Amazing service at Clean Queen Cleaning Services! I was looking for cleaning services through Yelp and stumbled upon Clean Queen Cleaning Services. Upon reading all of the stellar reviews, I had to try out Clean Queen! I initially called and left a voicemail, but found out it was easier to text in order to make an appointment. I provided my square footage and Kenia provided a quote over text. The service included a deep clean, which was the following Wiping baseboards Doors Door Frames Window Sills Blinds Fans Wall decorations/pictures dusted Bathrooms cleaned Kitchen including wiping/polishing cabinets and appliances, countertops stove top, and microwave. Laundry room Floors are swept, mopped, and dried Carpets, rugs, and stairs are vacuumed. The team arrived on time and they were absolutely awesome! The house looked wonderful afterwards!! I'd highly recommend Clean Queen cleaning services! read more

I booked one cleaner for the day, and two showed up to split the hours between them. They explained it at the door, but I'd have liked a text about it the night before. The price didn't change, and the house was done by early afternoon instead of evening. Both of them put on shoe covers at the door without me asking. read more

The Clean Queen Cleaning crew always does a great job and they are easy to schedule and communicate with. They send reminder texts for the cleaning and let you know when they're on their way. We've used the ad-hoc services four times now, with the group ranging anywhere from 2-4 people, and each time they've been efficient and thorough with their cleaning. We're so happy we found them and they are our go-to cleaning services in Vegas! read more

Did a wonderful job on my carpets! They look so much better and very nice working with them! Thank you!

Contacted this company as the reviews seemed fantastic. I'm sure they are...if you can get ahold of them. Over a period of 2 weeks I've called 4 times, left a voice message and texted twice. Not a single response back. Not very polite or professional to just ghost potential clients. If you're too busy to take on another client, then say so. Don't just ignore. read more

From the start, Kenia was easy to communicate with, giving me a quote for initial cleaning and biweekly cleaning. I went ahead and scheduled with her, and honestly had slight anxiety since I didn't know anyone who had used her service.. but you don't know until you try! I needed to find a cleaning service as I am 40 weeks pregnant and also have a 4yr old and a husband who doesn't know what clean means. I needed help! Kenia and one other lady cleaned my home for about 3 hours. I have 1100sq ft 3 bed 2 bath. Kenia and her employee took apart so much for a seriously thorough cleaning! I was REALLY impressed. Small touches all around really showed their top notch quality. I would honestly say they're a better team than most hotels have! My mom (extremely picky when it comes to cleaning) ended up scheduling her to clean her 4000 sq ft home and was THRILLED with the final product and said she will be scheduling with her from now on (after being dissatisfied with another company). I am so happy to have found Kenia and her team and we will be planning on using her services moving forward. Thanks again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

Reliable. Trustworthy. Flexible. And most important... MY HOUSE IS CLEAN WHEN THEY'RE DONE We started using clean Queen when our long time housekeeper retired. I initially wanted a cleaning lady and called on some of the recommendations from friends. The prices they quoted me were outrageous. And some wouldn't give me an idea of cost until they had "cleaned it, to see what it entailed." So I went out on a limb and looked for a cleaning service. I came across Clean Queen (here on Yelp) and gave them a call. They were friendly and took the time to talk with me about my needs and wants, and gave me an estimate over the phone. We've now been using them for months. I have recommended them to my mom, and anyone who's asked me. They provide a great service and I'll be sticking with them. read more

Attention to detail, thorough cleaning, efficient use of time....these ladies bring it all! I am very picky and I couldn't be happier with their housekeeping. They even move the furniture to clean underneath. My entire home is pristine too to bottom. read more

Way to expensive. I had what was suppose to be a deep clean. Two ladies were here for only 3 hours and I was charged $400 dollars. I didn't even have them clean the bedrooms and bathrooms just the main areas. Look thru the reviews most of them are from years ago. read more

My sister had them clean her house and she loved what they did so I decided to have them come to clean my house. I texted Kenia and told her about my house square footage and layout. She provided me the amount it would be and everything that's included in the price. We scheduled a date and they provided an arrival time the day before. They did such an amazing job! Way better than any other company I have used and I've used a few of them. They even made our beds and they look so good! They are top notch and very kind! I highly recommend!!! read more

