in cabinet, closet and drawer. They also went the extra mile and cleaned out areas I hadn't thought to ask for, like the sliding door rail that was clogged with grit. 5/5 highly recommended and would hire again. read more

I needed help cleaning my home and Alex and her team are amazing! Chelsea is on time, reliable, does a great job with my hardwood floors! She is very detailed and makes sure all rooms are done efficiently. She is great with pets too! Cannot describe how much of a relief it is to have someone help me keep the house organized. read more

Chelsea showed up on time, which really impressed me because it seems promptness is a lost art with most cleaning companies in Las Vegas. I gave her a quick tour of the home and what was needed and she got right to work. She was VERY THOROUGH and even got pawprints off the tops of my kitchen cabinet doors without me having to ask. My stove and microwave looked amazing and I've never seen my kitchen faucet shine like that before. Chelsea was EXCELLENT...we'll be calling back for sure! read more

Alex and her team are THE BEST! I've hired Proficient clean three times now and each time is always professional, quick, and easy to book. I found them here on Yelp and never used another compmay since. IM HOOKED. This company is very trustworthy and their prices are fair. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a deep cleaning, a quick clean or any other level of cleaning needed. They even do the dishes by request! Awesome awesome AWESOME! I couldn't be more happier! read more

The owner gave me the quote was $210, when the workers came to my house they cost me another $70 dollars because my house is big. ( house size been told over the phone ) also, workers go out to smoke during the cleaning without telling us and time still counting the cleaning time ($35 dollar per hour) . One worker broken my vessel and tell me she doesn't want to cleaning the shelf because she afraid to broken another one, what? I paid $280 still with $20 tips but I won't use this company again! read more

I had had a bunch of work done in my house to include new flooring, Crown Moulding, new baseboards, etc. The resulting dust storm that hit my home was more than I wanted to address. I sent requests through Yelp for quotes. II had a response within 5 minutes from Proficient. Of the four others I had sent for quotes, they ranged from 6 hours to not at all. Good way to start. Proficient was the most thorough quote and reasonable in pricing. We made arrangements for a date and time. On the day arranged, two people showed up ready and equipped to do the job 15 minutes early. After giving a quick tour of the home and my expectations - they immediately got to work. When done, the house was spotless and thoroughly complete. I could not find anything missed. While I had planned on a one-time cleaning, I am planning of having them come out on a regular schedule. read more

I waited to write the review as I felt June and Melinda were super nice and I appreciated the company's quick reply and working with my short notice but I do want give productive feedback. As I did read the reviews before I booked, my experience may have been a one off. June seemed to do a lot of the work and help explain how to do things to Melinda. That's not a bad thing but it did add to time and some of the advice was given after the upstairs had been done. My master bed was left as I had made it. I do straighten it every morning and was surprised the bed was not tidied up and the shams/pillows put on it ( they were nearly placed on the lounger in the master bedroom). I've used other companies and they have always dressed the bed nicely even if I had it partially made. I stuck to the floor in my master shower so I had to scrub it along with the vanity. My master sink drain didn't look like it was cleaned (June showed Melinda how to clean them downstairs later that day). So I cleaned the master sinks again. Most of my downstairs is tile and I did steam it after the cleaning as there was a film. I understand that as the last company I used had trouble with my floor the first time they did it too. Using a swiffer type mop with rags is ok but think the rags had cleaner or something on them leading to a film. I think part of the issue was one of the women may have been newer and the other had to pick up slack/explain things which led the time to run over and I'm sure by the time it got to mopping they were exhausted and had to wrap it up. I did not require laundry or dish services and the ladies felt the house was in good shape and the quote was appropriate; the time ran over most likely because of what I noted above. I'm mixed on scheduling another cleaning as I liked the ladies but I've also had a superior experience with my former company for $40 less (I didn't use them as they were booked and I was getting the house prepped for guests). And with my former cleaners, a supervisor checked the work after the first clean which was great! I'm not sure where I stand but for $180 plus tip, I'm not sure I want to have to post clean but may alter what I have done if I book again. Pros: scheduling ease, timely communication, friendly staff and online pay ability Cons: had to re clean some areas , someone doesn't come check the work the first time ( which puts me in an awkward spot and a review with cons) read more

We had been with our previous company for the last 5 years, but it was getting harder to schedule and we wouldn't hear back from them on occasion. We decided to try Proficient Clean based on the reviews and the pricing, which was comparable to what we were paying before. They got us scheduled quickly and we were very happy with the response time when it came to scheduling. June was very prompt when she arrived and was very good with entering/exiting the house with our three cats inside, which is always one of my biggest worries when people are in and out without us there. I felt like she really took the time to learn our home/check what needed to be done and we felt like she did a thorough job. We will definitely be using Proficient Clean again! read more

