We live in a multiple dog house and with that being said there are and will be "accidents". Even though we KNOW the kids (dogs) can hold it all night, they don't. And yes it's frustrating. They had solid reviews so we gave them a call to come out. Once they came out the technician saw that we have dogs and offered the specialized extra cleaner for 45$ extra. We weren't expecting that but know we needed it, so we agreed to the extra cost. It took the young gentleman just over an hour to clean 2 rooms which is longer I'm sure because of the extra pet cleaning step. Then we had to wait for it to dry. Easy to get estimate and schedule. On the scheduled day, the technician called and asked if he could come out a little early. Then he did the tile in 3 bathrooms and laundry room and the rugs in home office, two regular bedrooms, and master bedroom in less time than it would have taken me to drive to Lowe's and rent a rug machine and he did a far better job than I would have done. But once he did that, I was satisfied, which is why I rated this 2 Stars. On the flip side, he didn't put booties over his dirty shoes. I asked that he pay special attention to the walls and baseboards since we just had all of that redone. I noticed the hose was rubbing against the fresh paint and baseboards so I put a pillow between. He seemed unaware as he had earbuds in and was checking his phone periodically. OMG! This was the easiest appointment I have ever made. A few text messages and some provided pictures and my scheduling was complete. The owner was our technician and arrived about 15 minutes early (which was no problem at all). The photos do not do justice to how much better the after images are. I should've taken before and after pictures-- I truly should've... but how embarrassing for ME would the "before's" have been? NOT ANYMORE! Soo much goodness: 1) Mike, the owner, answers his own phone... you know... the old fashioned way. I SOO APPRECIATE it! He gave spot-on quotes over the phone, asked all the relevant questions. 2) Kameron showed up ON THE DOT at 8AM and was such a pro in every way-- Mike, he did you proud! I know the kid's got big dreams, and I wish him all the best, but keep him as long as you can, Mike, he's a good one! 3) Both Mike and Kameron warned me that the stains in my mattress and carpet (let's just say, I had 3 male puppies do their damage over 2 years) would take some time ("a few days") to diminish, and they may not entirely go away depending on the extent of damage... and... within SECONDS... the stains were 99% GONE. I was flabbergasted! 4) I also had Kameron sanitize my carpets without stains, and the whole house just FEELS fresher. Honestly, this is the carpet that came with my house, and eventually, after some big reno projects, I will be getting new carpets-- and when I do... Absolutely terrible. I was scheduled for a 2pm appointment on a Saturday. Reached out at 1:30 since I thought it was weird not to get a notification of delay, window or to confirm. They said it was a scheduling error and no one was coming out. Then was offered 10 am on Sunday. Since my house was already prepped meaning couches stacked, furniture moved and carpets vacuumed I took it. Sunday comes, still no notification on arrive time or delay, so I text at 9:45 am and the response I get is that the technician has the flu and will not be coming! How do you not know where or what your employees are doing?? I have no idea how they have good reviews, this was absolutely terrible. No consideration for the effort it takes to get ready for carpet cleaning, all they could say is that they are out of town and cannot control illness. No, what you can do is talk to your employees and require some sort of notice, like the night before?? Any job requires some sort of call out policy. Terrible. Do not recommend at all. read more
