In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

Avanti Lost a Longtime Customer Over a $500 Upsell - I used Avanti Green Cleaning Services for…read moreyears. I was a loyal customer, I trusted the company, and I was happy with the service. That ended with one recent booking experience. I called to schedule a regular cleaning after going a few months without service. Only my husband and I live in our home. We have no children, no pets, and we maintain the house ourselves. We were not asking anyone to clean a neglected or unusually dirty home. We simply wanted the professional cleaning Avanti had provided us many times before. I was told that because a few months had passed, I needed to book a deep cleaning for approximately $500. I explained that $500 was not in my budget and asked to schedule the regular cleaning instead, which was still approximately $300. After that, I was contacted by the owner, Leisa. Rather than treating me like a longtime customer, the conversation felt like I was being scolded for not scheduling more frequently. Leisa told me that because I declined the $500 deep cleaning, she could not guarantee the team would clean anything beyond the bathrooms and kitchen. To be clear, Avanti was willing to charge me $300 while warning me in advance that most of my home might not be cleaned. I explained again that our home is well maintained, that there are only two adults living here, and that we simply needed a normal professional cleaning. Leisa responded that she would put notes on the account for the cleaning team. That made the outcome feel predetermined. I was being asked to either pay $500 or risk paying $300 for only a kitchen and bathrooms. That is not customer service. That is pressure. Companies are entitled to change their pricing and policies. Customers are also entitled to know when a company they trusted for years is now operating very differently. Avanti did not lose my business because I could not afford a deep cleaning. Avanti lost my business because of how I was treated when I declined one.

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. You set the quality bar super high.

The ladies that came to clean our house did a good job, I won't deny that. But the whole process would have been a lot smoother and less frustrating had the coordination and billing been more upfront. I requested a move out cleaning and had coordinated pricing based on square footage and rooms with someone over the phone. They knew what they were quoting me for. I'll admit, my rental did need a little more work but it wasn't in obscene condition by any means. I thought superb maids' pricing was competitive, until the day of the cleaning. Only 2 hours into the cleaning, I got a call, they hit me with an additional $315 dollar fee because they needed more time. They gave me the option to not pay the fee but that meant "prioritizing" certain areas and not completing the move out clean. When I booked the service, I got the impression that the cost was a flat fee for the specific service. At no point did they discuss additional fees with me. Also keep in mind that on their website, under the move out cleaning page it specifically says: "Tasks are defined and approved before the service begins -- pricing is fixed in advance" Which was very misleading in my case. The staff were all friendly, and good to work with (as good as it could be with a situation like this I suppose). But the whole situation left me blindsided and with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're looking to hire superb maids, they'll do a decent job, but make sure you ask about fee pricing up front so you don't get surprised on the back end. P.S. check your trash bins after a move out cleaning. One of the "typical" services included with move out is supposed to include "trash removal", yet they left trash in my bin which was a no go on my move out inspection with my landlord.

The four women who showed up informed me that they were professional house cleaners who took great pride in their work which they then proceeded to demonstrate. Rather than repeat the normal complimentary hype, let me ciite some of the things I saw them do. I walked into my kitchen to see my stove in the middle of the floor with two women cleaning the cabinets and walls behind it. Another lady was on a ladder removing all the collectibles on top of the cabinets which she then hand cleaned and vacuumed the top of the cabinets before replacing them. Another removed all the Keurig k-cups from a rotary holder so she could clean and polish it. The next day I noticed something strange about the tile counter tops until I realized that they hand scrubbed the tile grout so I couldn't tell the difference between the grout and the white tile. Small examples of how the cleaned the entire house (2000 sq. ft.). I'm not sure but I think they even brushed my cat! I was so pleased with the experience that I gave each one of the ladies a generous tip. They were friendly, personable and worked non-stop for 3.5 hours. Additionally, they were very careful with the antiques I have throughout the house. So if you're tired of the illegal migrants who show up when they want if at all, do the absolute minimum to get paid, and break or steal everything that isn't nailed down, you need t call Crystal.
