My flaky girl that I occasionally use for special events bailed on a Tuesday and I was scrambling to find a company that could keep her Thursday appointment. I needed the house cleaned by Friday. Communication was top notch and his vibe set my mind at ease. 2 ladies, Renata and Silmara showed up on time and were incredibly professional. They were very nice and hustled the entire time and worked hard for 7 hours cleaning more than I even expected. Marcelo explained there was no extra charge if time went over as it was a flat rate for the size of my home. I literally could not be happier with the girls and their efforts and Marcelo and Rita were kind and communicative the entire time. My tenant just moved out and the place needed serious cleaning. Quote: Luckily, Evidence Cleaning was up to the task but I did notice one thing when getting a quote. You'll want to go via Yelp vs online form on their site. I noticed there's a slight difference (it's about 5 bucks in my case) It's not a lot but it's something to keep in mind if you have a bigger job. As a side note, the quote I received was for 2 cleaners but only one showed up. Doesn't impact me as it means it takes longer to finish. Scheduling: Very easy to schedule, all done with their assistant via text. Everything is explained to you what to expect, etc. Sometimes I feel like I'm talking to AI bot. My main concern is if I need to be on-site (which you don't need to be) Day of the Cleaning: Showed up right on time, one vehicle, one cleaner. Once access is given she went straight to work. Due to one cleaner, it took her about 5 hours to finish the job (3 br, 2 ba) Fridge and Oven were included. Note there's extra cost to wash/clean the baseboard (30 extra, otherwise it's dusting only) I skipped on this. Wrap-Up/Payment: Once the cleaning was done, she took tons of photos as evidence (sorry I had to squeeze that in, couldn't help myself) and I was able to review them all via text. Evidence Cleaning did an amazing job at my house recently. I gathered several quotes because I also needed the carpets cleaned and preferred to use one company. I didn't want any surprises or extra charges once they got out there and I was happy that the price quoted via messages stayed the same throughout the whole cleaning process. This was a move in cleaning, but I just had it painted so they worked with the painters to make sure everything got moved and cleaned nicely. Their pricing is very fair and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. Scheduled a cleaning for today at 9am. No show. I reached out via text message at 9:30am, no response. Tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail saying "to schedule a cleaning by phone press 1", I pressed 1 just to talk to someone, there's a long pause and it hangs up. Tried twice. Had my house cleaned recently. My house is a bit over 2000 sqft. and they sent over one person which surprised me since other companies usually send over 2 or 3. However, it didn't matter she still did a good job and it didn't take that much longer. It was around 3 hours for the cleaning. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the work. The move-in process is a chaotic time and we really appreciated Evidence Cleaning's flexibility. We initially had our cleaners scheduled for a Thursday morning, but due to some scheduling delays from our painter, we had to cancel our appointment last minute which they were completely understanding of. We found out on the day of that our painter would still be able to finish by midday, and messaged Evidence Cleaning back. They were able to get two cleaners into our house that Thursday afternoon! We were initially concerned whether they would have enough time despite starting later in the day, but Marcelo assured us that their cleaners would stay as long as necessary. For an unfurnished ~2200 sq ft, they took approximately 5 hours. The cleaners were incredibly kind, and made sure to stick around while we did an initial walk-through. Our initial impression was great, but once time afforded us more opportunity to more closely look at things after they left, we were disappointed by some inconsistencies. For example, most of our refrigerator was cleaned very well. However, the freezer appeared completely untouched. Additionally, they made an effort to dust part of the top of the refrigerator, but there was a quite a bit of dust at the front which was completely neglected - this was ironic to me, as I'd imagine the front is easier to reach? Most of our window shutters were cleaned well, but there were a few that were definitely skipped over and not dusted. Most of the floors were clean, but we encountered quite a few corners that collected bits and pieces from sweeping which wasn't then cleaned up. There were also areas of the floor still dirty enough to turn our cleaning pads black when we followed up with our own cleaning afterwards. Given that this was my first experience with cleaners, I have no idea if my expectations were simply too high. I also don't know if our last minute scheduling changes played a role in the subpar job, but Marcelo did assure us that the cleaners would stay as long as they would need to. Ultimately, a cleaning job won't get any easier than an unfurnished house, yet my partner and I still found ourselves cleaning up after their cleaning job. Especially since others were charging a lower quote than Evidence Cleaners, we will look elsewhere next time we need a cleaning. read more

Tati did a fabulous job on our house tonight. While we try to maintain a clean home, getting a good deep clean done is often difficult between work and family time. With several recent big life events, it wasn't as well maintained as we try to keep it. One issue i have had with other previous cleaning services is they don't dust. Tati did a thorough dust, cleaned our shower beautifully, and overall did a wonderful job. The cost for a deep clean was very fair and we tipped her well. While we'd like to have her monthly, the cost is almost as much as a deep clean so we may just continue to maintain and do a quarterly deep clean, though we haven't decided on this yet. We requested their deep cleaning service. The women were extremely polite and courteous; which we truly appreciate, however, the quality of the work wasn't great. Our house is fairly clean as it is, so it didn't need much, but we did expect the cleaning to be much more efficient considering what they had to start with. There were substantial streaks on the floors, the corners of the floors were left unclean and although we appreciated that they cleaned our oven, they left a streak of some substance down the inside of the oven. We had to look up how to take the door apart so that we can clean it. read more

Amazing! Really not much more to say than that. We opted for a regular house cleaning, and got more than expected. The gal they sent over really made sure to get every nook and cranny, and tackled some of our more tougher messes we had left, like our bathtub and our microwave. I asked her to fold my clothes (they were already washed and organized in piles), clean two bathrooms used normally and two three bathrooms almost never used so quite clean already. I also asked her to dust around. She did all of that in 2.5 hours. I was pleased with her work and the timing. The cost was $220 and I gave her a $50 tip. For my needs -- I'm probably paying too much. I am likely to use task rabbit next where the cost for the same cleaning would be about $120 plus tip. It might be that if you need the cleaner to stay say 4 hours, the cost might be right. read more
