Carpet Monkey went above and beyond our expectations. Joe was our tech, and he came by for the cleaning right on time. We hired Carpet Monkey for cleaning the carpets (with pet treatments) of three rooms, two rugs, and an upholstery cleaning on our couch. The carpet turned out beautiful, like new! The couch looks phenomenal, and the rug cleanings were worth every penny! The pricing was unbeatable, and Joe was friendly, and great to communicate with. Definitely looking forward to getting a deep clean in our home like this yearly, ESPECIALLY because we have 4 dogs, and after Joe left it looks like we don't have any! read more

All right. Imagine this carpet full of dog pee stains. By the time this guy was done, our carpet looked almost brand new. I say "almost" because theres a small bleach spot where I messed up on and there really wasn't much he could do about it without having to replace that part of the carpet. I am very impressed with this company, especially Mark, the guy who did both our carpets in the living room and upstairs, as well as our couch + ottoman. From getting the quote in the beginning (no hidden fees) to finishing up the job, the whole process had been so easy with no headaches! Mark knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it done. He was especially nice, very knowledgeable about carpets and how to clean and maintain them, and he was very fun to talk to! I was recommended this company by a coworker and I definitely recommend them to everyone else! read more

Carpet Monkey - What's in this photo? It's a picture of a job very well done!! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I had to get the carpets in my entire house cleaned, including all 3 floors of stairs in 3 days. I called around to about 3 different companies and none of them could schedule me in for that weekend. My last call was to Carpet Monkey, not only were they able to get me in that Saturday but the price they quoted me was reasonable. I received text notification telling me when I can expect Lee to arrive and he was punctual. He got straight to work, walking through my home taking note of any areas that needed stain treatment. Lee worked efficiently and thoroughly, at the end, my carpets were renewed and fresh, a perfect deep cleaning!! Carpet Monkey will be my go to company for my carpets in the future!! The only suggestion that I would offer the company is to have their service people look more put together and professional by having them wear work shirts. read more

My experience interacting with this business was not great. We did not agree on the price of a service and what was surprising was their text response: "Absolutely....please remember in business 3 rules 1 Cheap 2 Fast 3)Good From our text, you're picking 1 & 2 Good luck trying to find good work Can't have all 3 This was taught by a multi millionaire business owner Honestly, there's no need to reach back out ... I will pass on the job ..." I did not appreciate their condescending "lesson" on business rules, so if I'm a new customer I'd be cautious of disagreeing with their quote unless you want business lessons :) read more

I had them come in last Tuesday to do 3 small repairs and a cleaning. They were punctual and courteous, which I greatly appreciated. I didn't have extra carpet lying around since I didn't originally install it. So they took carpet from a closet, which was fine. However, they did not put anything in it's place. So now there's bare wood and tack strips showing in my closet. Alas, a minor complaint. The gentleman didn't quite a bit of time on the repairs. They look just okay. You can definitely see where the repairs were made since there are plastic fibers all over that weren't trimmed up. But it's still way better than before and at half the cost I was quoted by another guy. However, it was the cleaning itself I was least impressed with. I realize no amount of cleaning is going to work miracles for the crappy cheap carpet that was installed. But, it really didn't look any better then when I've used my Hoover carpet cleaner I bought at Target for a little more than $100. And the carpet was still just as mattress as it was before he started. I'm honestly not sure how he cleaned so fast. The cleaning process for my whole house (living room, 2 bedrooms, office, hallway) took 30 minutes. It takes me hours to clean it when I shampoo the carpet. He also said about 6 hours to dry. I left all the doors and windows open and put fans in all my rooms and turned the heater up. 12 hours later it was still very, very damp. It wasn't dry until the next day. Moral of the story: professional carpet cleaning won't work miracles. But these are nice guys who do reasonable work for a good price. I just wish it would have turned out better. read more

Had them come out again because I trusted they would do an excellent job. My carpets are now hardwood so no need to clean them, however my dog decided to pee all on my couch, so I had them come out and do the cleaning on it. Lee Johnson from Carpet Monkey came out today, and his job did not disappoint. My couch feels brand new, smells great as well. Lee was super friendly, ans their communication was excellent. I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. read more

This is the second time I have used Carpet Monkey and I will continue to do so! Thank you for always getting my carpets clean

We spoke on Yelp and were able to schedule my cleaning 2 days later! They came in to clean my high-pile textured wool rug and a boucle chair (both are white). The cleaning took a little less than an hour. Both of them look spotless and amazing so far - just waiting for them to dry! This entire process was so much easier than I imagined it could be and I'm thankful for Carpet Monkey's promptness and reliability! Will definitely return in the future. read more

Excellent experience! Our kitten got locked in a bedroom and pulled up a portion of our carpet by the door. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole room of carpet. Not satisfied with my results. I wished my carpet came out 1/2 as good as the pictures. There were places where the couch was that was matted down even after they left, my Dyson got the matted carpet up, don't know why they couldn't. Rick seemed was knowledgeable and was going to book a vent cleaning with them, but after this experience, I will not be using them. read more

Fabulous company, always does a great job! Have used them 3+ times, and same result each time.

