(SEE UPDATE BELOW)The service has two men who do the floor and carpet. They did a great job, so 5 stars for them. The maids, who do the home cleaning, did a minimal cleaning and took two cleaning products of mine. I asked owner for the bottles back, as I purchased the large refill 5 gallon tubs for both. Six weeks later, I still have not gotten the bottles back even though I repeatedly asked the owner Paul and he agreed to return them. UPDATE: I found the items today at my gate, and was so happy I photographed them. Paul corrected the glitch from one of his staffers, and went the extra mile to do so. Looks like they intend to go the distance and stay in business for many years to come, by exceeding customer expectations. read more

Nice and Clean - Nice and Clean goes the extra mile. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Paul came out to clean my carpet this morning and did an awesome job. The carpet wasn't in good shape due to a dog with some training problems, now it looks great. He initially quoted by email, then adjusted when he saw that the room was smaller than expected, which speaks to his integrity. Will definitely use his services again and recommend to others! read more

It's always nice when you can work directly with the owner of a business. Paul answered the phone when I called to schedule, and then he and his assistant Mitch came out to do the work. It's so much better than having some minimum wage employee who doesn't care if you ever call again come into your home. Paul and Mitch took a few minutes to confirm what I needed done, gave me a price and then went right to work. They were done in less than an hour and my carpet looks and smells soooo much better. (I had waited way too long since the last cleaning.) I will definitely use Nice & Clean again. read more

Very pleased with the work Paul did for us today - carpets look like new! Very pleasant to work with, too. Clean, neat and professional. Thanks, Paul. Will use your services again and happy to refer friends. read more

My wife wanted to reseal our tile, but I was skeptical. She got in contact with Paul and his price was so reasonable we agreed to have him do the job. Good thing we did! He did the job much faster and far better than I imagined possible. He thoroughly cleaned our floors before applying the sealant. Now our tile sparkles and water beads up on it in tight circles, waiting to be wiped up. Paul is a nice guy who does a great job. I wish everyone was as courteous, professional, and a joy to work with as he is. read more

Had a great experience with Paul today. We needed our couch cleaned before Saturday and he was so accommodating to our needs. Came over and gave us a great quote, we excepted and he started cleaning immediately. Couch and area rug looks amazing. Thank you for the fast and efficient service. Much appreciated! read more

I contacted Paul after several recommendations on a Facebook group. He did a fantastic job getting a distinct odor out of the carpet and this carpet was cleaner than I had ever seen it! I will MOST DEFINITELY use this company again! read more

Local business in the Thousand Oaks area. Paul (Owner/Operator) gave quick and free quote, after which I made an appointment. He was on time, very professional, with modern equipment. He knows what he is doing on the job. He was fast, efficient and HONEST! Not like the places I have used in the past which I discovered in the mailed advertisements with Bate N' Switch sales or gimmicks from those San Fernando Valley outfits. Some of you may already know the unpleasant and maddening stories of those SF operators and pricing games they play once they arrive at your home. Nice and Clean does an honest job at an honest price. NO SURPRISES! Since he is local the money stays in the area. A win-win for everyone. I am done doing business with those SFV thieves! Our experience was very pleasant and we expect to continue using this service from now on. You will not be disappointed. read more

Paul is a phenomenal cleaner! I was referred to nice and clean through by design flooring after getting wool carpet installed upstairs. Wool carpet has to be treated differently than regular carpet, so the wrong product can mean disaster. Literally the first night in our new home, our sweet fog puked all over the new carpet. Nice and Clean to the rescue! Paul came at six pm on a Friday to help us....wow! His prices are fair, and his work is impeccable. Since then, paul has come back for spot cleaning and did a great job leaning our hastins bed... He even called the hastins store, researched the beds, spoke to the store in Beverly hills cleaner, and came to the job with the perfect products and knowledge. We are impressed and feel like you can't get a better carpet cleaning service! read more

