I had a great experience with Evidence Base Cleaning and would definitely use them again! Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything. Great communication, great price, and great service overall. 5/5 and I would definitely hire them again! read more

We looked into several cleaning services and ultimately chose Evidence Cleaning because they offered the widest range of services at the most affordable price. They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling! read more

I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but Priscilla inspired me to make an exception. Her level of service and attention to detail completely blew my expectations away. I genuinely thought we kept a pretty clean home, at least somewhat clean, but seeing what she was able to do opened my eyes. What impressed me most was how she went above and beyond without me even asking. I wasn't expecting certain areas to be cleaned at all, yet she tackled them with the same care as everything else. The stove, oven, and fridge especially, I didn't even know those were part of the package, but she made them look brand new. Her meticulous dedication, her quiet professionalism while I worked, and her commitment to doing the job correctly are unmatched. She is absolutely amazing, and I will never trust another company with my home again. Thank you so much for transforming our space and setting a new standard for what "clean" really means. I hope to work with Priscilla again soon :D read more

excellent in every way. This will be my sons first home on his own and Evidence created a perfect environment for his move in.

My tenant just moved out and the place needed serious cleaning. Quote: Luckily, Evidence Cleaning was up to the task but I did notice one thing when getting a quote. You'll want to go via Yelp vs online form on their site. I noticed there's a slight difference (it's about 5 bucks in my case) It's not a lot but it's something to keep in mind if you have a bigger job. As a side note, the quote I received was for 2 cleaners but only one showed up. Doesn't impact me as it means it takes longer to finish. Scheduling: Very easy to schedule, all done with their assistant via text. Everything is explained to you what to expect, etc. Sometimes I feel like I'm talking to AI bot. My main concern is if I need to be on-site (which you don't need to be) Day of the Cleaning: Showed up right on time, one vehicle, one cleaner. Once access is given she went straight to work. Due to one cleaner, it took her about 5 hours to finish the job (3 br, 2 ba) Fridge and Oven were included. Note there's extra cost to wash/clean the baseboard (30 extra, otherwise it's dusting only) I skipped on this. Wrap-Up/Payment: Once the cleaning was done, she took tons of photos as evidence (sorry I had to squeeze that in, couldn't help myself) and I was able to review them all via text. Payment was done via Zelle and I sent a bit extra for tips. Overall they've been great and I would definitely use them again, thank you!! read more

Had a move out clean of my apartment and they did a fantastic job! The apartment was well loved and they knocked the job out of the water.

Great job! Made the place look new. Even got behind the washer and dryer and it looked perfect. Thank you

I'm a bit late in posting this review, but I didn't want another day to go by without recognizing the excellent service from Evidence Cleaning--especially Lunnie, who was assigned to clean my home. She joked that she had to work hard to find any dirt, but I know she found plenty--and when she was finished, my home looked even better than when she arrived. Thank you, Lunnie, and thank you to Evidence Cleaning for such outstanding work! read more

Evidence Cleaning did an amazing job at my house recently. I gathered several quotes because I also needed the carpets cleaned and preferred to use one company. I didn't want any surprises or extra charges once they got out there and I was happy that the price quoted via messages stayed the same throughout the whole cleaning process. This was a move in cleaning, but I just had it painted so they worked with the painters to make sure everything got moved and cleaned nicely. Their pricing is very fair and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. I was sent before and after pictures, as I requested and they were very flexible, friendly and extremely communicative. I would definitely use Evidence Cleaning again. read more

Great communication and on time. The person took her time to do the job well and attention to detail.

Evidence Cleaning did a marvelous job! Any trace of my being there was wiped away! I know who I'm calling if I ever need to disappear.

I just wanted to say I've been using this company for years (since 2022) and they do a wonderful job cleaning. Great service and communication. I usually work from home and they are cleaning while I'm working. Everyone that has come over the years has been respectful of that, especially if I've been on any meetings. read more

We got the standard cleaning service from Evidence for the first time today. The cleaner, Gracia, came on time and did a good job. After asking us what we wanted her to clean (mainly bathrooms and flooring throughout), she got right to work. When she finished, everything looked and smelled clean. We will definitely use Evidence again. read more

This is my first time using this cleaning company and they are wonderful! I texted the number listed on the website and got a really quick response. The owner is so friendly and answered all of my questions, scheduled me for the next day service, and was so friendly and professional. I had a change in my schedule with work and needed a different time and they accommodated me with no issues. The cleaner was amazing! She showed up on time, super friendly and polite, and did such a thorough job. Highly recommend. Thank you so much. read more

Had my house cleaned recently. My house is a bit over 2000 sqft. and they sent over one person which surprised me since other companies usually send over 2 or 3. However, it didn't matter she still did a good job and it didn't take that much longer. It was around 3 hours for the cleaning. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the work. She came, did the work and left. The price was a bit lower than I usually pay which is nice but I left a decent tip so it balanced out in the end. read more

Evidence Cleaning did a phenomenal job! They cleaned our home from top to bottom--everything from the ceilings to the baseboards. Every room and every nook and cranny was carefully attended to, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. Our home smelled amazing afterward, and all the furniture and fixtures were placed back exactly where they belonged. Everything was spotless and shining. It honestly looked like a model home when they finished. I can't thank them enough for their hard work. I will absolutely continue using their services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and professional cleaning! read more

Scheduled a cleaning for today at 9am. No show. I reached out via text message at 9:30am, no response. Tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail saying "to schedule a cleaning by phone press 1", I pressed 1 just to talk to someone, there's a long pause and it hangs up. Tried twice. It is now 10:30am and still no show and no response. Very unprofessional. Update: they reached out and were able to come out at 2pm. Cleaning was good, great job on my floors. They even lowered their price to match another company that offered me a lower rate. read more

