Very impressed with the carpet cleaning service. Wally and Alex came over right on time. Wally was SO knowledgable. He took the time to give me so many helpful maintenance tips on how to keep our carpet not only clean (which has been a tad difficult with a 1-year old puppy and 10-year old) but also ways we can extend the life of the carpet. They were friendly, professional and did a thorough job while being efficient. Outstanding service! My friend Kelly first referred me to Raysco, Inc. in 2009. I had my 972 sq ft condo's carpets cleaned by Raysco in 2009 and the job was superb, so I decided to hire them again. Today I hired Raysco to steam clean the carpets and decided to have the tile and grout cleaned as well. Their staff is always courteous and they are very easy to work with. It's easy to schedule your appointment either online or via phone. Plus, they are a Christian and minority-owned company which I gladly support. The technicians were originally to arrive at noon and they had a 9am cancellation, so the office manager called and asked if they could arrive earlier. The office manager gave me an estimate prior to the appointment for just the carpet, which was very reasonable. I also was given a 20% discount on top of that which was even better. During the beginning of the appointment, the technicians looked at the tile and grout and gave a separate estimate which included sealant. The technicians, Pedro and Eliu, were very thorough and explained the tile/grout services, and gave me helpful information to allow me to decide. Since the grout was discolored I went ahead and had the tile and grout cleaned. They moved furniture to clean the entire surface area of carpeting, and moved back into place, and set the furniture on styrofoam risers to allow the carpet to dry. They were also very cautious not to step on my cat (which I greatly appreciate), since he was being a nosybody and getting in the way as curious cats do. When they were finished, the technicians had me inspect the rooms, particularly the tiled rooms since this was the first time I've had the tile professionally cleaned, to make sure it was to my satisfaction. The tile, grout, and carpeting looks great, and dried relatively quickly. This is a very respectable company that you can trust. Their prices are reasonable and the service is impeccable. I just realized that after using Raysco 3 times, I've never left them a review. I'm surprised because I really like this company, so I am here to fix that. The first time we used them was 2 years ago when moving into our rental. Our family has pet allergies and we can't live in a house that has had pets in it. Unfortunately, a lot of the time with rentals, you can't be sure if a pet has been there. We called raysco because of the recommendation from our realtor and they came out and cleaned all air ducts, deep cleaned the carpets, and also did the tile. Our house not only looked better than the first time we saw it, but we also didn't have any allergies to the house! We've been living in that same house over 2 years now and have used them twice since then for carpet cleaning. The guys doing it have always been wonderful and done a thorough job. They might cost a few more dollars than renting a machine from a store but seriously after you drive to the store, rent the machine, buy all the cleaner, and do the hard work yourself, you aren't saving much, if anything. Plus, these guys do a better job and all you have to do is call and make an appointment. What's that? You saw a sign on a street corner for $20 carpet cleaning? Well, I'll save you the time and money and tell you that it won't really be $20 and they will try their hardest to rip you off after coming to your home with a sketchy, unmarked van. Two of the nicest, sweetest boys came to our house to clean tiles and to seal the grout. They were so cooperative and easy to get along with. They tried very hard to please us, but a few days later I noticed stains on the tiles, I think from sealer, and after another two weeks, stains on our grout which told me all of the grout hadn't been properly sealed. A few days after that, some of the grout became dirty and wouldn't get cleaned. Even though the boys tried as hard as they could, the company should have sent more experienced people to do a big job like ours. So disappointed. read more

They were contracted by a contractor (ATI) assigned by my insurance. Due to a flood, they were hired to replace padding, stretch and reattach carpet and clean. They did a terrible job. The carpet was not stretched or attached- it looked and smelled worse after the cleaning. They had to come back and do it again. Carpet still smells and is still unattached in places. I will not allow them back in my home. The contractor is having to re-do Raysco's work. They were also very careless and did not follow my requests regarding furniture moving, etc.. Cracked tile in the hallway and did not say anything. I am shocked by the number of good reviews. I guess if you don't hire them directly and if it is through insurance - they just don't care. Did the work OK but I did the spot cleaning just to make sure there were no hick-ups. Left it very wet took 24 hours to dry so the vacuum I was told was very strong was not. It was the worst experience we have ever had. They were 2 hours late. Then the truck ran out of gas to perform the job so driver went for gas and got lost when a gas station was 5 minutes from our home. They made a stain worse. The job took 3.5 hours with 2 workers, way to long for a 2k square foot home. The worse part was Carlos asked our kids(not the adults) if he could use out bathroom. He left a huge mess doing his dirty business in our bathroom. We will Never use this company again. They also quoted us 3 different prices, they are a mess.
