Lee was kind and did a good job with the areas I originally asked of them upon arrival. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While they were working, I told them I decided I wanted them to do two additional rooms. Without asking which rooms, the person with him found two random rooms in my house and sprayed them with enzymes. Technician was really nice, however I was disappointed with how my carpets turned out. I don't have major stains, just normal wear and tear but they turned out looking a bit spotty, as if some parts were given more attention than others. Also the additional cost for the pet treatment was not worth it, not sure if it was even used but not worth it. Furthermore, the fact that even the tech complemented my carpets as they were, gave me confidence that I would end up with a nice fresh smell once they were done as advertised, that was not the case. My house ended up smelling like I had just let a wet dog run all throughout my house. Not sure what the spray was that he was using all through the home after he was done. But it didn't help. I cannot say enough great things about Carpet Monkey and specifically Rich Carroll! I have a toy breed morkie who loves to pee on the carpet when I'm not watching. I have used Pink's carpet cleaning company to come out twice to do a pet treatment and clean the carpets. Unfortunately, their service did not completely remove the pet urine, despite the additional charge for their pet urine removal. I decided to try Carpet Monkey, based on their reviews of being able to treat pet urine and restore carpets- I'm SO glad I did!! Rich came out and actually did the work I have been wanting. Pulled up the carpet to inspect the root issue of the urine seeping into the padding of the carpet. He not only helped to pull up the carpet in other areas to check for damage that the eye couldn't see, and holy cow! My little child of a dog, had peed in way more places than I thought. I'm a single woman who doesn't have the man power to move the furniture to uncover to full damage done. Being the honest and above and beyond employee of Carpet Monkey, helped move the items in the way to be able to treat all areas possible. He was honest and willing to go above and beyond, which I am SO grateful for. Lee from Carpet Monkey did a fantastic job on our carpets today. We had a hallway and stairs done that needed some extra TLC due to our pets. Lee was friendly and took his time to ensure the carpets were cleaned well. I really appreciate his thoroughness. The products they used smelt great! We have darker carpet so stains werent visible for the most part. There were a couple that I noticed were a tad stubborn for myself when I cleaned them, and now they are completely gone. Lee also sprayed our potty patch on the way out with some deodorizer too without us even asking. Rick was super responsive to my messages. He advised that a technician will arrive between 12pm-2pm and they will call when they're on their way. I received the call at 11:49am, and Joe arrived about 20-25 mins later. Joe was respectful and was very thorough with his cleaning. Brand new house, just 6 months old, but boy does dust and dirt come into the house. Suddenly the grout on the floor tiles were beginning to look dingy. I recommend Carpet Monkeys in Las Vegas for their price, timeliness, and quality of service. I moved into an older home with old green carpet that we cant replace right away. I called Carpet Monkeys and spoke to the owner Rick, gave him a listing of all the rooms to be cleaned. He quoted me a price that was $50 cheaper than one of the "sponsored" companies that i initially called. He said he could have someone out between 8-10am the next morning. The tech called to advise he was on the way and arrived a little after 8am. By 9am, carpet was all clean and huge black spots were gone. We can't wait to get this carpet pulled up next month but in the meantime will deal with the green giant for now. At least it's clean. This was the first time I had hired someone to clean our couch and they did a great job! One of our dogs got sick and urinated on the couch. Twice. After a long year, quarantine, and about 1000 toddler Cheeto fingers and puppy pad fails later... I decided to call Carpet Monkeys. I spoke to Rick on the phone and he was equally as friendly as he was professional. I asked about a million questions, explained my concerns, and he was nothing less than patient and gracious. I was able to book a slot to have my entire house cleaned within a few days for a great price. Upon arrival, Mark, aka George Straight (Minus the performance unfortunately) looked over our house and immediately got to work. Which I have to say was not the easiest to do with our normally very unfriendly 2 year old trying to be his shadow lol. He was done extremely quick, but you would've never been able to tell by how meticulous his work was. He went over any tough stains (some pet, some red dye) and made sure we were good to go.
