Fantastic job!!! I can't stop staring at my floors! I can't believe how great they look! Don came to my house and explained everything that needed to be done to my natural stone tile to make them look like they were intended to look. My grout also looked awful. The stripped and cleaned everything then added a color grout. Wow!!! Looks brand new! Oh, and the price was very reasonable. Very happy. I also inquired about cleaning my area rug and he was able to do that right away! Looks soooo clean! Thank you Don Sr, Don Jr and Omar!! You guys are the best! I couldn't be happier! read more

Polite professional and completed all tasks with precision excellent people to work with

I have nothing but good things to say about Don and his guys. I called him after being bored one day, eating lunch at the table, flipping through the mailer coupons. I always set a few aside that interest me thinking maybe one day I'll call them and get my life together. Well 2022 is that year. I decided to DEEP clean the house. I got online and requested a quote and he called me and came out the next day. We chatted while he measured our area. Gave me the estimate, I discussed with my hubs, I texted him back and said let's get this done! About a week later (with my conflicting schedule) his guys were prompt to call and say they were on their way. Got in, did their thing with a few hiccups (a hose blew a leak so they had to wait in a new one) and now our tile and grout look amazing! read more

Do you need your tile floors cleaned? If so, you won't be disappointed if you choose Grout Plus. Don , the owner, came out last week and gave me a very fair estimate. We were able to set up service this week and CARLOS came out to do the job- he was excellent and very thorough. My floors have never looked better ! I am happy to recommend Grout Plus to my family and friends . And ask for CARLOS to do the actual job- he's been with them 4 years and he's great! read more

I had several things done, some great, some lacking. I had carpets cleaned including cat urine and Brandy did a fantastic job at that, especially deep cleaning the soiled areas. The tile cleaning was another matter. Carlos missed the edges of the ceramic (see photos). I also had some polished travertine cleaned but it looks like only the high traffic parts were cleaned. The center of the floor is now matte with polished nearer the wall. Also had a travertine shower cleaned and it was only cleaned halfway up while the estimate was for the entire height. I would recommend for carpet only. read more

Yesterday we had Grout Plus LV come out and clean the tile floors in our 3 bathrooms, wet bar and laundry room. They did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!! From start to finish from Owner Don coming out to give an estimate and arranging a day for the work, smooth and painless process. Ask for Don, a tech not the owner and Carlos as the tech's to do the actual work, you will be happy you did. Our tiles were over 6 years old and the finish was a little dull and looked old. After Carlos used the floor buffer and cleaner to clean all the tile and Don on his hands and knees patiently recolored and sealed our grout, all our rooms look better than the day they were installed. It looks like new and we are so happy!!!! No upselling or b.s. involved. Work done as promised and better than promised on time and on price. I would recommend to everyone who's tiles are a little dated, faded or old to call them at 702 780 6404 and get an estimate. read more

Carlos did a fantastic job making sure my house was as clean as it could get! Very stoked he went above and beyond. House is so much brighter. I'm stoked we finally know it's completely sanitized from the last people who lived in it. Would 100% use them for my future homes. read more

Wow! What a disappointment! My shower looked really nice after Grout Plus finished replacing the grout. We let it sit for almost two weeks to completely dry. When I took a shower for the first time (this morning) the water wasn't draining. Unfortunately, they allowed the wet grout to go down the drain where it hardened and clogged the drain! And, they let the old grout go down the drain causing further clogging! What a pain! read more

beware of who you let in your house!!! grout plus came to my house to clean the grout and porcelain tile floors throughout. once the grout / floors were clean, the grout joints still didn't look much better. so i had them colored seal the grout joints. which did look better, but they never removed all the color sealer from the edges of the tiles. they were also hired to re-grout and or repair the grout at the master shower area. there were supposed to remove all grout that was cracking, falling out, etc and remove any grout from the inside and outside corners, then fill those in with caulk. they didn't do that. they left the grout in place and ran the caulk over the existing grout. the worst part of all this was when donald jr and one other of his employees (omar) came back to color seal all the joints. they went through my jewelry drawer. my gold / diamond watch was missing! back in 2006 my wife gave this to me for my 60th birthday, the watch was appraised at $5300.00 then. today it's probably worth $15000.00 because of the increase value of gold. this watch also had great sentimental value and that exact model is no longer available so can''t even be replaced! besides that, i paid don $2300.00 for the work they did here. i spoke to don (the owner) numerous times about this, i asked him if he has insurance. he said he has insurance but he will not file a claim because his deductible is $1500.00 and his insurance will go up. i told don that one of these employees took the watch, they were the only ones in the house during the time they were working here. there wasn't any other workers or cleaning people here. i did filed a police report, detective said he will do everything possible to try to get it back. naturally if i could give it less then a zero i would!!! read more

Good follow up service. Completed in timely fashion. Do offer addition service for some item you may need.