The price I was quoted at first was more than the other quotes that I received. But I was informed by Evidence Cleaning that it was all inclusive. That ended up being a very fair price compared to the others that I contacted. The cleaning was very thorough and I was very, very satisfied with the service. The ladies that showed up really knew their stuff. I pointed out a few things and they already had a plan to handle it. Highly recommend read more

Needed a post construction cleanup. They were super responsive & informative when deciding and booking. They were on time and thorough for the whole cleaning. They even cleaned spots we didn't talk about which I really appreciated! Definitely worth the cost! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Evidence Cleaning! I have been living in my apartment for almost one year and was looking for a deep clean refresh. I was able to schedule it the very next morning. Lane came right on time and although she did not speak English, we were able to use Google Translate to communicate. It took her about 3 hours for a ~700 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath apartment. It looks better than when I first moved in! Definitely worth the money. Lane was so sweet and did an amazing job. My flaky girl that I occasionally use for special events bailed on a Tuesday and I was scrambling to find a company that could keep her Thursday appointment. I needed the house cleaned by Friday. It's always scary to hire a new housekeeping crew for the house. Who do you trust. I got bids from multiple companies and was blown away by the high prices. I stumbled onto Evidence Cleaning on Yelp with over 200 5 star reviews and figured it didn't hurt to get a quote. I went to their website and entered my home stats and received a response from Marcelo quickly. The price was decent for a deep clean and he could actually do Thursday!!! Communication was top notch and his vibe set my mind at ease. 2 ladies, Renata and Silmara showed up on time and were incredibly professional. They were very nice and hustled the entire time and worked hard for 7 hours cleaning more than I even expected. Marcelo explained there was no extra charge if time went over as it was a flat rate for the size of my home. I literally could not be happier with the girls and their efforts and Marcelo and Rita were kind and communicative the entire time. In this day and age of over charging for everything and lazy people - Evidence Cleaning is an outlier. Do not hesitate to book them. I will be using them moving forward and recommending them to all my friends that have been looking for good housekeeping services. Thank you Silmara, Renata, Marcelo, and Rita. You are the top tier out there with absolutely reasonable prices. read more

Completely thorough! Did everything we asked even cleaning the dog door, it now shines.

The move-in process is a chaotic time and we really appreciated Evidence Cleaning's flexibility. We initially had our cleaners scheduled for a Thursday morning, but due to some scheduling delays from our painter, we had to cancel our appointment last minute which they were completely understanding of. We found out on the day of that our painter would still be able to finish by midday, and messaged Evidence Cleaning back. They were able to get two cleaners into our house that Thursday afternoon! We were initially concerned whether they would have enough time despite starting later in the day, but Marcelo assured us that their cleaners would stay as long as necessary. For an unfurnished ~2200 sq ft, they took approximately 5 hours. The cleaners were incredibly kind, and made sure to stick around while we did an initial walk-through. Our initial impression was great, but once time afforded us more opportunity to more closely look at things after they left, we were disappointed by some inconsistencies. For example, most of our refrigerator was cleaned very well. However, the freezer appeared completely untouched. Additionally, they made an effort to dust part of the top of the refrigerator, but there was a quite a bit of dust at the front which was completely neglected - this was ironic to me, as I'd imagine the front is easier to reach? Most of our window shutters were cleaned well, but there were a few that were definitely skipped over and not dusted. Most of the floors were clean, but we encountered quite a few corners that collected bits and pieces from sweeping which wasn't then cleaned up. There were also areas of the floor still dirty enough to turn our cleaning pads black when we followed up with our own cleaning afterwards. Given that this was my first experience with cleaners, I have no idea if my expectations were simply too high. I also don't know if our last minute scheduling changes played a role in the subpar job, but Marcelo did assure us that the cleaners would stay as long as they would need to. Ultimately, a cleaning job won't get any easier than an unfurnished house, yet my partner and I still found ourselves cleaning up after their cleaning job. Especially since others were charging a lower quote than Evidence Cleaners, we will look elsewhere next time we need a cleaning. read more

I hired Evidence Cleaning to do a deep clean yesterday. When I got home from work it my house smelled so clean, no dust, showers cleaner than I've ever done and all the hard wood floors throughout my entire house were spotless and dustless. We needed last minute cleaning due to my bad planning skills and they stepped up to the plate! The value was definitely well worth it, especially for my planning and it being last minute. Two people came to do the cleaning, and they did a wonderful job cleaning the house top to bottom and got the extra spots I didn't even realize was dirty. Tati did a fabulous job on our house tonight. While we try to maintain a clean home, getting a good deep clean done is often difficult between work and family time. With several recent big life events, it wasn't as well maintained as we try to keep it. One issue i have had with other previous cleaning services is they don't dust. Tati did a thorough dust, cleaned our shower beautifully, and overall did a wonderful job. The cost for a deep clean was very fair and we tipped her well. While we'd like to have her monthly, the cost is almost as much as a deep clean so we may just continue to maintain and do a quarterly deep clean, though we haven't decided on this yet. Highly recommend! read more

Great communication and great cleaning service. Arrived promptly on time and did an amazing job deep cleaning my kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend and will be using them again! read more

We requested their deep cleaning service. The women were extremely polite and courteous; which we truly appreciate, however, the quality of the work wasn't great. Our house is fairly clean as it is, so it didn't need much, but we did expect the cleaning to be much more efficient considering what they had to start with. There were substantial streaks on the floors, the corners of the floors were left unclean and although we appreciated that they cleaned our oven, they left a streak of some substance down the inside of the oven. We had to look up how to take the door apart so that we can clean it. read more
