Very disappointing move-out cleaning experience with Clean Freaks. Several areas were clearly missed, including mold, water spots, the inside of the bathroom mirror cabinet, and dust in the floor corners. I was first asked to let the cleaner redo the missed spots, but she said the mold and water marks could not be removed. I ended up using my own product and was able to remove both in seconds, which was frustrating. When I pointed out other missed areas, the response was not very professional, so I called the manager and eventually canceled the service. The only positive part was the office staff and manager, who handled the cancellation professionally. Unfortunately, I would not use this service again. read more

Update to my original review: I was contacted by the business for the reclean, as I stated, but what I didn't state was that I was asked to remove or change my original four star review. I replied that four stars is not bad, but that I would not be changing my review, as it was not a five star clean. Thinking back on that experience, it makes me question the validity of really high reviews, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, my house did not remain clean like it does with another cleaner I use, so between those two factors, I would not hire this company again. I hired Clean Freaks for a deep clean of our 2 bedroom apartment. The initial work was done last Thursday. The cleaning team did a very good job on the blinds and bathroom but the floors were still dirty and the oven wasn't properly cleaned. I took photos of the completed work and sent them to Clean Freaks. Without hesitation, they apologized for the subpar job and when seeing the photos recognized this was well below their standards. They scheduled a Re clean to make things "Perfect" Tuesday we got exactly what we hoped for. Theresa, who they said was one of their best, came and made our oven look brand new ! She also Re cleaned the floors. She did a terrific job! This company has earned my business in the future because they have pride in their work. And she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She was on time, very dedicated in helping me with anything I needed cleaned, and she actually cleaned. I usually try to book a good house cleaning every 3-4 months.