Very impressed with their service, I called various carpet cleaning places, so when I called Carpet Monkeys, I was very impressed at how easy it was to get a quote, Rick was attentive, gathered all my information to provide me with an accurate and firm quote. I told him I still wanted to get other quotes, but that so far I was impressed at their customer service. After I called other places, the service over the phone just seemed sketchier. I called back and asked Rick if we could get Marc, one of their techs that had great reviews with their company. Marc came, very amicable and professional, explained in thorough detail the process, put my mind at ease as it was the first time I had a carpet cleaning service. He did a beautiful job and cleaned up quickly. From start to finish, this company was great! Five stars on all marks. Customer Service, Pricing, Setting Expectations, and Quality Service. read more

Carpet Monkey - Great job in all seven rooms, stairs and hallway. Here's the loft and hallway. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

They arrived right on time, professional and super friendly. Why have I been cleaning my own carpet all these years? Cause I didn't know there would be a company like Carpet Monkeys that's affordable and convenient to schedule ;-) I messaged them through Yelp and boom, done. I've hired them three times so far. First time- Mark cleaned our carpet and we were happy with the results. The carpet was a little damp but overall he did a wonderful job. The following services was just our downstairs and boy was my husband impressed. Employees have great attitudes, good job to the owner screening your people. I've always believed, if you can't keep a great attitude while at work, then you should find another job/career. Even if means making sacrifices, you're just making your life miserable. Am I still reviewing Carpet Monkeys you ask? Lol sorry... Lastly, the owner is easy to contact. Response time is almost immediate and fair as far as pricing. I'm very happy I found you guys, you've earned yourselves a loyal and regular customer. P.S. Joe, you cleaned our carpet yesterday 12/23- Thank you for your patience my husband says and Cowey our dog! read more

I am so glad to have found carpet monkeys! From the customer experience over the phone to the delivery of their service, breathtaking. It was such a pleasure to do business with them! We have a new puppy and while we all know what happens.. she ate the carpet in every corner she could find. Makes it a bad appearance when people come to visit our home and it looks torn up. Needless to say, no ones been over since because it's embarrassing to cover her bad behaviors. Now, all trained and behaved we decided to get it repaired. I can't even tell where they were to begin with! We had a total of 8 repairs and it looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you Carpet Monkeys!! I cannot wait to do business again and when we move into our new home!! read more

I found Carpet Monkeys here on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I wanted to get my parents carpets cleaned for a Mother's Day gift and they usually use Sears. Based on the reviews I gave Carpet Monkeys a try. The technician did a wonderful job. Very friendly and we love the scent. My mom was surprised to say the least. As you can see the before and after shows just how great the company is. All for a great price. Will be getting carpets cleaned by them again. read more

Rick just finished cleaning my bedroom, hallway, and vehicle all for a super reasonable deal. I found his company on Yelp and only after calling a few local competitors first. When I tried calling other places they were giving me excuses such as "3 room min., can't offer you anything else, can't work around days off, etc" not willing to work with me on what I needed which is ONE room regardless of pricing. Rick was much more flexible. He offered for the price quoted to clean the room specifically, outside hallway area, and to give me my full money's worth he also cleaned my car. My car is not exactly new (2005) and it looks amazing!!! inside. I'll post a few photos. I had caked on stains, food traces on the mats, and other crap. It looks/smells like new. Not to mention he worked on that in my driveway in this blazing heat. Rick and his company are- Mobile Flexible (scheduling) Professional Felt safe (as a woman home alone) Affordable No toxic odors left over Works via word of mouth and does an amazing job of cleaning up. I've heard he's especially great with pet stains but I don't have a pet. I fully intend to use him as well when I move across town from Mountains Edge to Henderson. If you need your household, car interior, office, or any other carpeted space cleaned... don't look anywhere else. 5 Stars! read more

Carpet Monkey - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I made an appointment for removing pet's odor and stain. Their first arrival and operation was not good. (My place had no odor before and the tech at that time said it looks not too bad after he investigate, but Odor became too strong and was not even gone for around two days) If you do not have cash, you can pay with your card through the phone with xtra 3 dollars of fee and your entire card information to them. I paid $132 + $20 (tips) at that time. They reached me again after I leave Yelp review. I was able to see they were extremely unhappy about it (I was very unhappy about their work as well). However, they offered me they can re-do it with using some different product (48-enzyme product). Since my home smelled soooooo bad and I spent a lot of money, I had no choice. They came back on Saturday and operate with the product and the nxt available appointment was Tuesday morning, so I made an appointment with them again. They said my carpet is too old and as well as the stain, so if this cannot work perfectly, I have to rip entire carpet out and re-do it. They came back on Tuesday again and did the operation. Odor got weakened. Yes, they care about their customers and reviews at least and if the customer does not satisfy with the operation they care. I understand the entire operation cannot be result perfect depends on my or your carpet condition. But at least this company cares about the customer's opinion. read more
