The second time they scheduled with us, one woman showed up and said she was training. It was a hot day outside so we offered her to sit inside in the AC and wait for the rest of the team to show up. The other team never showed up. I felt bad for the person in training because she drove across town for nothing. I don't know who is responsible for scheduling, but they are terrible at their job. They are completely unreliable.
