I cannot recommend Jose at Dial Eco-Friendly Carpet Care & Grout Plus enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. His communication was excellent, he arrived right on time, and immediately got to work. I had a pretty big job with 5 bedrooms, a loft, and a full staircase that needed carpet cleaning, plus 3 rooms that needed carpet stretching. Jose completed everything in about 3 hours, and the results are incredible! The carpets look refreshed, and the stretching completely got rid of the lifting and carpet humps that had been driving me crazy. On top of doing amazing work, Jose was incredibly professional, patient, and kind even with my dogs barking nonstop the entire time. Before wrapping up, he made sure I walked through everything to ensure I was completely happy with the results, and I absolutely was. Truly worth every penny and not nearly as expensive as I was expecting it to be. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and delivers amazing results, Jose is your guy. I am so grateful for the quality of service and will definitely be booking with Dial Eco-Friendly Carpet Care & Grout Plus again! read more

They did a great job cleaning my carpets! I called less than a week before Thanksgiving and they were able to squeeze me in. The worker was kind and accommodating. The carpets are beautiful now! I paid $139 for the pet treatment- which from what I've seen around, is a good deal. read more

I'm so happy to say that this company is definitely a keeper! We got an appointment super fast, and they showed up about 10 minutes early--that's a huge plus! We weren't quite done putting the dogs away, but they were incredibly patient. They cleaned the stairs, a small hallway upstairs, and three bedrooms. Also 5 stars for their communication and customer service. Clarence was both professional and friendly. They did an amazing job, and our carpets weren't in great shape to start with. They worked quickly and efficiently. I'm definitely going to use them again! read more

This experience was truly unique. This company showed up to clean our carpets and a pipe broke at our house as we were trying to hook up the cleaning system. Not only did Don the owner show up personally to help us fix the pipe but he himself cleaned the carpets and did an incredible job! The value too of what they charge is extremely fair. I will not only be using this company again but I will be referring my entire friend and family group to them for any and all jobs. It is people like this who deserve to be in business and thrive! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! read more

Great job! Competitive pricing and honesty: Ronnie came out and gave an honest, fair quote. Skilled and knowledgeable: I thought I was in more trouble than I was, but Damaso cleaned and conquered it all. Awesome communication - truly a great experience! Dial Carpet will be my go-to for my rentals from now on! Thanks, guys! read more

I found Dial from google and they had great reviews so I decided to give them a shot. They did a phenomenal on removing stains from my carpets that previous crews did not address. Their prices were affordable and the quality is definitely there for the value. Thank you Clarence and the Dial team! read more

I saw the Dial Carpet Cleaning truck outside of our neighbors house so I figured I'd give them a try. The person I texted with was professional and responsive when I reached out, but I have to give three stars because our carpet didn't look much different than before it was cleaned. Also, the job was done at 2:20 pm so we left for several hours with the ac on and our windows open. 5 hours later at 7:30 our carpets were still soaking wet. Some spots were even wet at 6:00 am when we woke up. They only sent one technician for our 2,200 sq ft house, so I'm not sure if that's the reason the job wasn't done very well. He sat in our front doorway looking absolutely exhausted when he was done. read more

Just bought a place, carpet was in bad shape, they fixed(stretched) carpet pretty freaking good!! Had them shampoo it too and it came out nice. Tech said as he was leaving that if there was any problem they'd come back, I unfortunately asked them to come back, and they did !!! The integrity of this company is superb. Thank you guys JL read more

Dial Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations. Pick up and drop off made the experience seamless. They are the only business in town with an automatic rug cleaning machine, so no long hours of dry time at home. Price was affordable with no additional or hidden fees for pet stains or pick up/drop off. Cleaned puppy stains best they could. Mild stains remain but no odor left behind. Happy customer! Thank you Ronnie! Pictures show before and after. read more

Dial Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning our carpet. We were lucky enough to have them come to our house to do the work. Dial was professional and personable, and just a really nice crew. We couldn't be happier with the results. I most definitely recommend to everyone and. I will continue to use their services, carpet looks amazing and smells fresh. read more

