The service included a deep clean, which was the following Wiping baseboards Doors Door Frames Window Sills Blinds Fans Wall decorations/pictures dusted Bathrooms cleaned Kitchen including wiping/polishing cabinets and appliances, countertops stove top, and microwave. From the start, Kenia was easy to communicate with, giving me a quote for initial cleaning and biweekly cleaning. I went ahead and scheduled with her, and honestly had slight anxiety since I didn't know anyone who had used her service.. but you don't know until you try! I needed to find a cleaning service as I am 40 weeks pregnant and also have a 4yr old and a husband who doesn't know what clean means. I needed help! Kenia and one other lady cleaned my home for about 3 hours. I have 1100sq ft 3 bed 2 bath. Kenia and her employee took apart so much for a seriously thorough cleaning! I was REALLY impressed. Working crazy hours over this past year had me falling behind on my regular housecare duties. I caved into having a regular cleaning service. I wanted my weekends back to recharge. My friends have used the Clean Queens services in the past, and they came highly recommended (thanks Mel C and Terri). I gave them a call and received a very reasonable quote for my first deep clean of my three bed and 2.5 bath home. We scheduled their service, and we received a confirmation text notification the day before -which was appreciated. Our first visit had a team of three cleaners that were punctual and did an excellent job cleaning and scrubbing our house from top to bottom. It took roughly 3 hours for the first deep clean, and our house sparkled. I was in love. So much so, that I have them now come monthly for regular service. Now, on the regular monthly service, we generally have a set of two cleaners for ongoing maintenance cleanings, and they are in an out in 1.5 hours. The price is very fair, and we always tip them for their stellar services. They include a lot of what other service up charge for. The Clean Queens perform a SUPERIOR cleaning every time they visit. They always ask if you have any areas of your home you'd like them to focus on and will do a walk through with you before they leave. For us, I have them focus on our shower and bath since we have a glass enclosed shower and bathtub. All in all, they make sure everything is squeaky clean and up to par before they leave. Everyone we've worked with is trustworthy, dependable, and professional. If you're looking for a solid cleaning service, I would highly recommend the Clean Queen team. What a beautiful job the ladies did! I asked them to focus on the dusting & baseboards as they have not been cleaned in sometime. They did just that and more! Our house looks so amazing- I wish I would have watched them a little more so I can do this kind of job. My floors are so clean & I love the way the furniture was cleaned. The only thing I would suggest being a new customer I assumed that they would let us know when the initial 4 hours we requested was up. We rushed a move-in after building a new home and the house didn't get the normal post-construction clean. Queens of Clean team of four did an amazing job when they came in. They cleaned construction dust from walls and cabinets, wiped down every door inside and out, cleaned showers from top to bottom, cleaned windows, floors...they did it all. And there was a lot of climbing up and down step-stools to reach 10ft. ceilings and 8ft. doors. They are pleasant and professional. When I first began using them, a group of 4 individuals would show up, and my 2400 square foot home would be spotless in about an hour and a half. Like most business' today, Clean queen has become short staffed and only two ladies arrived at my home to clean it today. Maria and her team of four did a first-time clean of our house. And a clean home is most definitely a happy home! We haven't lived in our house for over ten years and just had some maintenance done on it which included new paint and flooring. Needless to say, you could write your name in the dust and I was worried that all of our faucets would have to be replaced due to calcium deposit build-up. (I did a quick run to Home Depot to price this and four faucets would have cost me a starting price of almost $300!) I went with these ladies because of the fantastic reviews they had gotten and WOW do they live up to the hype! They gave me an appointment in two days, Kelly was very nice and accommodating on the phone, and they were in and out in exactly two hours. They got a dark stain out of my sink that I and two other housekeepers couldn't get out, none of my walls are scratched (which I had just grown accustomed to with different housekeepers), and they handled all the cat hair that had accumulated on surfaces.
