They haven't even cleaned my carpets yet and the service is the absolutely most professional in carpet cleaning I've ever seen in my LIFE! Rick is a hands-on, helpful, and very considerate owner whom answered my call and addressed all my questions even down to the solvents and the type of pet deodorizer they'd be using! He even went above and beyond to squeeze me in their busy day and even gave me a call back to secure that spot. Great customer service. I've never had a carpet company be able to do that for me, let alone make me feel like I'm calling a REAL company as opposed to just a guy with a steamer- you rock!! Once they get here this evening and finish up I'll update my review with photos- can't wait!!! UPDATE: as I suspected!! An amazing job by Isaac, he was quick to attend to our needs and kept us entertained while we watched him do his magic!! He even explained what he was spraying on the poop/urine stains to make sure the stain didn't come back once the carpet was dry. He also deodorized and explained to us how to air the house out. Even better, the owner himself called after Isaac had left to make sure that everything was looking good!! Made me feel like I was a part of the "carpet monkey family" thanks guys!! I'll be using you from now on(: read more

Round 2 Mark came out and killed it. These guys do a great job and are honest to their quotes. They don't leave you with crunchy carpets (the problem I had when I first moved into this place) and the job is done right. Also, every person I've dealt with whether Rick, Mark or Joe have all been real pleasant and thorough in communication. Can not recommend this team enough! Thanks guys!! What's to say that hasn't been said? I talked to Rick about coming out and taking care of a hair dye stain and cleaning the carpets. Joe came and worked his magic and cut out a piece from the back dark corner of a closet and patched the stained area with the closet piece, you would never know! I was freaking out because I'm in a rental right now and didn't want to ask the landlord for extra carpet or pay for new carpet but now I don't have that worry. Joe did a great job cleaning up the carpets, my eyes and my feet are happy with the work he did! Will definitely use Carpet Monkeys again and recommend them for a job well read more

We've used them before and we liked them. Called today needing our staircase & 2 large area rugs cleaned. Joe was here by 1pm! He was GREAT! Nice guy, easy to chat with. He did a great job on our three dog loving carpets!! And thx Rick for the communication prior to joes arrival and your schedule. Top notch, guys! Appreciate you! read more

Showed up on time, completely quickly. Technician was very friendly and professional. Did a great job. Highly recommend.

I now have Carpet Monkeys on speed dial because my gorgeous monsters (see photo) think our upstairs loft is a urinal. Accordingly, I get my carpets heavy cleaned with a urine treatment at least twice a year. I've had Joe the last two times. His attention to detail is incredible. Without me standing by to point out all the problem areas, he painstakingly gets out all the tough, grodo Frenchie marks. Our carpet now looks brand-spanking new and not like a barnyard. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great prices. When you call and advise of how many rooms you need treated, you will get a quote over the phone. Very reasonable and upfront pricing so there are no surprises. Love this company! read more

Carpet Monkeys were awesome! Joe (The technician) not only showed up on time, but he was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient also. He didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of treatments I didn't need, nor attempt to gyp me on small hallways or closet areas. He cleaned four rooms and the stairs and was in and out within an hour. In the new days of Covid, he of course wore his mask the whole time. I've had my carpet cleaned many times and this has been the most pleasant experience by far. Great job Carpet Monkeys (and Joe)!! read more

So happy that I called Carpet Monkey for cleaning my carpets of 2 story house, all estimates done over the phone without a site visit. Rick said they won't change their agreed price even though they find the house size bigger. He kept his word. I tried to book Mark since he had got some excellent reviews and later I realized that why he is so awesome ! He reached on time, took some initial inspection and started doing his job. He took 1.5 hours and my whole house carpet turned really fluffy and cleaned. Thank you so much Mark and Rick for your excellent services, definitely I am going to call you again next time. read more

Recently had a burn in the carpet repaired by carpet monkeys. I provided photos of the damaged area and was able to receive a quote to repair right in text! The communication about the repair was on point, and the scheduling happened exactly as suggested. The technician that came to the property was very nice and professional, and did a stellar job on the repair. You can't see a single seam where the burn hole was in the carpet. All in all in the experience was professional, as advertised, and prompt. I recommend them to anyone in Vegas. read more

Just had my carpets cleaned for the second time from Carpet Monkey and they are amazing! The first time was 4 years ago and my carpets looked great up until recently because of day to day life and high traffic in certain areas. Joseph just left and it looks amazing again! The price is right too! Highly recommend read more