We used Clean Queen Cleaning bi-monthly for 4 years before leaving the area. They are phenomenal and pull out all the stops to keep your home clean! I shopped around and they offered far more for the price than many other cleaners in the area. They are also pet friendly which is a plus. We appreciate greatly the family time these wonderful women gave us on the weekends by keeping our home spotless. read more

Just got my house cleaned by the clean queen and oh man am I impressed! I am a clean freak and they knocked it out of the park! They even folded my toilet paper as if I was staying at a 5 star hotel, I'm so happy!! I Will be continuing to use their service bi weekly and I highly recommend you do the same! read more

Two wonderful Clean Queens detailed our house last week. I've had people clean my house off and on for more than thirty years. Clean Queens is hands-down the best I've ever had! The attention to detail was amazing! The wood blinds look like new. They remade the bed! The way they fluffed all the tissue and folded the toilet paper was like being in a five-star hotel! I will be proud to have them come on a regular basis! read more

Working crazy hours over this past year had me falling behind on my regular housecare duties. I caved into having a regular cleaning service. I wanted my weekends back to recharge. My friends have used the Clean Queens services in the past, and they came highly recommended (thanks Mel C and Terri). I gave them a call and received a very reasonable quote for my first deep clean of my three bed and 2.5 bath home. We scheduled their service, and we received a confirmation text notification the day before -which was appreciated. Our first visit had a team of three cleaners that were punctual and did an excellent job cleaning and scrubbing our house from top to bottom. It took roughly 3 hours for the first deep clean, and our house sparkled. I was in love. So much so, that I have them now come monthly for regular service. Now, on the regular monthly service, we generally have a set of two cleaners for ongoing maintenance cleanings, and they are in an out in 1.5 hours. The price is very fair, and we always tip them for their stellar services. They include a lot of what other service up charge for. The Clean Queens perform a SUPERIOR cleaning every time they visit. They always ask if you have any areas of your home you'd like them to focus on and will do a walk through with you before they leave. For us, I have them focus on our shower and bath since we have a glass enclosed shower and bathtub. All in all, they make sure everything is squeaky clean and up to par before they leave. Everyone we've worked with is trustworthy, dependable, and professional. If you're looking for a solid cleaning service, I would highly recommend the Clean Queen team. My place is always spotless after they visit. I will continue to use this service and highly recommend it. read more

5 Stars All The Way!!! Back in 2013, Terri R recommended that I contact Maria and Clean Queen Cleaning Services for all my house cleaning needs. I took Terri's advice and have not looked back. To this day, I use Clean Queen once a month. Maria is definitely the Queen of Clean. When it comes to finding the right cleaners to polish my house, there's a couple of requirements that I have. They must do an excellent job, be timely, efficient, and meet my budget. But most importantly, they absolutely must be trustworthy. The Clean Queen meets all of these requirements and then some. It would take me all day to even come close to cleaning my home as good as The Clean Queen. For them, it only takes about an hour. Everyone wants to know how much, right? I can't quote prices, but they're very competitive to the competition out there. Cost depends on the size of your home and the work needed to get it clean. I have used the competition out there and Clean Queen is the best. Just take my advice, call Clean Queen the next time you're in the need for someone to clean your home. Amateur Tip #1: Location? They will service all of Las Vegas and Henderson. Amateur Tip #2: The first cleaning will take a little longer than normal. It took them over 2 hours to clean my home the first time. It only takes about an hour now, sometimes even faster. Amateur Tip #3: Call for a quote. Amateur Tip #4: Sit back, relax, or even run errands while they clean your home. Amateur Tip #5: Tips are nice. So, make sure to tip them. read more

What a beautiful job the ladies did! I asked them to focus on the dusting & baseboards as they have not been cleaned in sometime. They did just that and more! Our house looks so amazing- I wish I would have watched them a little more so I can do this kind of job. My floors are so clean & I love the way the furniture was cleaned. The only thing I would suggest being a new customer I assumed that they would let us know when the initial 4 hours we requested was up. I don't mind paying extra because they did exactly what we had asked. But I'm not sure if other customers would mind. We will certainly be using these ladies again. The house looks amazing! thank you read more

4 years later and I'm still amazed at the service these ladies provide. I've gotten majority of my neighbors to use their service. Yes, it stared it's me and it spreads like wild fire how amazing their service really is. Wild fire might not be the right word but get what I mean. They're amazing even after 4 years being with them! You won't be disappointed! read more

Used Clean Queen for the first time this week. They did a very nice job and ai rescheduled to have them come again.