First of all, let me start with the statement that I am not very easy to please. I cannot express how elated I am with this company. From start to finish, everything was professional, thoughtful and always with the customer's needs in mind. I initially tried to book with them a month ago and scheduling did not permit. Alex was so friendly and so pleasant that when I thought about calling a housecleaning service again, I tried them first. I told her the time slots that would work best and she didn't have them. However, in order to be accommodating and flexible and gain new business, she switched stuff around and was able to get me the day and time I wanted! Great start... They then send you a link to a secured site that allows you to make payment prior to appointment. Super easy and convenient. 2 for 2. Text and email updates 2 days out from Appointment as a reminder. Smart thinking! Day of appointment. I have a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2800 sq. Ft. House and they estimated 4 hours with one person. My appointment was 9am. Door bell rang at 8:59am. I love promptness. The Lady was bubbly and all smiles and we did a walk through together. She understood and repeated everything that were my priorities and everything that was more of an "if there is time left can you..." and then she got started. She stayed about 45 mins extra and didn't charge me but I cannot tell you how amazing my home looked. This girl worked nonstop the entire time. She hustled it out! She never was on her phone, never took smoke breaks, she worked, worked, worked and my home is proof of that. Thank you Alex, thank you so much for this great experience! I appreciate companies like yours that go above and beyond to make your customers feel valuable. read more

Excellent service! I called on wednesday afternoon for a quick clean ASAP - they got me in on Thursday! They even showed up early! (That is huge - out of the 3 other companies that have cleaned my home none of them were on time, heaven forbid actually early.) The lady who cleaned worked hard, efficiently, and focused on the areas I had mentioned were our "trouble spots". Great customer service, excellent cleaning skills, and I'll definitely be contacting again! read more

Update number 2 after writing the review, I heard from the owner Alex. We scheduled for the next Tuesday. Zena was right on time and everything was beautiful. UPDATED REVIEW 1/25/19: have been using this company for awhile now and have had some issues with staff showing up late. Not usually a huge deal as the owner usually emails. However, today I got an email saying the person was going to be 30-45 minutes late. This was already concerning since we have family coming over tonight. 12:45, still nobody here. I tried emailing. I called and got voicemail. No response. I sent a text message and was told they're coming. I explained we would need to reschedule as family would be here at the house and I wanted to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday since more family was coming Wednesday. At this point the owner just stopped responding. Very unprofessional. Scheduled with Alex to have someone come to the house. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. She answered all of my questions about chemicals and pets. Zena came yesterday. I did the walkthrough with her and she got to work. She had me let her know what were priorities for us. After she was done she had me walk through to make sure we were happy. Everything was beautiful and spotless. We have already scheduled our next appointment. Can't wait to use this company again. read more

First time using proficient clean and overall we are very satisfied. The ladies were here for close to 5.5 hours and really dug in and got things cleaned. There were a few obvious things missed, like dog nose marks on the slider and dirt spots on the walls from dogs and kids as well as 1 door jam and 2 areas on the baseboards. This was easily offset by the areas other cleaners have neglected in the past like our vents, blinds, and upper cabinets. The price included cleaning the fridge and freezer which they were not able to complete because i was not home to empty them and they stated health codes and not being allowed to touch our food... perfectly fine and I understand completely. All in all the deep cleaning was quoted at $290 and for the work done the price seemed very fair. I would recommend giving them a try if you need some cleanup around the house. read more

Great response time, wonderful service, and Alex was a pleasure to deal with. The crew was quite efficient in making sure to hit the spots that have been missed by other companies in the past and the pricing was the lowest of those that we researched. When one calls for a cleaning service, one expects to come home to a clean home. The one star is for the communication from the owner before the service was done. She was prompt and I was notified of pricing and what kind of service I would be receiving. I was promised a 3 hour window, from 2-5 pm, with 5 man hours to clean my 2900 sq/ft home but when the cleaner arrived alone and stayed only 3 hours, I was quite disappointed. I paid less because she worked only 3 hours but the house cleaning was not finished. The whole downstairs was not cleaned except the kitchen and floors. Dust still everywhere. The downstairs bathroom was not even touched. There was no detail in the work that was done because she was trying to finish as much as she could in 3 hours because she was sent by herself. Bottom line, the cleaning was not done. My husband said the cleaner worked hard but the cleaning was not finished and I still paid for a bad service. 5 man hours were promised and only one person was sent and left after 3. They should have sent 2 people to do the job that was promised. read more
