Jen and her cleaning service was referred to us by a friend who used her biweekly. A little back…read morestory into her utilization (and it being a god sent), I transitioned into the Las Vegas market from the Bay Area in California and decided to move into my close friends house which had an amazing suite by the entry of the house (she's been living there for 10+ years). After a year, my friend decided to move to the bay, and I to another area of metropolitan city.
Now im a clean freak, however, the house itself had undergone numerous bodies living in it, and ex boyfriends, and friends (so on so forth) and was clean--but not to the standards that I was accustomed to. On the day of our move, (happening during Covid) we were slow to move out in 114 degree weather down flights of stairs, and Jen, in order to ensure the safety of herself and her crew (a week prior) had stated that we would have to be completely out for her and her team to work on the house. Well, we weren't, we were late for our time slot, and had very little in terms of rooms or surface area for her to clean. She very generously accommodated us, and rearranged her appointments and came back a couple of hours later.
By then, my side of the house had been ready to go, and Jen could start cleaning. There wasn't much for her to clean, as she was in and out in 45 minutes between a fairly large bathroom, and large bedroom with a big walk in closet. She joked and said there wasn't much to clean, (as I've said, im a total neat freak). However, what she did do in those 45 minutes pleased even me, making my rooms sparkle, zero streaks of cleaning solution, reflective countertops, pleasant cleaning odors, and perfectly symmetrical carpet patterns (which matter to people like me with OCD) covering every corner in sight.
The god sent part--finally--congrats for hanging in this long its totally worth it--she's totally worth this read! My friend, while hygienic, and myopically clean, was much more of a challenge for our dear friends at Jen's Cleaning Service. Between the kitchen, living room, her master suite including very large walk ins and bathroom--it took Jen nearly 4 hours. (You seeing my point Yelp?) This lady worked voodoo magic on this place, it went from (um...) to (okay!!! I see you!) through hard work, sweat, and (maybe im not sure, it could be hearsay) tears! Im talking about her and her team on all fours scrubbing for their life. The transformation was an immaculate conception of work ethic and experience, manipulating cleaning solutions, cleaning material textures, and varying degrees of elbow grease to help my friend get her deposit back.
It is for these reasons that Jen's Cleaning Service earned this (to be totally honest Karen-esque expectations) yelper's total 5 star review. Now let me be clear, this is a woman ran operation, deserving of your business irrespective of potential language barriers you may OR may NOT encounter. Shoot her an email, text, what have you--and just hire her for a trial--you'll see she's worth it. Plain and simple. Thanks Again Jen, lo agradezco!