We got two bids to clean our tile floors. The owner of Grout Plus gave us an estimate that was less than HALF of what the other major firm offered, so choosing between them was a no-brainer. We had to postpone the treatment because of the coronavirus, and the owner was happy to accommodate us. He called a few days before to confirm. The two workers (one of them his son) arrived on time with gloves and masks and began to set up. They finished in four hours and did an amazing, nonstop job for the agreed price. The owner himself showed up to inspect the work and offered suggestions to both us and the workers. Our tile and grout has never ever looked so spotless, virtually brand new. I'm very impressed with GP & will definitely use them again. We hadn't professionally cleaned our tile & grout in over 8 years so my kitchen, garage entry & front entry were looking pretty sad. I spoke to Don to book my appointment, costs and discussed my wants/needs for my downstairs tile & grout cleaning. Carlos arrived right on time, went over the information with me and got to work quickly. He worked solidly for several hours and when he was done I was astonished at my results. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely call them back. read more

Got estimate from Don Logan ((Las Vegas). He wrote on it ,and told us he'd be here today 7/1/20. So, in preparation we displaced all our furniture. My husband finally called him after being over 1 1/2 hrs late. He said it was NEXT Wednesday even though the invoice said 7/1. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DON LOGAN IS A DISGRACE. And, when I called him to let him know how upset I was, he did say "I'm sorry" But not in any way shape or form of being apologetic. read more

This is the fourth time I have used Grout Plus for tile, grout, and carpet cleaning. Carlos was very professional, friendly, and my floors look great! Excellent customer service, I will continue to use them in the future. read more

We are extremely pleased with the work recently performed by Grout Plus! We had approximately 1600 sq. ft. of grout/tile cleaned and two carpeted rooms cleaned. We were extremely pleased with the effort expended by the two workers who performed the work. We have two Great Danes so the tile needed extra care and attention. This was the first time we contracted with Grout Plus; it will NOT be our last! Thank you for your prompt, efficient service!! read more

Absolutely the worst cleaning job I have ever seen on my Travertine flooring. Totally outdated cleaning equipment we used in our business 30 years ago...In fact they only came with a huge cleaning machine that rotated the solution which was dumped on the floor from a water bucket!!! I called the Owner, his response was a laugh??? And," I don't know why it was done this way.".REALLY! I paid for a Bullet prove sealer. The tech used only a few drops from the container as to save the solution. I purchased a gallon from Dupont and offered it to be used but it was declined. It was so obvious, they were more concerned pleasing the owner with a fast finishing job, than to do the job I paid $1330.00 for. And now the light colored cleaning pad I use on my steam mop is still dark after mopping the floor, just like it was before I hired this company. BEWARE! There is no way this is a 5 star company. read more

We were blessed to have found Grout Plus Tile! Don was amicable and unpretentious when he came over to our house for the initial consultation. I promptly scheduled an appointment for grout cleaning, since I liked the price quote. The technicians did an outstanding job on deep cleaning, coloring, and sealing of our grout (we have tile flooring). Special thanks to Dale, the technician for his diligence and professionalism. read more

Thank you Brandy and Omar!! The travertine floors look amazing. The two did a great job and took a lot of pride in their work. Only bad thing is we now know how good the tile and flooring can look, and now have to get the wood floors done to match the shine!! Thanks again! read more

My kitchen, bathroom and hallway tile floors look great after cleaned by "Grout Plus'' on Wednesday, January 13. First I like to thank the owner, Don Logan, who came to my place to survey and price quote that was fair and reasonable. I moved to Las Vegas two years ago and I've learned that it is rare to find honest vendors, contractors, handy workers, etc., that I can trust without worry about overcharged or scammed and I believe Grout Plus is one of those rare companies that I will trust. Don sent two men for the job, Carlos and Omar, who did the fantastic job cleaning and sealing the floors. I whole heartily recommend the Grout Plus to anyone planning to renew their tile floors at reasonable cost instead of retiling. read more

I got a couple of quotes before having our tile/grout cleaned. The were much better and had a better feeling about the company. The technicians (workers) were excellent. Brandy was so happy and explained everything and was very concerned about our being satisfied. When it was finished, first time we'd had it done in several years, it looked so much better. We noticed an area in the kitchen was still not great, but I truly believe it is because of the length of time we waited toc clean it in the first place. I called to have them come out to try that area again, as Brandy said they would, and she worked so hard on getting it right. It looked much better again. Very happy with the price, quality and especially customer service. I will have back and not wait so long between cleanings. Thank you. read more

We moved into our new house a year ago, unfortunately we were to busy to get the floor tiles sealed before we moved in. A year latter the beige colored grout lines were becoming discolored, especially in the high traffic areas. We have pets and our daughter spilled black coffee on the kitchen tile floor. No worries, CARLOS at Grout Plus to the rescue, he was prompt, polite and professional!! The price was just what they quoted and my tile floors are a good as the day we purchased the home and they also sealed the grout. We will be having Grout Plus come back out next year!! Thank you Carlos and Grout Plus!!! read more

