I have almost forgot to write a review for company as it was so long ago, not the most professional per say, I asked the cleaners if they saw my cars keys (the only few items in the house as I have moved out 99% of my stuff already) They said they didn't see it, but had to been in the house because I couldn't drive my car away. I ended up finding it in the Outdoor big trash can (yes I had to dig through the entire trash can) So yup the cleaners threw it away yet they said they never saw my keys! the owner obviously wasn't very helpful, the only reason i give them 2 stars is the actual cleaning was satisfactory though I did spend $350 (which was after a $75 yelp coupon off) so technically $425 to clean a 2 bedroom townhouse 1000 sqft (that was only a little dirty to begin with) read more

When the team arrived at my home, they swarmed all over my house, taking pix on their cellphones--without my permission. Can you imagine how I felt about this invasion of privacy? That's not to mention the violations of the privacy laws they committed! The next day I realized a new designer pepper shaker was missing from inside one of my closed cabinets. I searched my house to see if it had been misplaced, but it is definitely not here. The value is mostly sentimental, as it was a gift in recognition of my outstanding cooking. Fernando referred me to the fine print in the Terms of Service on his webpage. It says, "While our employees are working inside any room, clients are asked to refrain from entering it." I received a reminder text the day before, which I appreciate. I loved the confirmations for the appointments, the very informative and clear contact from Fernando, and it is clear they have their processes down. Once they do the walk through and give you their quote they will stick to it. The ladies worked very hard on a very difficult house to clean, so we didn't really blame them for any slightly missed areas and even felt a little bit bad for how long and hard they worked without a break. The two maids did an A+ job in our move out cleaning on our townhome rental. It was a deep cleaning. The reason we didn't give them 5 stars is there was a problem with the price quoted and the real price. Fernando's first quote was $315 and an hour after they arrived Fernando called me saying it would be $540. I had to go back to the empty 1,408 sq.ft. Townhome and I was ready to send them home because they are supposed to inspect it and tell me if the price was the same. Fernando admitted that was a mistake not to tell us after the walk through and locked the price in at $350 for the 4 1/2 hours. This mistake cost LadyBug my daughter's family from using them and she knows a lot of people. If Fernando hadn't said it was a mistake I would have thought it was bait and switch. We used this cleaning service at our home which is 1,000 sq. ft. Larger for $600 with three maids and were very impressed with the results. read more

The cleaners sent by this company stole our property. They denied it but we have tracking on a tablet they stole and watched them take it to a jailbreak shop to unlock it. No one but them was in the house. I can't imagine how they have 5 stars, except that their customers don't realize they are being burglarized. Update: I've asked repeatedly if this firm did background checks on it's staff before sending them into people's homes. Fernando refuses to comment. Draw your own conclusions. read more

I am a local Realtor and have had several bad experiences with several different cleaning companies. Ladybug cleaning has saved my life! They have done several clean out/move out cleanings for me and they are by far the most detailed, meticulous, professional, and all around great people to work with. I trust them completely, and love that I don't have to worry about a text that says "we're done and it looks great" and it looks horrible. Fernando personally has gone to each home I have referred and checks it out and sends me pics. His communication is terrific and timely. On top of them being so clean you could eat off the floors when they are done, everything smells fantastic. Very responsive management m or dispatch. Thorough with what to expect. We booked them a little over two weeks out. They were willing to give a discount if you pay in cash. They gave us a timeframe of when to expect them. Communicative: they text the day of service and gave us an estimated time of arrival. They arrived at the expected time and there were two crew members. Very friendly and wore masks. They brought all their equipment, and began surveying the property condition right away. They were speaking to their manager or dispatch while doing so. We then received a text with a timeframe of completion and estimated cost. Midway, the manager or dispatch reached out to ask questions about the condition of certain things or if we were going to do any painting, etc. Closer to the 3 hour duration, we were texted again and given a estimated time of completion and thirty minutes prior, they texted us the okay to head over and that the crew would be done by the time we get to the property. Upon arrival, they were done and gathering their equipment. We were very pleased with the communication and the time management they had. So why the three stars? Upon inspecting the property, everything was clean. I was VERY pleased with how clean the appliances were. All the toilets had a "sanitized" ribbon on the toilet seats, which I thought was pretty cool. They even went so far as to cleaning the water heater closet and wiped all the dust from the pan. However, when I checked the primary suite toilet...someone left a surprise. The "sanitized" ribbon was on the seats but I just had a feeling something was amiss. I lifted the seat & lid and boom...kaka & TP. I called my partner upstairs and closed the lid then recorded a video. Needless to say, I understand that everyone has to do their thing and it is totally natural....at least flush it though! Or don't even tag it "sanitized" cus that clearly wasn't. That's why I still gave them three stars...cus they did an excellent job cleaning the appliances especially. Took away one star for not flushing and took away another for lying about it being sanitized. To think, we weren't even going to look around! Thankfully, I did! read more
