I hired Pristine Cleaning for a move out cleaning service for my Dad's apartment. I debated doing to cleaning myself, however, when shopping around for prices, Pristine cleaning was more than reasonable and had great reviews so I took a chance and I'm SO GLAD I did. Our appointment was at 8 am on a Tuesday and at 4:50 pm on Monday, the apartment complex that we were moving out of decided to send an email saying the water will be cut off the next day at 9 am with less than 24hour notice. Knowing that water would be needed for cleaning, I texted Nikki who had sent the confirmation text in a panic. She responded immediately and was able to move us to 7 am without any charges. The next day Jackie and Dafne did a FANTASTIC job on my Dad's dirty apartment over the next 2hours. I was so pleased with the professionalism, customer service, and the overall experience with Pristine Cleaners, I will be hiring them for the new apartment! Thank you, Nikki, Jackie, Dafne, and Matt! Terrible!! DO NOT USE!!! I had scheduled a move out cleaning, and two girls that didn't speak or understand English showed up. They did not do the cleaning that was supposed to be done according to their website.. I had to point out numerous areas that were not cleaned at all. They didn't even have a professional grade vacuum cleaner. They showed up with two buckets, some cleaning spray, one mop and a tiny dirt devil vacuum. I called twice the next day to speak to someone about the lack of cleaning that was done and NO ONE called me back ! So much for their guarantee. Save yourself a headache. I hired Pristine Cleaning to do a move-out cleaning for my condo. When I called, they asked what needed to be done and I specifically told them I needed a full move out cleaning, including the fridge, oven, insides of cabinets, and walls. They said they don't do full wall washing but that they would clean any obvious spots and do baseboards/moulding. I said that was fine. They quoted me for 2.5 hours and I told them that the condo was pretty dirty and they'd probably need more time. The person on the phone said they'd start with 2.5 hours and I could always add more time. I asked if the cleaners would have another job to get to afterward and thus, whether I'd be able to add more time and they assured me I would be able to. They sent out two young ladies who, while very nice, did not blow me away with their cleaning skills. They cleaned the inside of the fridge but not the sides, handles, or behind the fridge. They didn't clean my cabinets consistently at all. Some cabinets were done inside and out, some were done half and half, and some weren't touched at all). When cleaning the bathroom, they didn't move basic things like the toilet paper holder or plunger to mop the floor underneath. Finally, they didn't spot clean the walls like promised and they didn't touch any of the doors or moulding. Unfortunately, my partner was the one supervising most of the job and his attention to detail isn't always the best. By the time I arrived, the girls were pretty much packed up. I pointed out many of the issue and they would quickly wet a rag and run it over the spot, but that was it. They also advised me I couldn't buy more time as promised because they were already late to another job. Eventually, I just let them go and hired a second company to come out and finish the job the next day. So overall, I wouldn't recommend them for their services or for the way they treat their employees. I felt terrible because one of the girls they sent out had a very serious cat allergy and was clearly having a medical episode. She informed me that the company has promised to ask about pets before sending her to jobs, but they never asked me about it or I would have told them we had 4 cats! So in addition to doing a bad job on my condo, they put their employees in serious jeopardy. read more

What can I say.. same experience as the other reviewers. They did a very poor job, refused to go back and fix it. Not to mention we've been trying to reach them for days! On top of everything, the manager did threat would also leave our company a bad review if we would leave their company one. I hired this company to do a move-in clean. I scheduled a cleaning with an arrival time between 4 and 5:30, which I received an email confirmation with this exact information. The day prior to my cleaning, I received a text confirming my appointment with an arrival time between 2 and 3:30. I texted regarding this yet never received a response. On the day of my cleaning, the cleaners arrived at 10am. I told them to come back at 2 because thats when I was told they would come and the water was shut off due to some final work on the house. The cleaners reported back that the house wasn't ready and cancelled my cleaning. I didn't find out until I called at 4pm when no one returned. When I called the company they told me they had no time to clean that day and could come the next day. I explained to them three times I had movers coming to the house the next morning. I wish I could come on here and say they did an amazing job, however I can't. I booked a Move in/Move out cleaning. The maids showed up and they didn't even know what service I booked. They had to come back for additional time the next day & still didn't finish. When I spoke with the boss & sent videos of how dirty they left the floors they told me I need to replace the carpet, all I asked was if they could atleast be vacuumed because I had carpet cleaners coming tomorrow. Today 2 women came to our new house, they didn't clean the Windows from outside (as the company promised) they couldn't reach to the shelves so they left them dirty and dusty, same the kitchen. The floor is left dirty, with paint and color stains - they said "we don't know how to clean it" (which is very simple, A small thing you expect from a cleaning COMPANY - That charges you hundreds of dollar, And not a house keeper lady that charges 100-120$ for cleaning your house as regular cleaning). Did not wipe down shower enclosure or exterior of tub. Paid for a move out clean. Immediately filed grievance - by phone AND in writing to their text line. Phone call went to answering service at 430pm. I wasn't called back until nearly noon the next day. After their inability to return, I negotiated a refund - or so I was told - I hadn't be charged yet and would not be. That was a lie. I was charged days later, and AGAIN !! A week later! Another reviewer said once these people get your bank info they abuse it. Well, it's true. I've now locked my card - thank you Capital One. I'm disputing, the original charge, absolutely disputing the most recent charge, pure unadulterated FRAUD. I will be filing a complaint with Clark County Business licensing. I'm also going to file a complaint with Nevada Attorney General. It's illegal to keep someone's card on file without SIGNING an authorization to do so. We hired Pristine Cleaning to do our move out cleaning. When the property manager did the final walk through she pointed out a few areas that weren't clean, specifically the appliances. When we reached out to ask if they can remedy this since it was included in our package they said they would contact the property manager to send someone out to clean the appliances. The property manager never heard from Pristine Cleaning. After a few phone calls with Pristine Cleaning they never went back and just gave us the run around. I have never hired a cleaning service before but decided to hire one to do some deep cleaning. My floors, baseboards and walls were in need of special attention. During my booking process, during a telephone conversation the night before and when the cleaners got to my home I specifically said my concern was deep cleaning my floors, baseboards, spot cleaning the walls and cleaning the bathrooms. I said IF time permits the kitchen and then the living room. They were booked for 2 hours/2 cleaners. They immediately started cleaning the bathrooms and I went about my business. 20 minutes before the time was up I checked on them and they had cleaned my bathrooms, living room and were working on my kitchen. No floors, no baseboards and no spot cleaning of the walls. I called their boss and explained the situation and he initially told me it would be an extra $36 to do an extra half an hour. After complaining he said he wouldn't charge me if they went 30 minutes over but to have them work on the floors and baseboards immediately. I relayed the message and 10 minutes later they told me they were done. I explained the floors weren't done and she quickly went over them with a mop. They were out of here in exactly 2 hours. I was so furious at this point I didn't bother to have them continue for an additional 30 minutes to do the baseboards and did them myself along with the spot cleaning of the walls. I assumed hiring a professional company would mean they would do a better job then I would and I was wrong. I could do a better job on the bathrooms and obviously have now done a better job on the baseboards. So much for placing my trust in a professional cleaning service. I could have mopped my floor better myself. I was looking for deep cleaning and got a cleaning that I could have simply done myself. I understand they estimate without looking at your home but if I have specific issues I want done then that should be done first and the others as time permits. On June 24, two employees from Pristine Cleaning came to my townhome to do a basic cleaning. My townhome is two stories. I heard a loud crash upstairs. I went up to see what happened. The employee who was in the bathroom stated that, in cleaning the glass enclosure to the bathtub, she pulled the inside door off the track. She stated she was unable to hold it because it was too heavy. It crashed into the tub. Broken glass was everwhere. She took pictures of the incident, stating "we have insurance." I interpreted her comments as her telling me she was at fault. Why take photos with her phone and talk to me about insurance if this was not the case? To the cleaning team's credit, all of the broken glass was removed from the tub and bathroom floor. The employee made a call to the office. More apologies ensued. I spoke with someone on the phone who told me management from Pristine Cleaning would be in touch. From that point forward, the only contact Pristine Cleaning had with me was through text. I kept the broken glass and portions of the metal enclosure, thinking someone might come to my residence to survey the damage and discuss some form of compensation. This never occurred. The last text, received on June 29, said the following: "Morning Ken, we'll have someone reach out to you regarding the door." What do you think happened? Nothing. That's what happened. No texts, no phones, no home visit. To my knowledge, zero response from Pristine Cleaning. Look, let's face it. Accidents happen. The cleaning team did what they could to make amends and, apart from the broken door, they did a really nice job. The lack of response from Pristine management is the issue here. I've had Pristine Cleaning come to my townhome four times. The service I received was fine on three occasions. On one occasion, my residence reeked with the scent of bleach for a day or two following. I requested this team not to come back. Hopefully, you'll be satisfied with their work. If anything gets broken, don't expect the management to be helpful in any way. Rather pathetic, in my opinion, but this is what you learn through experience. read more