I decided to try this company as they had many good reviews however mine is not a good one. A- I was unaware of arrival time. I received a text with a general window of time, days ahead of time, and nothing in the day of service. A 15 minute lead time would be appreciated. B- the cleaning was very quick but water surrounded all open edges of carpet and no clean up was done. C- I inquired about pet treatment upon booking but received none. D- I received no formal invoice, quoting me cost of service or showing payment. E- my house smelled like cigarette smoke/dirty ashtray shortly after service was completed, and this home has never seen an ashtray or cigarette! That was the most disappointing of all!! I vacuumed 5 hours after shampooing hoping to draw out any smells or anything residual. I realize there are plenty of great reviews and perhaps my bad experience was a rare one. Nonetheless, I will not be booking again. read more

The job that was performed was not great, but Don the owner wanted to make things right, so I booked another appointment. Paul the tech did a great job on my chairs and couch, and a manager followed up after him to make sure that I was satisfied with his work, and I thank you for that!! I really want to say thank you to Don for caring about what he does because these days they take your money and do not return your calls, so THANK YOU Don!! read more

Really great quality and efficient! Super low price for the size of my home. Truly happy with their work

Absolutely the WORST experience. My carpet had an iron burn and I needed it repaired. I called Dial and they quoted $350 for the repair and cleaning. The tech came in and repaired the iron mark and it looks fair. But the closet where he took the patch looks horrendous. I called the owner Don and he proceeded to threaten my family and I, telling us that he had my address (where the repair was made) and he would be there soon to physically hurt me (a woman) and punch another carpet repair man that I called to come fix his mistake! Ridiculous service from the JOKE of an "owner" I feel bad for the poor people working for this company and for anyone that calls them for any type of service. Don also kept asking why I was making such a big deal over $300... because I paid you to do a service and THIS is what I got. Your karma will come Don. read more

Dial Carpet Cleaning - Mistake patch that they denied ever cutting and the worst match to our carpet is the light tan - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

The tech Miguel was fabulous and easy to work with. They had to come back and redo my carpet was hard in some areas due to chemical residue! The tile grout had to be redone, was not totally clean. Don, the dispatcher/owner became angry when I told him that I expect my carpet and tile to be clean. He said and if not, WHAT???? He was so unprofessional with that statement, and had the nerve to send a thank you card with an incorrect name to my address. Will not use this company again!! read more

Thank you for providing great service. I will gladly use Dial Carpet Cleaning again and highly recommend this business to others.

I recently posted a negative review about this business. The owner contacted me personally and arranged to have my issues fixed at no charge. They did a great job and I took the previous review down and would recomend this company. Thanks to Don Dial for reaching out to me. read more

When we moved to Vegas 5 years ago, we hired this awesome company to clean the carpet, stretch it and remove odor. Fast forward...the carpet from 5 years ago was replaced. Mostly with tile. We had carpet installed upstairs. I swear I almost high centered the vacuum shortly after the install. So many ripples! We called the Dial's and Jose came out, stretched and cleaned the "new" carpet. I couldn't be more happy!! Jose is the BEST!! Honestly, if you need carpets stretched, this is The Guy and Company to call!! Awesome!!! Thank you so much!! read more

I've used this company on a couple occasions Blake has been fantastic! I contacted Dial Carpeting to clean and deodorize the carpets in four rooms. I selected them because they had one of the lowest prices and factored in the deodorizing as part of the quote. The technician, Paul Trujillo, cleaned the carpet on my stairs without charging which was a really nice and unexpected bonus. The job was done very well, quickly and relatively inexpensively ($159 for four rooms including deodorizing for pet urine). I would definitely reach out to Dial Carpet again for this service. read more

0 stars!!! I had the worst experience with this company by a man named Rony. Very rude and unprofessional. He also hung up the phone on me! He promised to lighten certain stains and well it looked the same after I told him that he persisted that he told me they wouldn't come off, basically calling me a liar. Then said I would have to pay 100$ ! I would not recommend. Rony you should really get some customer service and communication skills !! You don't treat or talk to customers that way! And also don't make promises you can't keep!! read more

I needed a 8'X10' area rug cleaned badly due to a sick senior dog of ours who was having frequent accidents on our rug. However, I needed a carpet cleaning company that did the cleaning at their location because it sits on my wood floors which is throughout and did not want wet or damp carpet on it. The carpet cleaning company I contacted only provided service in the home but they recommended Dial Carpet cleaning. I'm so grateful for that recommendation. I contacted Dial and spoke with Ronnie. He gave me a fair price and assured me they would be able to get rid of the urine smell and stains and would look brand new. He picked it up the next day and returned it within a few days. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it turned out. It looks brand new and no odors whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all my carpet needs. Thank you Ronnie for your great customer service. Linda F. read more
