I recently moved to Henderson, and after being disappointed with the services of another company for my move-in "deep cleaning", I decided to try LV Cleaning (with my fingers crossed). First, the communication was really great from the start. They alerted me the team was running a little behind schedule and would be about an hour late arriving. I didn't mind and appreciated the heads up. Once the cleaning team arrived, I showed them around and they got to work right away. I really appreciated that they removed their shoes and wore socks (I didn't even ask) being respectful of my floors. I work from home, so i was in my office w the door closed for much of the time. However, when I did step out and walk around, I noticed how meticulously they were cleaning -- dusting and wiping down blinds, cleaning toilets, glass and even wiping down the doors to each room. To my surprise, they actually swept the leaves from my welcome mat and porch. I was impressed. Before they left, they asked me to walk around and make sure I was pleased with everything. I really appreciated that -- and I was very pleased with their work! I wish I would've hired LV Cleaning for my move-in cleaning, as I think it would've been a much better experience. Nonetheless, I'm so happy I found them now, and I look forward to their coming back every few weeks!! read more

I had my apartment cleaned today as a move out clean. The apartment was spotless and the bathrooms looked amazing! They did an amazing job cleaning the ceiling fans, baseboards, window blinds, inside the cupboards, and more. The staff was very friendly and efficient. If I wasn't moving out of state I'd definitely hire them to come clean monthly. Very affordable prices and I looked around a lot before going with this company. I highly recommend giving them a shot if you are in need of a cleaning service. They are also military friendly! read more

Had an AMAZING experience with Las Vegas Cleaning Services. My family and I needed to schedule cleaning for our 2B2B condominium that we were moving out of. I found Las Vegas Cleaning Services on Yelp and after reviewing the different cleaning service options provided on their website, I decided to give them a call. First and foremost, the customer service that Christian and his team provided was absolutely exceptional. I found that the cleaning services I was looking for didn't really fit 100% of the online options, and when I was greeted by Christian on the phone, he was extremely thorough and listened to my questions and concerns before scheduling the cleaning. We were able to come up with an option that fit my condo's needs, and I never felt like I was being given a sales pitch. Christian was very open to my availability, especially since I have a young baby at home, I didn't want to schedule anything too early in the morning, nor too late in the day. The day of the scheduled cleaning service, Christian and his team arrived early, took the time to come into the home and discuss my exact concerns, gave me a time of completion, and informed me that he'd be able to contact me 20 minutes before the cleaning service was complete so that I could plan accordingly with my time. When I arrived back to my condo, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the services provided. My home smelled and looked amazing. Christian offered me the opportunity to do a walk through and make sure nothing was overlooked, and of course everything looked great. I can't express enough how phenomenal the customer service was, as well as the cleaning services provided. Thank you so much to Las Vegas Cleaning Services for taking care of our condo's needs! Services I had completed on a 2B2B 1,200 sq ft: Bathroom(s)Dusting lights, Mirrors, Blinds, Surface areas, Sinks, Toilet, Shower, Floors. Bedroom(s): Lights, Fans, Mirrors, Blinds, Floors. Kitchen: Lights, Blinds, Microwave, Cabinets, Countertops, Stove, Sink, Floors. Living Area: Lights, Fans, Blinds, Surface areas, Floors. Inside oven, Inside refrigerator, Blinds, window seals. This is my second review of this company (I deleted the first). I was looking for a new house cleaner and had interviewed 3 companies. I gave this company the job with the disclosure I needed them to come in and clean twice a month. The initial deep clean was wonderful and the team of girls who came is were very sweet and friendly. Shortly thereafter, the level of cleaning began to deteriorate. As much as I liked Jazlyn and her team, they became more and more tardy. I'm retired and am pretty flexible if you're going to be a little late. However more often than not, they would be 2 hours late and we found ourselves having to rearrange our day to accommodate this. The last 3-4 cleanings were so rushed (in and out in under an hour), that I began noticing areas that were overlooked (furniture not getting fully dusted, toilets not getting fully cleaned, kitchen sink not getting cleaned at all, etc.). So I reached out to the owner/Christian to present my concerns and ask that he address them with his staff. Next thing I know, he sends me an email saying that "after next month they were moving in a different direction and no longer going to be servicing residential clients"......or so they say. Hmmmm....interesting that I've only been a client for 4 months and suddenly when I complain, I'm told they're changing their focus. Of course businesses can and should analyze and restructure as they deem necessary. Christian basically stated that they are going to keep residential clients until the end of next month (March) and then shift their direction. Where's the prior notice or reflection of this on your website? My husband and I found his timing very suspicious and actions will always speak louder than words. Of course Christian denied this and accused me of putting words in his mouth. But at this point we can only ascertain that he doesn't like any negative feedback or push back of any kind. Instead of listening to client concerns and addressing them with his staff, he'll just cut you loose because we're not worth his time. My words, not his. read more

All I can say is....this company is amazing! I was moving into my condo & needed it really cleaned. This company had great current reviews & they really delivered. I used this company for the first time today and am extremely happy that I did. As a working single mom, I am often overwhelmed with all the things I need to do. I was pretty desperate for help, so I sent a project inquiry through Yelp to multiple cleaning services. LV Cleaning Services was available for a very reasonable price and were able to come the very next day. They did a fantastic job and were pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend this company! read more

Good experience from start to finish. Cleaners were nice, friendly and did a great job.

10 stars A+ Highly Recommend! My husband called Jazlenne "A Magician" A prolonged, 14 month, serious injury/surgery caused our 36 yr old sons home, mostly master bedroom & bathroom, to need a serious deep clean prior to a hip replacement. Thankfully we found Las Vegas Cleaning Services on Yelp to clean his home. They restored the master bath to sparkling, every room they touched looked great. We had a very rough year, and LV Cleaners relieved a little of the burden by being professional, doing a wonderful job, & giving us one less task. This cleaning was over a month ago. Our son is doing very well. We didn't want to forget to thank LV Cleaners by leaving a great review. read more

We had a lot of pet hair that was hard to clean ourselves and decided to book Las Vegas Cleaning company. Christian was quick to answer and provided me w/a reasonable quote for our home. Overrated and I personally don't believe most of the reviews based my experience because it doesn't add up. Please ask Ask thm for references! I took a photo to show the floors weren't cleaned well. I sent it to thm and I expected thm to simply return and fix it but they never evn acknowledged my call and didn't evn try to resolve. They are young. Appear to be a young nice couple but very unprofessional. read more

It is difficult to find cleaners to do the one time jobs of clean outs. From my experience, most companies overcharge and under deliver.....not Christian and Las Vegas Cleaning Services. I normally use companies that have several 5 star reviews on Yelp. Christian being new to yelp had none, but he impressed me with his quick response and amazing customer service for the get go! My gut told me to give him a chance, and boy am I glad I did!! I'm a real estate broker and will definitely be in need of his services again. Give him a chance! You won't be disappointed! read more