I had to plead with my husband to try another cleaning company after being disappointed with several before trying Clean Queens. We were more than pleased with the initial cleaning in December, but chose to wait to write a review to see if the service would be consistent. Yesterday was the third time having our home cleaned and we couldn't be happier. My husband has done a thorough inspection after each cleaning to justify paying for the service, but he is more than pleased with the very detailed cleaning done consistently each month. I am very picky and can honestly say they do a better job than I could do in much less time. We both agree it's worth every penny. You won't be disappointed with Clean Queens!! read more

We rushed a move-in after building a new home and the house didn't get the normal post-construction clean. Queens of Clean team of four did an amazing job when they came in. They cleaned construction dust from walls and cabinets, wiped down every door inside and out, cleaned showers from top to bottom, cleaned windows, floors...they did it all. And there was a lot of climbing up and down step-stools to reach 10ft. ceilings and 8ft. doors. They are pleasant and professional. I don't believe there's a better cleaning service in our area. read more

I have been using this team for the past 2 years now. When I first began using them, a group of 4 individuals would show up, and my 2400 square foot home would be spotless in about an hour and a half. Like most business' today, Clean queen has become short staffed and only two ladies arrived at my home to clean it today. They were here for about 3 and a half hours and my house looks absolutely amazing! It's good to know that this business will not sacrifice quality when faced with staffing issues. I am very impressed with Clean queen and will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend! read more

My prior company was excellent, but suddenly didn't respond. I then searched for another and was soooo happy things turned out the way they did because Clean Queen group is more then excellent...they're phenomenal!!! They not only cleaned better, but paid attention to every little detail as though my home turned into the Ritz Carlton clean and perfect. My home is not fancy by any means but it feels that way after Clean Queen is done. read more

Maria and her team of four did a first-time clean of our house. And a clean home is most definitely a happy home! We haven't lived in our house for over ten years and just had some maintenance done on it which included new paint and flooring. Needless to say, you could write your name in the dust and I was worried that all of our faucets would have to be replaced due to calcium deposit build-up. (I did a quick run to Home Depot to price this and four faucets would have cost me a starting price of almost $300!) Everything is now dusted, our faucets have ZERO calcium deposits on them, windows are wiped, and floors are squeaky clean! I am so thankful to now live in a clean house! P.s. - making appointments over the phone with Kenia was so easy and the cleaning team arrived exactly on time. read more

Would have left -100 if I could. The place was not cleaned, cleaner was 90 minutes late, broke TWO items in my home. Did not clean fridge, stove, counters or bathtubs. Wiped down bathroom sinks and washed the floors with dirty water. I paid $100 for 4 hours of cleaning. I am getting my money back and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I went with these ladies because of the fantastic reviews they had gotten and WOW do they live up to the hype! They gave me an appointment in two days, Kelly was very nice and accommodating on the phone, and they were in and out in exactly two hours. They got a dark stain out of my sink that I and two other housekeepers couldn't get out, none of my walls are scratched (which I had just grown accustomed to with different housekeepers), and they handled all the cat hair that had accumulated on surfaces. They emptied my shredder, cleaned the fridge and oven, and made my kitchen lights sparkle. I will definitely be using this company again and again. Thank you Clean Queen! read more

We are still talking about how fabulous our experience was with Clean Queen Cleaning Service. Every inch of our home was thoroughly cleaned right down to the drain in our master bathroom shower!!! We have busy schedules so maintaining a 3,000 square foot home was daunting and left little time to relax. Let these remarkable ladies do the work for you. They are kind, respectful and thorough.
