My home was noticeably cleaner than it had ever been with the previous companies I'd tried. She was thorough, efficient, and somehow knew exactly what needed to be done without me having to give a long list of instructions. I was genuinely impressed. The second month, I requested Maria again, assuming it would be the same Maria. There was a mix-up, and they accidentally sent a different Maria instead. I was initially a little disappointed because I thought the first Maria had been perfect. Somehow, this Maria managed to raise the bar even higher. The attention to detail absolutely blew me away. I have a gold tray next to my stove that holds all of my cooking oils, sauces, and everyday condiments. Instead of simply wiping around it, she removed every single bottle, cleaned each one individually, cleaned the tray itself, and put everything back perfectly. She did the same thing with my bar cart, wiping down every bottle of wine and liquor before putting them back. Those are the little things that separate a good cleaning from an exceptional one. On top of that, the owner has been incredibly kind, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Finding a company that delivers this level of service at a fair price feels almost impossible these days. After two months, I can honestly say I'm beyond impressed. Good: 159$ for a basic cleaning is a very good deal Bad: worked slow, did not wipe all counter surfaces, sloppy folding of sheets, did not replace the trash bags, left 7 minutes early, had to ask her to mop ALL the rooms not just the living areas. would recommend for basic cleaning but lacked in detail and will look for a more meticulous cleaner in the future as i had to pick up where she lacked! if you just need some help for a cheap price but ur okay doing some cleaning afterwards, this is it. read more

Sophia did an amazing job on my 2nd clean. After purchasing the deep clean a month ago, I expressed my concerns of one of the cleaners that they sent and having to go behind her to clean areas she missed. The scheduler called me to confirm the appointment and when I asked about who would be cleaning my house, I realized it was the same lady that did not do a thorough enough job. Unfortunately our experience has not been good. Communication I believe is coordinated with a team outside of US. Although professional, the job at hand when the cleaners that showed up wasn't a match; the cleaners were frustrated and called off the job. After a few attempts due to lack of clarity in what needs to happen, cleaning started, plenty of areas (not spots) missed, and we agreed on paying less than quoted due to the result (I preferred them not coming back); I was also reminded that they are not making money from our job. Turned out our dishwasher panel below were stained. Follow ups for quote given and payment were diligent. I followed up with them with this particular issue 3 times, spoke to the team overseas, and each time I'm supposed to get a call back. I'm over it at this point. I was quoted $159 throughout an entire conversation one evening and the next morning I was given a whole new price without my needs ever changing. I would have been happy to pay the full higher cost had that been what I was told originally. Very poor untrustworthy business before they ever even started. Shame. read more

Very disappointing move-out cleaning experience with Clean Freaks. Several areas were clearly missed, including mold, water spots, the inside of the bathroom mirror cabinet, and dust in the floor corners. I was first asked to let the cleaner redo the missed spots, but she said the mold and water marks could not be removed. I ended up using my own product and was able to remove both in seconds, which was frustrating. When I pointed out other missed areas, the response was not very professional, so I called the manager and eventually canceled the service. The only positive part was the office staff and manager, who handled the cancellation professionally. Unfortunately, I would not use this service again. read more

On December 2025, Selma, my best friend and wife for more than 59 years, died after a blessedly short battle with pancreatic cancer. I had been at sea in the Coast Guard for many of our years. Not a show place, but a home to celebrate her collections, photos of our family, our cats cuddled by your feet or lap. I called Clean Freaks, attracted by the unique name and explained what I thought I needed. In minutes I believed They understood, better than I, what The Home needed. They also knew what I needed. On the scheduled day, two young people arrived with smiles on their faces and necessary tools in hand. Jude and Maria made me comfortable in my own home. Update to my original review: I was contacted by the business for the reclean, as I stated, but what I didn't state was that I was asked to remove or change my original four star review. I replied that four stars is not bad, but that I would not be changing my review, as it was not a five star clean. Thinking back on that experience, it makes me question the validity of really high reviews, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, my house did not remain clean like it does with another cleaner I use, so between those two factors, I would not hire this company again.
