I requested a last minute job and Annie was so accommodating! I needed a sectional sofa to be cleaned and They did an excellent job and they also send me photos of the before and after job! The best experience and their price is the best I could find around! I do highly recommend their professional service! The best. Thank you! read more

So happy we called Chem-Dry! I had called two other companies and got quotes before contacting Chem-Dry. Chem-Dry it's super competitive with great pricing and I was able to get pricing quickly over the phone. I spoke with Annie and she was so kind and easy to talk too. She explained the difference in their Technology. We were quoted an excellent price quote. She made me feel very comfortable choosing Chem-Dry versus other brands. We love that the carpet drys within hours & your carpet is not saturated and wet for days. The technician showed up on time and was super friendly and courteous as well. His name was John. He went above and beyond And took his time with a very thorough cleaning. We've had our carpets cleaned many times with other companies and this is the first time the carpet has no odor and is so fresh and clean. And it definitely did dry within a few hours. We are super happy with the results and the service. We highly recommend you trying chem dry! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Annie and John! read more

Family owned... always do a great job for my clients and family! Looking forward to referring them to my next family

Bait and switch I have been using this company since 2019 and am very disappointed in their integrity and ethics as of late. Each year, the pricing has gone up, which is understandable as everything has, but recently, I had a carpet cleaning scheduled and received a higher quote for my home, which they have visited various times before. When the technician arrived, he added an additional $100 and stated I did not disclose my unique stairs when I called and that the house is large. Again, this company has been here several times, and all of that is noted on previous invoices. The tech then called the office and spoke with Annie, who put it back on me and stated I must've said something to lower the cost in the past and she'll notate my account as such. I'm really disappointed as I've used this company loyally for several years now and have never said or done anything to "change my price" as the original quotes were given to me when Adam came to the property years back and the invoices were noted. Instead of this being a good experience, the interaction was accusatory and degrading. This felt like a bait-and-switch situation in which the tech tried to take advantage of a woman. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Adam, thank you for the years you have serviced our home. You and the tech you've sent the past two years were quality people. Hope you are able to find help with integrity again in the future. read more

I wish I had a before and after pic. They saved my sofa. Good people. Would use them again.

I responded to adam via a phone call. He advised me he was sorry that I felt like the job wasn't done well. HE DID NOT EVEN TRY TO MAKE AMENDS TO REDO THE JOB. He's a nice enough guy. But very short on providing optimum customer service, rectifying a problem. He never even offered to come back in good faith. And I wasn't going to ask. Mind you I was a repeat customer. We parted amicably read more

Just had Adam out to do my two area rugs. One 8 x 10 and one 5 x 7. Called around town and got a few quotes anywhere from $250-$400. Not only was their price completely fair they did a fantastic job on my carpets. I am beyond happy and a customer for life. Thank you Percision for your hard work I really do appreciate everything you guys did for me read more

We just had our guest bedroom and daughter's nursery carpet cleaned today. Adam was super professional and kind. He did an amazing job, it didn't take that long, and our previously filthy carpet came out looking 100% brand new. He even completely removed a stubborn milkshake stain that we couldn't get out ourselves. We will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future! read more

John came by to clean our sofa and recliner chair. He did a great job of getting out the dirt, oils and funky dog smell on both pieces of furniture. Highly recommend Adam for cleaning our carpets. I only use chem dry because from my experience they're the best and don't leave recurring stains and flatten and soak your carpets like most companies. We've been in our apartments for close to two years and had heavy traffic stains from our two small dogs. Now their all clean and deodorized for Spring. Very reasonably priced and appreciate the friendly service. read more

I should have left these guys a good review a long time ago! Very friendly, very professional, exceptional attention to detail, they definitely take their time to get the job done! I recently went and saw green carpet cleaners because I had a coupon and I will never see another company besides precision chem dry. Best in town!! Don't make the same mistake I did and see some Joe Schmoe who sends out a coupon. We were left with sopping wet carpets that we ended up having to steam clean after the fact, same stains and $100 out the window. Never again!! We love chem dry! read more

Working with Precision Chem Dry was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

We have been looking for another Chem-Dry since our friend got out of the business years ago. We tried a couple of traditional steam cleaners and were disappointed since the carpets get dirty so fast after regular steam cleaning. We tried another Chem-Dry (I don't recall which one) and it was just so-so. We decided to try Precision Chem-Dry, even though they are based in Henderson and we are in the NW. Annie was a delight on the phone. John arrived right on time and did a wonderful job, the carpets are fresh and clean like we used to experience from our friend's Chem-Dry. You can tell that John likes what he does and enjoys the company he works for. That makes a difference in the cleaning, and in the experience of having the cleaning professional in your home. I'll return in a couple of months with an update on how the carpet is holding up after their cleaning. read more

I called around and read reviews. The lady who answered was very nice and they were able to accommodate a cleaning a few days after my call. We were getting ready to sell her house and wanted our carpets cleaned before the showing. The technician was very nice, but was only at my house for 15 minutes. I have dogs, so we paid extra for the special formula to release pet odor. When the technician was finished, I questioned the fact that there were some dry spots and he told me that everything was covered. He didn't show me where he had spot treated with the pet cleaner. Almost a month later, we are moving out. I purchased an industrial Rug Doctor as I'm not sure if the new owners are going to keep the carpet. Needless to say, the water that is coming out is almost black! I've only had 12 people come through the house since the technician first came. My dogs haven't been in the house either. I called the organization, and I was told that they could come out and spot treat since it was still within 30 days. I had explained to her what was happening and all I received was "Sorry". I was expecting for her to offer for my money back. I'm very disappointed and will not recommend this service to anyone! read more

Fantastic work on carpet, tile, and upholstery! I have used Precision Chem-Dry multiple times in the past and have always been very happy with their services. My carpet and tile look fantastic when they're finished. Two years ago, I let someone I know talk me into using a different carpet cleaning service. That experience was okay but no where near the level of expertise of Precision Chem-Dry. I have learned my lesson and will be a loyal customer of Adam and his crew at Precision Chem-Dry from now on! read more

The first time I had the carpet professionally cleaned, he rushed and the carpet still looked dingy, then had the nerve to try and upsell things I didn't need. Precision Chem-Dry did not rush, they arrived early, didn't upsell, answered my questions, and was pleasant/professional. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good service and affordable prices. read more

We have multiple rental properties and never hesitate to call them when needed. Excellent service, scheduling, and customer service. Someone had a pet (against our house rules) and Adam was able to check carpets for urine stains and apply the PURT treatment to needed area.
