There was a huge black grease smudge near the kitchen from what looks like the previous owner dragging appliances out and I thought it was there forever. It was gone! Let me preface with the YELP feature to request a quote from a company and then send the same parameters to similar companies in just minutes is AMAZING! I send in my quote request to Carpet Monkey and then to several others and within 10 minutes got quotes back from everyone. Carpet Monkey proved to be the most cost efficient plus I had recommendations from a friend who also has the challenge of two pups in house. Joe was my carpet treatment specialist and he arrived about 15 minutes after schedule- but it was totally fine because he called to let me know he was on his way. My home is fairly small but it is mostly carpet so they did the living room, stairs, two bedrooms, a hallway, and a rug-- all in all about $185. The process was quick -- he was in an out in under two hours. The carpeting looked almost brand new-- flattened areas from high traffic were given new life-- and the urine/poops smells were gone. It took most of the day to dry so expect to not put your stuff back until the next day. Also expect to have ample parking for their van. They were very communicative and responsive to all my calls. These folks are so quick to respond. I was able to schedule a cleaning with a snap of a finger. Hopefully, I'll never need to use them again, but if I ever need another couch or carpet deep clean, I'm definitely calling them. I had a huge house warming party with over 125 people, and one party goer got a little carried away with the alcohol and threw up all over my newly bought couch and area rug.
