Round 2 Mark came out and killed it. These guys do a great job and are honest to their quotes. They don't leave you with crunchy carpets (the problem I had when I first moved into this place) and the job is done right. What's to say that hasn't been said? I talked to Rick about coming out and taking care of a hair dye stain and cleaning the carpets. Joe came and worked his magic and cut out a piece from the back dark corner of a closet and patched the stained area with the closet piece, you would never know! I was freaking out because I'm in a rental right now and didn't want to ask the landlord for extra carpet or pay for new carpet but now I don't have that worry. They haven't even cleaned my carpets yet and the service is the absolutely most professional in carpet cleaning I've ever seen in my LIFE! Rick is a hands-on, helpful, and very considerate owner whom answered my call and addressed all my questions even down to the solvents and the type of pet deodorizer they'd be using! He even went above and beyond to squeeze me in their busy day and even gave me a call back to secure that spot. Great customer service. I've never had a carpet company be able to do that for me, let alone make me feel like I'm calling a REAL company as opposed to just a guy with a steamer- you rock!! I now have Carpet Monkeys on speed dial because my gorgeous monsters (see photo) think our upstairs loft is a urinal. Accordingly, I get my carpets heavy cleaned with a urine treatment at least twice a year. I've had Joe the last two times. His attention to detail is incredible. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of treatments I didn't need, nor attempt to gyp me on small hallways or closet areas. He cleaned four rooms and the stairs and was in and out within an hour. Recently had a burn in the carpet repaired by carpet monkeys. I provided photos of the damaged area and was able to receive a quote to repair right in text! The communication about the repair was on point, and the scheduling happened exactly as suggested. Highly recommended local business. I made an appointment via Yelp on Friday and got a response within minutes and finalized our appointment for Sunday morning. The guy we worked with was Mark. He was very professional and polite. He came in right on time but had issue with the motor. Hubby and him were able to worked it out and he finished his job in 2 hours. I contacted Carpet Monkeys thru yelp. I got a call the same day. We set the appointment for that Saturday. On Saturday they called and informed me it would be a little later then my original scheduled appointment because they got a bigger job then they scheduled for. This was actually a relief for me, as i was running behind that day. They called when they were on there way and showed up at the new scheduled time. Capet Monkeys did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my carpets before I moved out of my rental property. These guys are great. I contacted them because I have an elderly dog that had a few accidents on the furniture. They scheduled me for a Saturday morning - maybe two or three days after I reached out, and the price was much better than quotes I'd gotten from other local services. He did the stairs, hallway, huge master bedroom and 3 small bedrooms. He was here over 2 hours. He earned every penny. I used carpet monkeys twice. First with Joe, and the second with Isaac just two days ago. Both of them were in time, and called before they arrived. Joe did an amazing job on my living room, stairs and two bedrooms. They gave me the deal that nobody would beat. After the carpets were dry I noticed that one tiny spot from luggage wheels in my bedroom didn't go away completely. Then two days ago they told me that Joe will come but for some reason I received a call from another guy Isaac. He did his job very well, the carpet dried even faster than after Joe. But there are at least three spots that wasn't gone completely in my living room. And they are pretty visible. I texted him photos of them but received no answer. That's why I give them 4 stars because my carpet still has spots that are bothering me every time I look at them. UPDATE. After I posted my review the owner Rick called me in 2 minutes. We made an appointment and Joe showed up and cleaned everything and even more than needed for no charge. That was incredible.