I decided to give Carpet Monkeys a try because of all the good reviews and they did not disappoint! Their communication is great. They send text messages of your appointment reminders and when they're on the way, but you can also text the number to talk to a real person if you need to get something rescheduled. I initially scheduled my service about a month away. As it got closer I rescheduled it to an earlier date, but due to my carpet not being available to clean, I had to push it back last minute to my original schedule. I felt like such a pain to keep rescheduling, but they did everything they could to get me scheduled at the time that would work for me. The tech also did a great job! He was clean as he wore booties for his shoes and put a plastic corner bumpers between the wall and the cleaning supplies so it wouldn't dirty or bang the walls. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned and it took about the next day for it to dry. read more

Joe Kindred came and stretched out our carpet that was loose and removed a stubborn stain as well! Carpet Monkey rocks! Thank you Joe!

Highly recommended local business. I made an appointment via Yelp on Friday and got a response within minutes and finalized our appointment for Sunday morning. The guy we worked with was Mark. He was very professional and polite. He came in right on time but had issue with the motor. Hubby and him were able to worked it out and he finished his job in 2 hours. As he promised, he cleaned and made the house look like new. He was very detailed oriented and cleaned all the dark spots throughout the house. The carpet looks great now. Price is also reasonable. No doubt, we will use him again in the future for rental houses and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. read more

They are the absolute best! They came a day after another company came and it was night and day results. I don't know how they do it but they can get anything out of carpets including pet smells from moving into a new house. I have a really sensitive nose and can pick up smells most can't... they get all the yuck out!! They are always our go to when we want to fix up our floors to feel nice and new... seriously these old carpets feel new when they're done. Oh and by the way they are super fast!! read more

Carpet Monkeys has a well deserved reputation. I have used them numerous times, and will continue to do so, as well as highly recommend and refer their services. The owner, RICK, provides exceptional customer service. MARK was the technician who cleaned my carpet today, and he did a phenomenal job. He was so thorough, and repeatedly went over each area to give the carpet a nice, good, deep cleaning. My carpet looks brand new, and the house smells so clean and fresh. I will definitely continue to use MARK, and refer him as well. Thank you Carpet Monkeys! read more

I contacted Carpet Monkeys thru yelp. I got a call the same day. We set the appointment for that Saturday. On Saturday they called and informed me it would be a little later then my original scheduled appointment because they got a bigger job then they scheduled for. This was actually a relief for me, as i was running behind that day. They called when they were on there way and showed up at the new scheduled time. They did an awesome job getting the dog hair and dog slobber off the couch. It looks brand new again! I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Joe Kindred just left and I can't believe what a great job he did! Didn't know my tile grout was that color! Sofa and recliner look showroom new (are 7 years old!). Carpet looks AMAZING (couldn't tell you how old it is). We have been spot cleaning but it was laughable compared to what this company does! Joe was so respectful and so professional! Price was great too! Can't recommend enough! read more

Capet Monkeys did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my carpets before I moved out of my rental property. I had pretty much accepted the fact that I was going to lose my security deposit because the carpets were beyond repair. Not only did they have dirt and pet urine stains everywhere but there was three terrible burn marks from dropping hot hookah coals. They were able to seamlessly repair the burn holes by replacing with a patch from my closet, and clean the rest of the carpets to the point where they were brand new. Huge shout out to Joe for his speedy and friendly service. %1000000000 recommend read more

Booked a move out clean a month and a half before the day. I called the week before to confirm the appointment. On the day of the scheduled carpet/tile cleaning, I called to ask about payment options and was told the process and then told the technician would be closer to arriving at the latter timeframe of the 2 hour arrival time given as he was finishing another job. Okay. The technician called and confirmed he would be closer to the latter part of the scheduled time. Okay. I went to the home an hour before he was said to arrive. The arrival time comes and goes with no one showing up. I wait another hour, in my car and then call back. The technician said he has about 30 more minutes. Another hour goes by and I call back again, he says he is 35 minutes out. An hour later I get a computer generated text from the company saying he is on his way. We call again and he said he was doing an extra large house, on top of my appointment and was 22 minutes away. The technician was very cordial and apologetic. Apparently, the "inconvenience" of my sitting in my car waiting for 4.5 hrs was only worth a paltry 15% off. When we inquired if that was the best they could do, no one answered the text. The technician did the job. However, like another review stated, I went back the next day and my house smelled like I had just let a wet dog run rampant....and there has not been a dog living in the home for 2 years. It smelled cleaner before I had the floors done. Disappointed with Carpet Monkey for a myriad of reasons. read more

