We initially dealt with Antonio (owner)…read moreon the phone and he answered all our questions, provided us quotes immediately (verbally and electronically) so we can review the prices together on the phone with a visual. Antonio was really easy to work with and was able to give us an appointment a few days later. Antonio and his wife Tamara (owner) provided the services and we were very pleased. Again, we appreciated the professionalism, the complete service and the ease of booking and working with the team. This company is reasonably priced and we have trust in this company to provide quality services. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends and family!

As a new resident to Las Vegas (Summerlin), I was referred to Ponce by my realtor. After using them…read morefor nearly a year now, I am still very satisfied with their quality of work and communication. They are very thorough (even cleaning places such as inside the fridge) and easy to communicate with via text. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other local cleaning services as well as very trustworthy. I am almost never home when they clean, but nothing has ever gone missing and my security cameras around the house show they are always hard at work. I'd highly recommend Ponce for your cleaning service needs.

Our Go-To Company For Home Enhancements…read more When we scheduled a window cleaning quote with Window Bright Window Cleaning, we didn't expect the owner, Anthony M., to come out to conduct it. He was very friendly and likeable and gave us a great quote for window cleaning once a quarter. When Anthony's crew came out they also were very friendly and efficient. Our windows were so clean we could have eaten off them! So when Anthony later inquired what we wanted to do with our jacked up patio (in disrepair), he definitely had our attention. In the end, we agreed on a resurfacing, a pool deck cover and a sealer for the patio. We are so thrilled with the final product that the lady of the house frequently peers at the patio remarking about its beauty! But wait, there's more. Anthony also offered us a couple secret enhancements for the facade of our house that totally makes our house exterior pop! We are sure these improvements have added $20K to the overall value of our high value home, all at a reasonable price. We are so happy we went with Window Bright! We already know when we require new window screens we'll give Window Bright that business too. To us, Window Bright has been a godsend.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD! They came to clean my unit…read moreand broke the glass shower door. My complex wasn't pleased with the cleaning the first time and requested them to return- they came back and finished the job. I thought it was cleaned to standard but my complex was still not satisfied. I paid $125 + plus $25 tip to Johana (the woman who I booked the service with). I had to pay an additional $110 to my complex to clean to their standards. I never requested my money to be returned to me for the services because I know they had cleaned. All I asked was that the shower door be paid in full ($1000) which the owner reassured they would take care of it. Instead of communicating professionally and arranging a payment plan with me- they pointed the finger to a worker who was "not supposed to be there that day"- the owners younger brother apparently. That worker was cleaning and was a part of the Tony's Cleaners team on 3/28. After the incident I had been communicating with Johana thinking she would take care of the issue and reassure we can come to an agreement for the $1000 due but was shown the true colors of this poorly run family owned business. From Johana (the wife of the owner): "if you want your money go talk to the person who broke it". ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! I was kind and nice to the people who own/operate this company- Tony & Johana and they just showed me not every company on yelp should be trusted. Be careful who you do business with out here in Las Vegas!

I've always had Victor and his son come to my home to clean the carpets and floors. They are very professional. Explains the process of what is going on. They are respectable of your floors and wipe their shoes or wear protective covering. They are very knowledgeable and explains their products and makes recommendations for cleaning.