i am in the process of moving out of a rental home and needed to hire a cleaner. I figured doing a deep clean myself and then hire a cleaner to polish things up. i ordered their move in/move out cleaning package which should cover basic cleaning, plus inside and outside cabinets and inside outside kitchen appliances , blinds and base boards. I looked over the property after they left and noticed they skipped over things I had previously cleaned as if they had no reason to touch them. the inside of my refrigerator doors were had dust/debris in the cracks, the overhead microwave had food debris still present. the downstairs bathroom floor had not been mopped and the base boards still filthy. they also left my kitchen sink and blinds splashed with chemical and yuck while cleaning their supplies at the end..they had the balls to turn the blinds upwards so I wouldn't notice right away. the sink was able to be rinsed out but my blinds are now stained. look we are all human, mistakes happen so reached out with pics the moment I realized there was an issue (within 24 hrs) and asked how we can resolve this. An agent advised me only a supervisor could help and they were not in the office. he suggested I text Nikki pictures of the issue . that way she "the supervisor" could come view the property in person and either schedule another cleaning ,offer a refund or a credit towards next services. so I texted her the pics and a description asking for help. she responded to my text by asking me what the issue is (as if I didn't explain it to her in my orginal text). i reiterated the issue showing her the pics again and her response was just as frustrating. she said they didn't know when they could schedule another cleaning because she wasn't in the office and it was after hours..but she offered to call me the next day after she looked at the schedule. part if me felt like I was being blown off...but I agreeed because it was reasonable response shes not in office(even though I had contacted her during office hours with my grievance). I had service done on a Thursday, as of Tuesday (today) I received NO follow up call..I texted her Saturday NO reply and earlier today No reply. at this point i dont want to make the situation worse by giving a bad review. I just wanted someone with a wet rag an chemicals to clean what they said they would clean. not stand around for 2 hrs pretending to work. At this point want my money back, their poor services and lack of follow up speak VOLUMES. get another company. Follow up: the company sent someone out to reclean the following week. Hats off to Mark who stepped up and made things right. the property manager hasn't said anything negative about the 2nd job(I imagine she would have) so I am grateful they came through for me. things happen, life happens as long as we do our best to make it right that's all that matters. We booked a move out appointment for our rental house. So, there was nothing in the house at the time of the cleaning. Also, I kept the house pretty clean but was required to hire professional cleaners as part of our rental agreement. So this shouldn't have been a major feat for the cleaners. What I received from Pristine Cleaning was a very rushed, poorly done cleaning job. We had two ladies that rushed through our house and missed major areas. Their vacuum didn't pick up fur on our carpet. They didn't clean a toliet...at all. The cleaned only a few cabinets. The baseboards were not even touched. Basically I had to clean the house myself the next day. They asked my husband to check the house and as he was looking through they said they had to go now or they would be late to their next appointment. They just left. A day later my husband received a text from some woman associated with the company asking how the cleaning went. My husband responded honestly and we haven't heard anything back. So, in total if you want a surface clean...or a very bare bone basic clean go ahead with this company. Don't expect much. I will attached pictures. read more

After a very long, and not very polite phone call with Mitchell from Pristine on 4/1 I went by my home and took photos and texted them to the original person who had followed up with me through text. (Just a side note, that person was always helpful and friendly). I missed his return call on Friday afternoon at 5:10pm but I called back at 5:30 and left him a message. I waited more than a week and heard nothing back from him. I called back again today, 4/12 at 11:30 and again had to leave a voice mail. I waited til 4:30 and when he had not returned my call I called back and finally got through. He claimed he had not recieved either of my messages and only returned calls once a day! (Seriously what kind of business are you running where you never listen to your messages? Pretty crappy customer service in my opinion) This conversation did not go well. All he offered me was $20 refund because the pictures I had sent him showed "small things that shouldn't take that long to clean." He was confrontational and rude on the phone. HE said they could send a team back after I had already told him I had been to the home myself and taken care of it because we had an open house there last weekend. His only excuse for not calling back was he never got either message and he is very busy. Busy doing what? Taking complaints from all the other unhappy customers? The women who cleaned my home didn't do a very good job, but at least they were friendly. Mitchell was rude and argumentative the whole time I wasted on the phone with him. Worst cleaning service ever! Please don't use them. Where do I begin?..... They spilled wax from my wax burner all over my nightstand, floor, and wall. To top it off they didn't say a word and tried to cover it up with a heating pad I have next to the bed. When I called to complain the guy seemed like he could care less. This was a really disappointing experience. The individuals who cleaned my house did a great and thorough job; however, after they left I noticed some chemical they used etched into my composite countertops. It also seeped down between the glass and front of my oven and stained the area that can't be opened/reached. I tried every trick I can think of on the counters, but whatever it is has permanently changed the color and it now needs