These guys are great. I contacted them because I have an elderly dog that had a few accidents on the furniture. They scheduled me for a Saturday morning - maybe two or three days after I reached out, and the price was much better than quotes I'd gotten from other local services. The cleaner was on time and professional. He cleaned the furniture and gave us instructions for drying. They did an amazing job cleaning a white sofa - there was no trace of the stain. I will defiantly call them again the next time I need a cleaning service. read more

This is the second time that I've used their service and I'm a happy camper. Great communication from start to end. They showed up on time and thoroughly cleaned 4 rooms, loft and stairs. I like that they used corner guards to protect my walls from the very long hose. Two thumbs up! read more

Wow, you can believe all the 5 star reviews. They answer the phone, quote a price right then and we're able to come the same week. Mark called when on his way and showed up on time. He did the stairs, hallway, huge master bedroom and 3 small bedrooms. He was here over 2 hours. He earned every penny. We wanted to replace this 22 year old carpet but we have accumulated so much stuff it would be impossible. Let me say, our carpets look almost new. He got out stains that I figured we would live with the rest of our lives. I am so very happy. We wanted to give Mark a big tip but unfortunately neither of us had any cash. Trust me, he deserved it. Maybe the owner can give him a raise. On top of it all, Mark was the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. I highly recommend this company and will tell all my friends about them. read more

It was a little overwhelming trying to find a company to clean my vents on Yelp since there are so many companies out there! I ended up going with Carpet Monkey and I'm so glad I made the right choice! The price was lower than other companies and Rick was awesome! Carpet Monkey did it again. I have used them many times over the last few years and they never disappoint! Everything from setting an appointment to confirming time of arrival and when they are on the way was flawless. Rick the owner is great and Joe is the best. Called Carpet Monkeys on a Sunday, they were open and scheduled my appointment for that week. Due to the small size of my carpets the owner was courteous enough to an extra service at no cost. Mark, my cleaner, showed up on time and was friendly, he cleaned the carpets quickly and thoroughly! No hassles with this company I would recommend them to anyone! Side note I received several coupons in the mail for other companies with "discount deals" but many of them didn't answer the phone and if they did said the advertised "discount rates" were a base rate and the ultimate price was much higher. Carpet Monkeys quoted me a straightforward, reasonable price and threw in an extra treatment. Most importantly the job was done quickly, on time, on schedule, and as anticipated! read more

I used carpet monkeys twice. First with Joe, and the second with Isaac just two days ago. Both of them were in time, and called before they arrived. Joe did an amazing job on my living room, stairs and two bedrooms. They gave me the deal that nobody would beat. After the carpets were dry I noticed that one tiny spot from luggage wheels in my bedroom didn't go away completely. Then two days ago they told me that Joe will come but for some reason I received a call from another guy Isaac. He did his job very well, the carpet dried even faster than after Joe. But there are at least three spots that wasn't gone completely in my living room. And they are pretty visible. I texted him photos of them but received no answer. That's why I give them 4 stars because my carpet still has spots that are bothering me every time I look at them. UPDATE. After I posted my review the owner Rick called me in 2 minutes. We made an appointment and Joe showed up and cleaned everything and even more than needed for no charge. That was incredible. And I love how he leaves those beautiful triangles on the carpet when he leaves :) The carpets now are perfectly clean. And with this customer service that's my go to company Thank you! Now I'm satisfied and changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. read more

After reading reviews about Carpet Monkeys on Yelp...I called Rick (owner) to get a quote. I texted him the pictures of the areas I needed cleaning. It was a reasonable price (thank goodness). Rick is so nice! He answered a lot of my questions prior to getting my order placed. I haven't had my carpet cleaned since I moved in a year ago. Joe (tech) called me 15 mins prior to him coming over. He was professional and did an amazing job! See attached before and after photos. He went beyond my expectations. Bought a foreclosure that was surprisingly in good shape. One of the first things I wanted to do was replace the carpet. After looking at it I decided to clean it. After all, this was going to be for my son attending college so as long as it was clean, a few stains was not a big deal. Contacted Carpet Monkeys, got a price quote, set up the appointment, and the tech showed up on time. Since the condo was empty, he was able to clean everything and got ALL the stains out! There was a huge black grease smudge near the kitchen from what looks like the previous owner dragging appliances out and I thought it was there forever. It was gone! Took a couple days for the carpet to completely dry but it turned out great. Glad I didn't spend all that money on new carpet. Good price, great communication, on time, and did a great job. Highly recommend Carpet Monkeys. read more
