After purchasing the deep clean a month ago, I expressed my concerns of one of the cleaners that they sent and having to go behind her to clean areas she missed. The scheduler called me to confirm the appointment and when I asked about who would be cleaning my house, I realized it was the same lady that did not do a thorough enough job. I asked for another cleaner and they scheduled Sophia. She was very professional, took care of the areas of concerns, and accommodating to cleaning my daughter's room last since she was still asleep. Unfortunately our experience has not been good. Communication I believe is coordinated with a team outside of US. Although professional, the job at hand when the cleaners that showed up wasn't a match; the cleaners were frustrated and called off the job. After a few attempts due to lack of clarity in what needs to happen, cleaning started, plenty of areas (not spots) missed, and we agreed on paying less than quoted due to the result (I preferred them not coming back); I was also reminded that they are not making money from our job. Turned out our dishwasher panel below were stained. Follow ups for quote given and payment were diligent. I followed up with them with this particular issue 3 times, spoke to the team overseas, and each time I'm supposed to get a call back. I'm over it at this point. Very disappointing move-out cleaning experience with Clean Freaks. Several areas were clearly missed, including mold, water spots, the inside of the bathroom mirror cabinet, and dust in the floor corners. I was first asked to let the cleaner redo the missed spots, but she said the mold and water marks could not be removed. I ended up using my own product and was able to remove both in seconds, which was frustrating. When I pointed out other missed areas, the response was not very professional, so I called the manager and eventually canceled the service. The only positive part was the office staff and manager, who handled the cancellation professionally. Unfortunately, I would not use this service again. read more

On December 2025, Selma, my best friend and wife for more than 59 years, died after a blessedly short battle with pancreatic cancer. I had been at sea in the Coast Guard for many of our years. On the scheduled day, two young people arrived with smiles on their faces and necessary tools in hand. Jude and Maria made me comfortable in my own home. Update to my original review: I was contacted by the business for the reclean, as I stated, but what I didn't state was that I was asked to remove or change my original four star review. I replied that four stars is not bad, but that I would not be changing my review, as it was not a five star clean. Thinking back on that experience, it makes me question the validity of really high reviews, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, my house did not remain clean like it does with another cleaner I use, so between those two factors, I would not hire this company again. I hired Clean Freaks for a deep clean of our 2 bedroom apartment. The initial work was done last Thursday. The cleaning team did a very good job on the blinds and bathroom but the floors were still dirty and the oven wasn't properly cleaned. I took photos of the completed work and sent them to Clean Freaks. Without hesitation, they apologized for the subpar job and when seeing the photos recognized this was well below their standards. They scheduled a Re clean to make things "Perfect" Tuesday we got exactly what we hoped for. Theresa, who they said was one of their best, came and made our oven look brand new ! She also Re cleaned the floors. She did a terrific job! This company has earned my business in the future because they have pride in their work.
