    What can I say.. same experience as the other reviewers. They did a very poor job, refused to go back and fix it. Not to mention we've been trying to reach them for days! On top of everything, the manager did threat would also leave our company a bad review if we would leave their company one. What they don't know until they read this review, is that if they do leave our company a bad review since we never offered them any Services, they will hear from our legal department with a Cease and Desist Letter and likely sue them for defamation. So there you have it. No Ethics either.

    Did the move out cleaning,They showed up early which was a good thing, but missed so much I had to go through and redo a lot, the company they used to clean the carpets barely did anything, to the point our realtor had to have another company come in and redo it and we had to pay all over again.When I voiced my concerns to them they were of no help and sent the response I posted below. Cost me $437 through pristine and an additional $340 to do it all again. I can easily say I wouldn't recommend them for move out cleaning.

    Hired to do move out cleaning. Property manager gave them a second chance to correct what they did poorly and still wasn't up to par. Tried to work with them to get refund, they refuse. Do not use!! Examples of some of the things they didn't pay attention to and the after of a new company fixing.

    Hired this service for move in cleaning 3hr 2 people , nothing was cleaned/changed after they complete. (Except small guest bathroom). The team is not professional and not responsible.

    I'll never clean another bathroom In my life. Worth every penny. The cleaners are professional, efficient, and quick! The owner is so easy to communicate with and their office checks in during the whole process. As a nurse, this is money well spent as I don't have time to clean and spend time with my 6 month old. If you're on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it.

    I Was looking to establish with a cleaning service that was reputable and not outrageously priced. I've used other services before and found myself disappointed... often thinking that I could have done a better job myself. Hence why I never chose to set up something reoccurring Not with this company. I like the online features for scheduling and the appointment reminders via text. B's team came out and did a great job. Even added some really nice touches in the bathroom that made her standout. Super efficient and friendly. Setting up for monthly services ! Excited to have this extra help from a reputable place.

    This is the WORST company. I honestly don't know how they got so many stars. They didn't clean anything properly l, broke items in my house and were having private phone calls while working. I contacted the company and was told there is nothing they can do because there is no evidence. And they overcharged my credit card. DO NOT hire these people!!! UPDATE: I called before I booked online to make sure 3 hours would be enough and was ensured it was. I never insisted they stay and never asked for anything for free. Funny how this guys makes comments about what happened and he wasn't there. The cleaners told me several time the office staff don't know what they are doing when they book jobs and never schedule enlightenment time.

    The worst service I have ever had. Today 2 women came to our new house, they didn't clean the Windows from outside (as the company promised) they couldn't reach to the shelves so they left them dirty and dusty, same the kitchen. The floor is left dirty, with paint and color stains - they said "we don't know how to clean it" (which is very simple, A small thing you expect from a cleaning COMPANY - That charges you hundreds of dollar, And not a house keeper lady that charges 100-120$ for cleaning your house as regular cleaning). This company doesn't have enough cleaning tools and products to clean house ( Such as ladder). We are VERY disappointed.

    I have never hired a cleaning service before but decided to hire one to do some deep cleaning. My floors, baseboards and walls were in need of special attention. During my booking process, during a telephone conversation the night before and when the cleaners got to my home I specifically said my concern was deep cleaning my floors, baseboards, spot cleaning the walls and cleaning the bathrooms. I said IF time permits the kitchen and then the living room. They were booked for 2 hours/2 cleaners. They immediately started cleaning the bathrooms and I went about my business. 20 minutes before the time was up I checked on them and they had cleaned my bathrooms, living room and were working on my kitchen. No floors, no baseboards and no spot cleaning of the walls. I called their boss and explained the situation and he initially told me it would be an extra $36 to do an extra half an hour. After complaining he said he wouldn't charge me if they went 30 minutes over but to have them work on the floors and baseboards immediately. I relayed the message and 10 minutes later they told me they were done. I explained the floors weren't done and she quickly went over them with a mop. They were out of here in exactly 2 hours. I was so furious at this point I didn't bother to have them continue for an additional 30 minutes to do the baseboards and did them myself along with the spot cleaning of the walls. I assumed hiring a professional company would mean they would do a better job then I would and I was wrong. I could do a better job on the bathrooms and obviously have now done a better job on the baseboards. So much for placing my trust in a professional cleaning service. I could have mopped my floor better myself. I was looking for deep cleaning and got a cleaning that I could have simply done myself. I understand they estimate without looking at your home but if I have specific issues I want done then that should be done first and the others as time permits. They could have tackled my requests in 2 hours. Very disappointed.

