I had a great experience with Evidence Base Cleaning and…read morewould definitely use them again! Their communication was great from start to finish, their pricing was very reasonable, and overall they did a really good job with our move-out cleaning. My only small complaint was that I expected the walls and doors to be wiped down as part of a full move-out cleaning, and they weren't. That could absolutely be on me, though, because I didn't ask beforehand or double-check what was included in the service. Other than that, I was very happy with everything. Great communication, great price, and great service overall. 5/5 and I would definitely hire them again!

They were very communicative throughout the process and sent us a reminder the day before the scheduled cleaning. That was especially helpful because I had accidentally booked the wrong date. Since there was enough notice, they were able to reschedule us at no additional charge. The actual cleaning was superb. While we were at work, their team thoroughly cleaned our home. The floors were vacuumed, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was cleaned, the oven was spotless, and the blinds were completely dust-free. It was so refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house. The next time we need a cleaning service, we already know who we are calling!

In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.

I followed up with another call and finally reached someone who scheduled a time to provide an estimate. They arrived late and then left without giving me a price. After reaching out again, I eventually received a quote that was shockingly high--more than double the other estimates I had received. Despite that, I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt based on their reviews. I asked if that price was just for the initial deep clean or for all future cleanings. I was told it was only for the first visit. When I inquired about the cost of regular cleanings going forward, they said they would find out and get back to me--then I never heard from them again. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to give them a fair chance. I'm sharing my experience so others know what to expect. Fortunately, I found another company with much more reasonable pricing and a stronger sense of professionalism to clean my home.

What a great experience!!…read more Pricing is based on the square footage of the location and the requested tasks. I asked for Bathrooms specifically. I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. I also wanted to point out specific areas that needed attention to ensure the cleaning met my expectations. However, I was denied service because I was told that my presence would make the maid uncomfortable. I understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable working environment for your employees, but I also believe that customers should be able to oversee the cleaning of their own property, especially when valuable belongings are involved. I found this response disappointing, as I was simply trying to communicate my expectations and ensure the job was done properly. A professional cleaning service should be confident in the quality of its work and willing to accommodate reasonable customer requests whenever possible.