refinished. I've called, emailed, and replied to their follow-up text with photos of the damage, but it's now been over a week and they haven't replied. I had hoped to have a conversation about what caused the damage, how it might be fixed, etc., but the company appears to be disinterested in doing anything with the information they receive in their "follow up communication" to ensure the customer is satisfied. I contacted Pristine Cleaning late Friday night to schedule service for the next week, I fully expected that I would just get a call back the next morning boy was I surprised when Amy popped Up in the chat box to answer all my questions and confirm that the web problem I was having was all taken care of. Fast forward to Monday morning The ladies showed up on time and they were very pleasant and got to work right away. The work they did was outstanding and when they left I certainly didn't question the amount I paid vs the time and work they spent making my house beautiful again. They even made sure to try and put everything back where it came from after dusting which is more than I can say about companies I've used in the past. I received a move out clean on Saturday. Overall, the job done was just okay, with the fact that vacuuming was not completed. They asked to use my vacuum since theirs broke, I said sure. I came home to a broken vacuum of mine and many areas of carpet not vacuumed. On Sunday, I receive a text asking how was my service. I reply, to be honest not the best and explained a little. I sent pics of the carpet and areas of the kitchen floor that were completely dirty still on the tile. They never replied back. I have asked 3 times for the manager to call me, that has not happened at all and they have ignored my recent texts. This has been handled completely improperly. If you would have picked up the phone to try and resolve a customers concern, you wouldn't have received this review on yelp. You do not do business properly at all and you can not ignore problems that customers have. Why do you text asking how someone's experience is if you are going to ignore any issues? I will not be recommending your company at all. Mostly, because of the way you have NOT handled a customers concern. Also, you didn't get the job done right and broke my vacuum. That's a problem. Recently used Pristine Cleaning for a move out clean at a smaller home I was renting. Candelaria C. and Valeriana B. were assigned to the job and did amazing! The house looked cleaner than when I had originally moved in. Embarrassingly enough I had let the hard water stains and grime win in both bathrooms and they ended up spotless. We also had a long haired cat and a lot of dust from our desert landscaping. They arrived on time and took about 3 hours to do the home. Everything was beautifully clean and smelled great. After a long move into a new home the last thing I wanted to do was clean my old place and Pristine Cleaning made that happen for me. I had paid another cleaner to clean the home I moved into and they did not do as good as job as the ladies who cleaned my old home. Will be looking into maintenance cleaning in the future from them. I needed a move out and carpet cleaning service for my 2 bedroom apartment. I called around several places and this was by far the best estimate I had received, plus they gave 15% off since it was my first service with them. The cleaners arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected, which was fine. They were nice and waited for me to arrive. They did an excellent job cleaning the kitchen appliances and bathrooms, etc. The carpet cleaners also did a really good job, especially considering the carpet is very old and worn and had very dark / dirty spots. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future! read more

I'm giving 1 star for the fact there were some good times with this company and they have a nice price point. (And that's the lowest I can give with a review.) Onto the unfortunate... After using them for a couple years my diamond watch suddenly went missing, along with a scarf that isn't as expensive but still irritating me to no end and inappropriate to take things that aren't yours! The stealing was oddly the last straw with this company. There is absolutely no consistency! They send different people every week, so no one knows where anything goes, and I'm left searching for things when they leave. (After a half assed cleaning mind you.) When I called the owner regarding my stolen watch he was extremely unaccommodating. Shocking after being loyal customers for years. Great service! Called for a move out cleaning for the rental home we were living in. They were able to squeeze me in on Saturday right after the movers came even though I called on a Thursday. Binetou and Blanca called and asked if they could come a little earlier which was perfect for the current timeline we had. They showed up, did a quick walk through and started right away cleaning the upstairs and worked their way downstairs. We finished moving some small items out and then let them know we needed to go to the store and they let us know they could call when they were about 20 min from being done. We got the call and came right back to the house so they could do a final walk through with them. Everything looked great! They wiped out cabinets, dusted and even did the refrigerator and stove (inside and out). I don't mind day to day cleaning, so it was worth every penny for the move out. I recommend Pristine for this type of service if you're ever in the market. read more

With a 1 year old, and both of us working we finally broke and decided to find a cleaning service. I did a lot of searching, and reading reviews and was excited to give these guys a try. What I love was the ease of booking the appointment, having it easily available to book is a plus. Also, I was sent text message updates of my appointment, confirmation, and a follow up as well.