Called and was immediately set up with an estimate with Don. Don arrived on time, was extremely professional and did a great job. Estimate was great and we pulled the plug. On the day scheduled we had Carlos and Steve show up on time (really good) and did an absolutely killer job with our floors. Floors look like day and night and the TV tile floor was so clean it looked like it belonged in a museum!!! Will recommend to others and will use again without a doubt. Great job!!! read more

They did a very good efficient job on my travertine. They were quick to come and quote and just as quick to do the job. They were very competitively priced as well. The only negative was that the grout didn't come as Clean as I had hoped in some areas. May be due to my floor and not their cleaning. I am not 100% sure read more

I had another company come in to clean and seal travertine floors, and undue damage to travertine in the shower by a highly rated cleaning team (no more maid services for me!). The floor guy I hired was a total night-(day)mare. Kicked them out of the house -- gave them partial payment to go away...forever. Then I found Grout Plus to finish the job!!!! My goto floor specialist. Owner (Don) is a true professional, knowledgable and reasonable compared to other companies that gave me estimates. No sales gimmick approach, just down to earth, "I'm here to do the job", with fourteen years of experience, and a great review on the Home Advisors site. The team was running a couple minutes late and gave me a courtesy call. at 9:59 am. They arrived at 10:03 am. The lead, Brandy, walked through the contract of what was to be cleaned, went over the price to ensure it was what I had agreed to, and got to work. They made certain I was satisfied with the work as it progressed, immediately corrected any issues, and were out on time. I couldn't be me more pleased with Brandy and Omar. It is so wonderful to find a professional service business these days. My forever floor specialists. Vicky read more

Built a new home and when I went to pick out the flooring options, the designer didn't recommend using a similar colored grout with my wood look tiles. Instead he suggested white! What a huge mistake that was. So I called Don at Grout Plus and he came over gave me an estimate to color and seal my grout and was ecstatic with the price considering I had already dumped a ton of money into my new house upgrades. The results were amazing! read more

Great company. Priced reasonably. Had our tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Very professional and courteous employees. Drop cloths to cover rugs, corner protectors to protect your walls, even a fan to dry up everything quickly....and they wear paper booties when done! Quick, efficient. Could not have been happier with the estimate from Don the owner and exceptional job done cleaning our tile and grout by Jesse. It is so obvious he enjoys his job and has a thorough knowledge and understanding of his trade. Very very pleased with the look of the tile and grout after the cleaning. Jesse also explained to us what to use on our floors and how to keep them looking good. Highly recommend this company and especially Jesse! Thanks again. read more

Spoke with Don (super nice guy) to go over pricing estimate for sealing grout in my boyfriend's new home. Today, the actual work was done. It was just under 1,600 sq. ft. Carlos showed up on time and did the entire job in less than 3 hours. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. The cost was very reasonable. Nice to find a good honest business in this town. I am keeping their business card because I will definitely use them in the future!! read more

Checked out a lot of reviews & pricing before giving Don, the owner at Grout Plus LV a call. He came out the next day & gave me a great quote (no hidden fees) for around 610sq ft of all our Porceline tile/grout downstairs. Steve came out the following day and did a fantastic job cleaning all the tile/grouting. He was extremely professional, friendly, wore a mask & ensured safe practice. Steve was very detailed & even moved around some heavy furniture to ensure every bit of the tile was cleaned. Was surprised to see how dirty the tile/grout had been as he went room to room. When he was finished, it looked like new. Couldn't ask for more, they were entirely honest/transparent, on time + completed the job in under 3 days from the time I 1st called. Very impressed & will definitely call Steve & Don again to keep our floors looking great. Thanks so much again Steve, I really appreciate all your hard work to get the floors looking wonderful!! read more

Great Service! They cleaned the tile and painted the grout all in one day. My floors look new again.

Was recommended this company by a friend and was highly skeptical secondary to having grout and tile that was 15 years old and not well kept , However this company is truly amazing and provide an exceptional service at a fair price , Jesse and Alex did the work at my house and did an amazing job , worked for several hours and where thorough with the work , the grout and tile looks brand new and Jesse gave me advice on other tile and stone surfaces in my house , if you need tile or grout cleaned definitely give them a call ! I'll be doing lots of future business with this company in the future read more

These guys are top notch. Jesse who gave me the estimate and then later did the work was an absolute perfectionist like myself and I not once had to ask for something to be done or done properly. The tiles were cleaned throughly and then touched up with a toothbrush. The results far exceeded my expectations. Besides the excellent estimate that I received there were number of additional things that Jesse ended up doing for me that made me really appreciate the company. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their granites sealed, or grout, tile, or carpets cleaned. read more
