First, the communication was really great from the start. They alerted me the team was running a little behind schedule and would be about an hour late arriving. I didn't mind and appreciated the heads up. Once the cleaning team arrived, I showed them around and they got to work right away. I really appreciated that they removed their shoes and wore socks (I didn't even ask) being respectful of my floors. I work from home, so i was in my office w the door closed for much of the time. However, when I did step out and walk around, I noticed how meticulously they were cleaning -- dusting and wiping down blinds, cleaning toilets, glass and even wiping down the doors to each room. To my surprise, they actually swept the leaves from my welcome mat and porch. I was impressed. Before they left, they asked me to walk around and make sure I was pleased with everything. I really appreciated that -- and I was very pleased with their work! I wish I would've hired LV Cleaning for my move-in cleaning, as I think it would've been a much better experience. Nonetheless, I'm so happy I found them now, and I look forward to their coming back every few weeks!!

I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho.
