They were absolutely amazing. There were three of them and it went so fast and so easy I will be having them every month.

Awful!! They charged me 150 dollars more than they quoted me.... I paid 550 bucks!!My fan still had dust on it and there was smudge stains in the doors that they didn't care to wipe down. The only part that they didn't 100% was the bathrooms and the kitchen, but this was a full house deep clean... so why did they forget the rest of the house. Total rip off!! read more

They showed up on time with their own equipment, wiped things like our glass pantry cabinets (which other cleaning people have usually missed), kept to themselves, got the work done, and left. Our dog that is normally pretty nervous about people gave a half-hearted bark and then ignored them the rest of the time they were here, which is a great sign. Excellent cleaning services! Great prices! I hired Juan and his crew to clean two houses after a move-out 4 and 5 years ago. Both houses were done thoroughly - he made sure every last detail was taken care of personally. Currently, the crew has been cleaning my own house on a regular basis for the last 3 years - for a good price. They do special requests like windows for my patio included in the service. The place smells fantastic when they are done, and the house is consistently clean all over. If there is ever an issue, Juan takes care of it himself to make sure everything is perfectly clean and done and to my satisfaction. Extremely dissatisfied with the "deep clean" I paid for. I inquired about their services, and was told flat rate of $425. I initially had requested a deep clean of our tile floors, carpets shampooed, appliances, windows (interior and exterior), kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. The owner Juan said no problem, all included. I booked them. They were supposed to be here at 9am Saturday the 5th. Two gals showed up an hour late, and looked confused when they saw we have furniture in the house. Granted we are moving, but our larger pieces are still in the home (literally a couch, a small entertainment center and end tables, dining table, and one bedroom set and an extra dresser)... I said just focus on the floors/carpet, baseboards, kitchen and bathrooms. Do the carpets around the furniture.. She said ok. The owner shows up not long after with the larger equipment to clean the carpets and tile, and made a similar comment about how we had furniture. I read back my initial inquiry, and never once did I mention we were moving when I was quoted. This was just a "deep clean".. I had planned to stay here while they were cleaning, and move from room to room as needed, but to be helpful we left for about 2 1/2 hours (they spent 7 hours here total). Came back and he was just finishing the carpet and about to start the tile. So we get out of the way.. and then he says he's done an hour later, and wants my payment on Zelle. The tile downstairs is still wet, so I didn't really walk around or look, I just paid and said thanks. We left the next morning early to visit family out of town, and when I came home, I found that one of my curtain rods had fallen off one of the screws and was hanging there. I was confused, so I went and looked a lot deeper, and found more damage, and also found that many portions of my house were not clean at all. They barely even touched my tile floors, didn't do anything to our baseboards but scuff them up, and left bigger stains on some of our carpet that weren't even there before. One of the corners on my baseboards was broken off, too. I reached out to the owner and he said he would come by and we could talk yesterday, at 10am. He didn't show up. We had errands to run, and I see on my Ring camera that he came by 2 1/2 hours late, but never messaged me after about us not being there. I asked him to show good faith in a message after that, we will have a majority of our stuff out on Saturday, can you please come redo my tile floors and baseboards at least, and clean the three stains that were left that didn't exist before. He said no, and that they didn't break anything or cause damage, and that it was because we had furniture. What? People have cleaning services come in while they live there all the time. I can't even dispute the $525 I paid this company ($100 undeserved tip) because he made me pay him with Zelle. Needless to say I'm frustrated and now have to spend more money on the things they either broke or DID NOT clean, which is what I paid for in the first place. read more

We had bought an RV that was empty and we called C&C to come and do a thorough clean on our RV before we move our things in. They arrived and we had our RV running on the backup generator because of where it was parked. Juan left for over an hour to pick up his kid, which is fine and left the other two ladies to clean the RV. When he got back my generator was almost out of gas for running that long barely anything was done one of the ladies had a bad attitude and kept saying "let's just go, let's just go already" and they still did not finish the job and my RV still looks pretty much the same way they left it...dusty and floors dirty. read more

We had a scheduled appointment for 1:30pm. When they didn't show up, I texted the owner. He replied that the previous job was taking longer than expected. They finally arrived at 3:30pm. We had to keep checking on them because it was getting later and later. They didn't leave until after 10:00pm! We had our dog crated. I finally had to let him out, around 7pm, to eat and go to the bathroom. They did an ok job. We noticed that the two ladies, or the owner (he was here for about an hour) would go behind each other causing them extra work. The owner was very nice and even replaced our air filters for us. I was a little irritated because the one thing that was most important to me was cleaning the tile downstairs. I told them when they first got here. I asked for them to get into the corners and clean the baseboards. That was the last thing they did and because it was so late, I was left disappointed.
