Hired this franchise to do a "Deep Cleaning" as advertised on the website. This includes cleaning behind appliances, scrubbing grout, and removing built-up grime from hard-to-reach Difference Between Regular and Deep Cleaning per the website,: cleaning of kitchen appliances, including the oven and refrigerator. Cleaning of windows, blinds, and curtains. Charged $350. I did not get any of this deep cleaning services. Sean the owner was very condescending and argumentative. I had the maids re-clean my bathroom vanities. I don't think they were hardly touched. Kitchen sink was minimal. Had to have they redo them to get the coffee stains out. (not hard to do!) They use disinfectant on the wood furniture, instead of polishing. Tile floors were minimally done, a quick wipe that dried instantly. No grout done as advertised. I had to tell him all these things that were on his website. Save yourself and do not use this company. They are not accountable to their customers or try to make things right. Just want make the money while providing absolutely very bad customer service. read more

Very disappointed with this company. They were great in the beginning, I scheduled a move out cleaning for Monday the 29th. Then I get a call early this week asking for me to move my appointment because they double booked. With my work schedule I just couldn't. Unfortunately, they said they would call back Monday evening to let me know what's going on and I haven't heard from them since. So I had to find another cleaning company, luckily there are many, and I will never be doing business with this one again. I found this cleaning service on Yelp and it had great reviews. I requested a deep cleaning and oven cleaning followed by on-going monthly service. The person on the phone was very friendly, gave an estimated time of 2.5 hours and explained their monthly service discounted rates. Sounded great to me I was expecting to pay for 4 hours. When I returned, they were finished in about 90 minutes accordingly my husband. The oven wasn't cleaned, the outside wasn't even wiped down. Along with some other over looked obvious areas such as shelves not dusted, living room blinds, the kitchen sink under the dish rack, and base boards. What they did cleaned looked amazing, they did an outstanding job on the couch. The floors were done well and the counter tops. The gentleman on the phone was very understanding and offered to send them back out, he said they guarantee their work. I declined. I want to preface this by saying we did NOT end up getting serviced by Maid Right of Henderson. This review is in reference to the process required to get a quote. As many people do, I requested a quote through Yelp and it sent it through to 4 different providers. I provided all of the information needed through Yelp and was given two quotes from other providers with one provider advising they don't service my area. The last message to be received was from Maid Right and instead of a quote it asked me to call or text them to receive a quote or to go to their website and request a quote. I replied to them with additional information in the message on Yelp as well as sending through all of the information on their website. In my messages I provided the square footage of our home, how many bedrooms, bathrooms (with tubs/showers) and a detailed list of what service we need done. I requested a move out service and advised we also wanted walls cleaned, inside and outside of all kitchen appliances, windows cleaned, floors mopped and vacuumed, blinds cleaned, etc. Instead of getting a quote given to me in the Yelp messaging or in my email (my email was provided on their website) they chose to call me. I was on the phone and couldn't take the call so texted the number (not knowing who it was) that I would need to call them back. At this point some agent sent a text back asking me how they could help me and I said I was returning their call. The agent then texted back asking for my name so they could "pull up" my information. Why? They had my phone number, clearly since we've been texting, and my phone number is also on the quote. Nope, instead of providing me a quote based on all of the information they had, they insisted they had to speak with me. This is completely unacceptable. There should be no reason a company can't provide a quote with as much information given to them as we did. They may be a great company and provide awesome service but the simple request of getting a quote is so time consuming it's just not worth it. I will say that instead of this company, both ScrubLV and Superb Maids were very good a communicating their prices and even updated quotes automatically when I provided them the detailed information. read more

