It has been an absolute nightmare trying to find a cleaning service that's both reliable and…read morereasonably priced. After striking out with two other companies, I can confidently say my search is over. I've found my permanent cleaning service. The first month, CleanFreaks sent a housekeeper named Maria. She arrived right on time, was incredibly kind, and did a fantastic job. My home was noticeably cleaner than it had ever been with the previous companies I'd tried. She was thorough, efficient, and somehow knew exactly what needed to be done without me having to give a long list of instructions. I was genuinely impressed. The second month, I requested Maria again, assuming it would be the same Maria. There was a mix-up, and they accidentally sent a different Maria instead. I was initially a little disappointed because I thought the first Maria had been perfect. Somehow, this Maria managed to raise the bar even higher. The attention to detail absolutely blew me away. I have a gold tray next to my stove that holds all of my cooking oils, sauces, and everyday condiments. Instead of simply wiping around it, she removed every single bottle, cleaned each one individually, cleaned the tray itself, and put everything back perfectly. She did the same thing with my bar cart, wiping down every bottle of wine and liquor before putting them back. Those are the little things that separate a good cleaning from an exceptional one. On top of that, the owner has been incredibly kind, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Finding a company that delivers this level of service at a fair price feels almost impossible these days. After two months, I can honestly say I'm beyond impressed. If you're looking for a cleaning service, stop searching and call CleanFreaks. They've absolutely earned a lifelong customer.

Looks like nobody went there. The house is empty, nobody living in, no doors or windows open. The floor they didn't even swept it, of course no mope. The windows were a big stain of hands and fingers. I moved the dryer, the washer and the oven and it was ugly. The oven and the stove were full of grease. I won't recommend this company even to my enemies. After ther deluxe cleaning (they sell it as a deep cleaning) my wife and I had to spend 3 1/2 hours cleaning again. I felt robbed. Hi TJ, You posted this review because I wouldn't give you all of your money back. You tried taking advantage of our 200% guarantee, threatened me several times to report our business on some made up charges, tried extorting me through text messages to give you your money back and when I didn't give in you posted a bad review. I have contacted an attorney about this and he advised me to try and work this out with you first before he gets involved. What would it take for you to remove this review?