Paul was amazing! My dog had a big accident on our carpet and I heard how great Paul was, so I gave him a call. He made himself available to come help us out as soon as he could. He did a great job! We couldn't have been happier, so good that while he was here I had him clean the rest of my floors and rugs for me. Very professional, kind, and accommodating. read more

Paul was a great guy and hard worker! They came early in the morning and went ahead and washed the carpets in a very short period of time but with great quality! They also helped us out by cleaning our balcony and the front entrance too! Everything came out perfectly and they were great to work with. I would definitely have them again, and recommend them to friends and family! read more

We were renting a house with white carpets & two children under 3 years old. When our lease was up, I was convinced we would have to pay to replace the carpet because it was so stained and filthy. We contacted Paul and he got us on their schedule within 2 days. The guys were kind, super efficient & reasonably priced. The best part is I was shocked at how clean the carpets were afterwards! We definitely won't get dinged on our security deposit. Will definitely use these guys again. read more

I was hoping for a great experience given the reviews I read on YELP. Understandably, Paul had to reschedule our original estimate appointment because his wife was having a baby. No problem. I understand. I gladly rescheduled. To my surprise, he did not show up to do the estimate, two other people did. I was surprised, but the estimate seemed reasonable so I scheduled the job. I contacted Paul to schedule. He was unavailable the day that I initially requested saying he would be at his in-laws that day, but said he was available the following day so we scheduled for that day. I originally had asked that Paul come at 8:00. I was told that they would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30. I asked how long the service would take and I was told 3 to 4 hours. On the day of service, I texted Paul and asked for a text when he was within 10 minutes of my house. The response I got was that they would be there closer to 9:00 as they "had to go to the store and get gas". I text back indicating that I had a 2:00 doctor's appointment that day. To my surprise, around 9:00 someone other than Paul showed up. I found out later that this was one of the two people who had done the estimate (now minus a beard, hence me not recognizing him), but it would have been nice to have been informed about who was showing up especially since my understanding (per the Yelp reviews) was that Paul was going to do the cleaning and given Paul's good Yelp reviews, I was excited to have him do the cleaning. The job was not complete until around 3:30 that afternoon. At one point, when I asked about how much longer things were going to take (I had a doctor's appointment scheduled at 2:00) the person doing the job, Mitch, indicated they were waiting for sealant to arrive as Paul had dropped off supplies but had forgotten to drop off the sealant. The day became more and more stressful as it went on as I had to reschedule a doctor's appointment and juggle a couple of other things I had planned for that day in anticipation of out of town guests arriving. In addition, I found a few grout spots that were not filled in. While the tile and carpet were cleaned, I guess I had hoped for a much more professional experience and a thorough grout repair. read more

We had the same great experience as everyone else. Paul, the owner, is a hardworking professional. I called several carpet cleaners a couple weeks before Christmas and either they were too busy, too expensive or just didn't return my call. Paul was so accommodating on the phone I was kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop. But, he came exactly on time, exact bid he quoted and did above and beyond what we had asked. We had dog odors and not only are they gone but we couldn't be how much regular dirt he removed from the carpet! Nice to see such a conscientious, hardworking guy! read more

We had a rain leak that we didn't notice for a long time which resulted in a really bad stain on a linen sofa, including mold. I called around to numerous upholstery cleaners and none would touch it, but finally got a referral from a restoration service for Nice and Clean. I didn't have super high expectations, but after talking to Paul (the owner) on the phone decided to give them a try. Mitch and Mitch showed up at the scheduled time, were totally professional, and did a magnificent job on the sofa, making it look almost new. While they were here I had them clean another sofa, numerous fabric chairs, several custom rugs and our bed linen headboard. I was blown away at what a terrific job they did. When my wife got home and saw the results, she was ecstatic! Happy wife happy life! I will definitely use Nice and Clean the next time I need carpet or furniture cleaning read more