I'm so grateful to Sean and his Maid Right team for my new but filthy home. I called on Sunday night to get a cleaning on Monday. Even though he was fully booked, Sean fits my home in first thing early morning. Two very friendly and professional cleaners come. My husband found this service and called them to come in after the reviews on here seemed all good. We set up and confirmed for 3 hours but ,when They arrived Friday, they said they could only stay for 2. During the first hour the 2 moved very slow but I thought maybe I was in their way. My husband and I left to get out of their way and let them do their thing. They said they would be gone by 10:30 but spent 15 mins packing up their car. A few hours later the owner showed up to check out what they had done and I did voice my concerns and thought we would give them another try in a few weeks. NEVER AGAIN! The maids move slow to milk for time since this is a pay by the hour service. Before I left I turned my cameras on. While away I didn't realize my side house camera was going off. When looking at the footage, one of the ladies was wiping the spot that wasn't dirty, for 5 mins! I was willing to let that go and just not continue service but I opened my dishwasher and it's a complete mess and now broken because of them! They literally threw dishes and silverware all over! This is unacceptable when I paid $300 for a service that wasn't properly done! Not to mention when confirming our appointment they asked if we want the inside and other things done and none of it was done. She spent 30+ mins wiping the outside of the fridge and the rest of the time while we were gone walking back and forth talking to the other lady and on the phone. Be very wary of this company and especially the owner Sean. My friend bought me a gift certificate for a cleaning from this company. I called to schedule the cleaning and told Sean I'd like my whole house cleaned and was quoted $340. My friends gift certificate was for $300 and I told him I'd be happy to pay the difference. He sent 3 ladies to clean, I have a decent sized home at around 2700 sq ft. The ladies finished cleaning while I was gone and the next day I received a text from Sean stating the final bill will be $472.50. I was very surprised by this total because my quote was for $340. I started asking a few questions to get clarification on the bill. Sean was very good at deflecting my questions and not giving clear answers. He finally said that it must have been because of the confusion with speaking to 2 different people. He said he "thinks the conversation with my friend was very good but I think we did a poor job of making sure you had all the information" I spoke to my friend and she said he quoted her $300 for 3 hours. But then I was quoted $340 without any hours specified. I don't think I've ever been quoted a price and then been asked to pay more than $100 over the quoted price. Sean took advantage of the situation. If you choose to book with them just make sure you get very detailed information about pricing because it will change very quickly and you as the customer will be blamed as I have been. He said "I didn't tell her anything different. The only thing that changed was you said you wanted everything done and would pay the difference" And everything was not done either. He mentioned I wanted my oven cleaned, it wasn't. Upon further inspection of the cleaning job there are still dirty spots on my flooring downstairs and my main toilet is still dirty. Use this company at your own risk but I can almost guarantee that you will be disappointed. Follow up to the owners comment. I wasn't asked if I needed it capped at a certain price. I was told my home was going to be estimated at $340. I didn't realize that I need to tell you that charging $132 over an estimate is not something I expected. Can I pay it yes but that is that not point. The point is you took advantage of the situation. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! Sean and his company are by far the worst! My mom hired this company for a deep clean move out. He sent out 3 people, two women and a gentleman. The gentleman was the rudest person. All he did was complain about the owner, Sean and how his cleaning chemicals were awful. The house was pretty much cleaned. All they had to do was the stuff we couldn't do. Having hardly anything to clean, they couldn't even do a proper job. My mom called to complain and Sean sent his people back. When they arrived they were pissed off and extremely rude to us. At one point the guy told us to go to the store and buy CLR because they couldn't clean water from the shower with their cleaning supplies. I pointed out the hard water on the refrigerator and the guy said, "yeah, that's hard water and won't come off, I already tried" I went over and scraped it with my finger nail and it came off. The lady went over and cleaned it with no problem. Then once the guy started cleaning our wine rack above the fridge, the young girl said to him, "there isn't anything to clean". When they left, I had to get the broom out to clean up the dust that had fallen on the floor. When we sent these attached photos, Sean said he couldn't see what we were talking about. We called back today only to have Sean tell my mother that his team would never not clean something proper. She offered him to come see for himself but he refused. I've been with Maid Right for over an year now and I'm finally writing a review! This was my overall experience with them. Owner- From the beginning to now Sean has always been on top of things when it comes to communication. A lot of the cleaning services out there are so attentive in the beginning and then start to ignore you and slack but you definitely won't experience that here. As an owner he always makes sure that you're satisfied with the cleaning services and always follows up and even IF there is a problem you can always count on him to do what he can. Staff- Everyone I've met so far were so polite and friendly and they always do their best to accommodate to what you need. Honest and hard working, I trust these people enough to be able to leave the house without worrying that something might go missing. (One thing I will say is that due to the constant changes in scheduling, you might not get the same people coming over to clean) Prices: It obviously is going to vary depending on what you're looking for and the size of the place, but all around the prices are pretty reasonable especially because they do a great job at it. Cleaning: Consistency is key and the hardest one to find but overall the quality of their service is great and consistent even after an year being with them. Let me start by saying the communication with the owners before and after the job was terrific. The cleaning staff was kind and very respectful of the property. I asked for a one-time Deep Clean since we were putting our house up for sale. The majority of what was done by the cleaning staff was what would be expected at a weekly cleaning. They did a great job in the showers and cleaning most of the cabinet doors on both sides. The disappointment came -when because of a time constraint by the office, they didn't finish cleaning our house. Some of the kitchen cabinets were left as they found them, our office was lightly dusted (not deep cleaned) but unfortunately, they didn't clean the desk, doors, or windows throughly (left scotch tape on them) I found dust behind the printers. Not all the baseboards were cleaned and definitely not any of the corners. Bathroom sink was still dirty, a number of high reach places not cleaned or dusted. I could go on but you get the point. Very disappointed especially since we had to finish cleaning everything they missed the next morning in preparation for showing our home. The owners were receptive to my complaints. read more

At 1st I was impressed with the company, but as the service continued the people changed, and the service changed. Appliances were damaged and after I complained, the owner did come out and try to clean them, but the damage was done. As he stated "well, they will never be new again, let me know what you want to do. " i sent him a text telling him I wasn't happy and I'd leave it to him to do the right thing. Had a very disappointing experience with this company. They had to come back after the move-in cleaning and finish the job. Even then things were not completely clean. Hair, dust and debris left in all bathroom drawers, poor job on the toilets, doors were not wiped. The owner was a nice guy but the cleaners he has in his company have no idea how to clean and/or disinfectant properly. I had to re-clean and disinfect the entire house after they left. read more
