Had them come to our home recently and it was the first time using their services. Cleaning was done in about an hour and a half for a 5 bedroom two story house. Have been getting cleaning services for years and never did it feel so quickly done. After a brief inspection/walkthrough it looked pleasing to the eye.. the cleaners spoke zero to no English and it was hard to give them payment.. they didn't know who I was to pay or what not. After they left, I further inspected, since it occurred to me how quickly the job was done. I found that they didn't mop our kitchen floors (evident when I moved my kitchen runner rug, and saw a stain) Picture below. I saw my carpet under my dining table had plenty of crumbs, an entertainment center wasn't wiped at all, and a clean diaper that was on the ground in the loft was in plain view! Cabinets in bathrooms weren't properly cleaned.. just all in all the worst cleaning job I've had done at our home. When we complained they sent them back to complete what we had brought to their attention.. at this point I had already left for work, so trusted them to fix the issues. Came home later and was told by my son that the workers returned with an attitude and none of it was done They half-a**ed what we asked them to do, and still asked for payment. They claimed to "move furniture if you want them to get under places" really? Under a dining table? Basic cleaning services like mopping out kitchen floor and wiping counters seems easy right? Not for them apparently. Maybe they're good sometimes but they sure as heck rushed our house. Be aware as we paid $250+ for some crappy service! Won't be using them again! The owner of the business replied, I am the son that was there when you first came.. not once as I disrespectful to your workers, I stayed out of their way and was on my phone the entire time. Your policy of checking over your employees "work" done, goes to show that you're not to be trusted if we have to double check for their effort. We never asked to move furniture but for basic places to be cleaned. Aka our carpet in the living room LOL Your workers didn't speak English, so how did they state they needed time? Our house was dirty for sure, but not to the point that "extra time" was needed. With that extra time you still failed to do a decent job. Your response and failure to take accountability for your incompetent workers is bad for business and best believe we'll be spreading the word to BBB and Google reviews. The pictures show for themselves. We never asked you to wash dishes and the dishes were actually already done before you came.. so you bringing it up just goes to show that you're saving your own butt and bringing things to light that don't exist. We never once tried to avoid payment, we asked your cleaners where to send money.. (CASH APP, Venmo, Zelle) we have all of it, but they couldn't get ahold of their supervisor and they couldn't give us an answer. I have used Rhinos services in the past. This time I used them for lawn and house cleaning services. They did a great job on both. Unfortunately for the yard, the next day, it was really windy so all the leaves and debris came right back. I wish I could get a "raincheck" like they do at the car wash if it rains the next day. The house cleaning services were great as well. They were thorough, efficient and very pleasant. I will be using Rhino again. GREAT TEAM! read more

The cleaners were very fast and sloppy. Make sure to ask for deep cleaning if you want inside of your appliances cleaned. If not, then the cleaning would basically be a wipe down of the exterior only. They were over 2 hours late so they rushed through the cleaning and left a little over an hour when their ad was for up to 2.5 hours of regular cleaning. I had to fight with them to have them come back out. It wasn't easy, but they did finally agreed to go back out so I appreciate that. However, I was scheduled for 11:00 am for the re-cleaning, then it got moved to 8:00 am, then changed again to 12:30 noon. read more

Smelled amazing when we walked into our home. It was a move out cleaning. Only disappointment was I didn't read the fine print that they do a thorough shower cleaning, just a disinfectant sprayed. We have had Rhino Cleaners three times and each time it was a different team of two people. I mention that because it would be hard for my wife and I to tell you which team was the best. I used Rhino's cleaning service to clean my home and they did a fantastic job! We got an estimate very quickly, and their prices were the most reasonable that we could find after some extensive searching. Two very professional ladies came to our house and spent several hours scrubbing the bathrooms, windows, kitchen, as well as all of our tile floors and carpets. On the way out they even mopped as they walked out the door. They wore masks and gloves the entire time they were in our house, and washed their hands frequently. They were fabulous and we will definitely be using Rhino again to clean our home! read more

Used this service twice. The first time was a deep cleaning and it was well worth it. I was so impressed I booked them for the next week for their flat rate, 2.5 hours...and I was left disappointed. It appears they used a dirty cloth to wipe down the counters (because I had to re-clean them immediately after they finished to remove the "residue" left behind). Things like the microwave and stove were again, "wiped down", but not cleaned. 5 feet away, everything looks great. Get close and it's apparent the cleaning was done quickly without much care. Similar examples could be shared all over the house from dirt missed by the broom, to trash bags not being replaced anywhere. You may be reading this review and think, maybe this house is simply dirty. It's just me and my two sons and you may have a point, but here's the kicker: THEY LEFT 30 MINUTES EARLY!! Yep. Paid for 2.5 hours and with 30+ minutes on the clock they waved their goodbyes and drove off. Here's the thing, both teams were very nice, on time and seemed to work steady. ALSO, the company offered to send out a team to re-clean any trouble spots, but if you're like me, you straighten up your embarrassing areas before the cleaners come and then plan your day around their appointment. When it's all over, you just want to relax and be done for a while. I'm going to try the service one more time in a couple of weeks. Maybe this was a fluke. Maybe I need to adjust my expectations. I reccomend Rhinos to all of my Friends and Family. They are an A One company and aim to please you. With My Father being a WWII Veteran and 95 he no longer does a few things he used to.