    i am in the process of moving out of a rental home and needed to hire a cleaner. I figured doing a deep clean myself and then hire a cleaner to polish things up. i ordered their move in/move out cleaning package which should cover basic cleaning, plus inside and outside cabinets and inside outside kitchen appliances , blinds and base boards. I looked over the property after they left and noticed they skipped over things I had previously cleaned as if they had no reason to touch them. the inside of my refrigerator doors were had dust/debris in the cracks, the overhead microwave had food debris still present. the downstairs bathroom floor had not been mopped and the base boards still filthy. they also left my kitchen sink and blinds splashed with chemical and yuck while cleaning their supplies at the end..they had the balls to turn the blinds upwards so I wouldn't notice right away. the sink was able to be rinsed out but my blinds are now stained. look we are all human, mistakes happen so reached out with pics the moment I realized there was an issue (within 24 hrs) and asked how we can resolve this. An agent advised me only a supervisor could help and they were not in the office. he suggested I text Nikki pictures of the issue . that way she "the supervisor" could come view the property in person and either schedule another cleaning ,offer a refund or a credit towards next services. so I texted her the pics and a description asking for help. she responded to my text by asking me what the issue is (as if I didn't explain it to her in my orginal text). i reiterated the issue showing her the pics again and her response was just as frustrating. she said they didn't know when they could schedule another cleaning because she wasn't in the office and it was after hours..but she offered to call me the next day after she looked at the schedule. part if me felt like I was being blown off...but I agreeed because it was reasonable response shes not in office(even though I had contacted her during office hours with my grievance). I had service done on a Thursday, as of Tuesday (today) I received NO follow up call..I texted her Saturday NO reply and earlier today No reply. at this point i dont want to make the situation worse by giving a bad review. I just wanted someone with a wet rag an chemicals to clean what they said they would clean. not stand around for 2 hrs pretending to work. At this point want my money back, their poor services and lack of follow up speak VOLUMES. get another company. Follow up: the company sent someone out to reclean the following week. Hats off to Mark who stepped up and made things right. the property manager hasn't said anything negative about the 2nd job(I imagine she would have) so I am grateful they came through for me. things happen, life happens as long as we do our best to make it right that's all that matters. Thank you guys.

    We booked a move out appointment for our rental house. So, there was nothing in the house at the time of the cleaning. Also, I kept the house pretty clean but was required to hire professional cleaners as part of our rental agreement. So this shouldn't have been a major feat for the cleaners. What I received from Pristine Cleaning was a very rushed, poorly done cleaning job. We had two ladies that rushed through our house and missed major areas. Their vacuum didn't pick up fur on our carpet. They didn't clean a toliet...at all. The cleaned only a few cabinets. The baseboards were not even touched. Basically I had to clean the house myself the next day. They asked my husband to check the house and as he was looking through they said they had to go now or they would be late to their next appointment. They just left. A day later my husband received a text from some woman associated with the company asking how the cleaning went. My husband responded honestly and we haven't heard anything back. So, in total if you want a surface clean...or a very bare bone basic clean go ahead with this company. Don't expect much. I will attached pictures.

    We were so excited to remove our old tile and carpet that was built with the home. I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects.

A shower was removed, and a free-standing tub was installed. Some sink lines were changed, and showers were enlarged. The dishwasher and kitchen sink were repositioned. A fireplace with an unusual gas line was taken out. Sean Craig's company successfully completed a heckuva lot of work. Our primary plumber was Ray, assisted by his son, Lance. I don't remember even one day over two months of work when Ray was not on time. Lennette in the office communicated well, always keeping us informed on when someone would be coming over. Over the years, we have had contractors not live up to what they promised us. That was not the case with SC Plumbing. We recently had a couple of minor things go bad from the multitude of plumbing work done last fall. I emailed Sean saying a bolt holding a toilet had broken, and one of the sink's plungers had become disconnected. He had Ray come out in two business days to correct these two issues. It was fantastic to see Sean stand behind his company's work and take care of it so quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of Sean and his company!

I am now having to go to the Contractors board and small claims court to solve this situation I paid $14,658 dollars by the way the charged me $2500 to level my 1000 square foot condo and the tiles are terrible they did not use leveling spacers. Also put grout and mortar in my shower drain which I had to pay to get snaked. The camera shows rigid dry concrete which by the way I just purchased the condo two weeks prior and have a full reporting of the drain working perfect prior to the tear out demo and installation all performed by Beno's. They threw all the trash in my condo dumpster even after paying for demo and dumping. I allowed them out to try and fix it and the contractor removed about 10 tiles and cracked and damaged the ones he put back in. Left it worst... In addition when I allowed them out for the drain all he did was blame my husband and I which we did absolutely no work with mortar or grout. please take the time to look at the pictures and video the shower was terrible look at the finish work I had the tile trim there and the contractor did not use it I had to pay another company to fix the ceiling and the drywall.     What a con man! Jeff, the owner of Grout Doctor is unskilled, unprofessional, untrustworthy and…read moredeceitful and should not be allowed to work in the profession he does. I would strongly advise against letting him anywhere near your home. We hired the "Grout Doctor" to regrout the bathrooms in our home. We wanted the color of the new grout to match the existing grout and were assured that the company he is franchised through had a chemist that could match any color. He showed up to do the job and was ready to get started when we inquired about the color he said he couldn't get it and was just going to put brown in instead of the salmon color we asked for. The job had to be delayed while we had to find our own grout that was an appropriate color match. We rescheduled and gave him the new grout which he said was good and very easy to work with. He was supposed to remove the damaged grout, but only removed a small portion. The areas he did attempt to remove with his Dremel tool resulted in him badly and permanently damaging the marble in our bathroom. The rest he simply put the new grout over the existing damaged grout, which should never be done. He incorrectly mixed the grout which led to incorrect and streaking color. He did not clean the grout lines or marble before applying a sealer causing massive issues. Worst of all, Jeff refused to follow the manufacturer's instructions which we provided him and did not let the grout cure the appropriate amount of time. Because of this, all of the grout that he applied can be rubbed off with your finger and we are now left with the old grout we began with. It's as though he did nothing at all, except for damaging our home, wasting our time and stealing our money. I wish we would have just lit our money on fire because it would have been better than him getting it. Be sure to look at the photos for this business, as I have posted a number photos of the the type of work Jeff, the "Grout Doctor" produces and apparently stands behind. I honestly just don't want anyone else to have to endure this type of nightmare.
