Just had my tile floors cleaned by Steam Maxx Inc. Seth (owner) and Jason did an amazing job! My dingy tile floors with black grout lines have now been restored. They look and feel so clean! I loved that they even took the time to dry the tile so I didn't have to wait for it to dry and was able to return my furniture back and walk on the floors right away. In a time when many businesses try and gouge their customers, Steam Maxx offers very fair pricing. I highly recommend calling Steam Maxx if you are looking for a tile cleaner. I will definitely be using them again! read more

Seth, the owner, and his helper did an amazing job on my carpet! They were on time and very professional. They were very friendly with my little dog, but I did have to lock up my little dog to make it more convenient for everyone. They were extremely thorough and meticulous and they used a special brightener to make my white carpet as white as possible. And I'm extremely happy with their service and I will definitely be using them and only them in the future! read more

Steam Maxx - No before only after!!! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Amazing job by Seth & his team. Recently our house flooded from a burst bathroom sink supply line. Which if you haven't replaced your line in the last 5 years do it. It will save you 2 months of dealing with insurance. Back to Seth, the flood got into walls, carpet, baseboards, furniture+ everywhere you can imagine. With water damage comes repair. Drywall cut out, baseboards removed, carpet torn out. That leaves a giant mess. Everything covered in drywall particles, water that had leaked out of dirty carpet, tracks from the repair guys, dust blowing in..UGH. Steam Maxx came over today & just an amazing job of cleaning the tile & carpet. Attention to detail awesome.I would definitely recommend Seth & Steam Maxx!! read more

Searching and calling so many businesses about getting our kitchen tile and our sectional cleaned and getting rough estimates was rough. My husband was cleaning a clients FishTank and the guys from Steam Maxx showed as well for a regular cleaning. We received all the information and called right then and there! The owner Seth got us a quote right away and made us an appointment asap! We had company coming for the weekend for our daughter's high school graduation so we wanted a deep clean. Seth called the morning of and asked about coming by a little earlier than our appointment time. That was Great with us! Very nice guys, very professional and didn't waste time! The started in the kitchen and I stayed upstairs until they got done. They moved some furniture around made sure they put it all back! They moved onto the couch and that was my biggest worry because the couch is so light! But they did a great job!! Thank you so much gentlemen, we'll be calling soon about the rest of the rooms read more

Seth and his partner did an amazing job. They did all of our upstairs (3 bedrooms and a loft), couch, loveseat, large area rug, ottoman, and a rocking chair for a great deal. Seth was kind and a cleaned two small rugs in our bathroom, and did both sides of our couch seats without charging extra. Efficient, friendly, professional. Cannot get better than this. We will definitely have them back. read more

So happy with the results! I have a large area shag rug and they made it look as close to new as it could considering how dirty and dingy it became and it being a shag rug which is harder to work with. They came early, were professional, and gave me a great deal compared to the companies I called before them! I highly recommend them for getting a good clean. Just book them you won't be disappointed. read more

Seth did an excellent job, the carpet looks amazing and the house smells so good! Would 100% recommend this company.

Fast, friendly, efficient, on-time, great value! These guys rock, and they were fun to talk to. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

If I could give these guys ten stars I would. They were fast. They were reliable and most of all the job they did exceeded my expectations. I have kids that are twelve and nine, a dog and a beige Sectional. Needless to say the couch usually loses When you add them all together. I was shopping for a couch and thought after looking at the prices, I'd get it recovered. That was just as expensive as buying a new one. After Contemplating, I thought I'll give it a shot and get it cleaned, that'll give me some time to really research what I want to do. I hit the jackpot when I contacted this company. I have a whole new couch! I can't tell you how excited I am did. The prices were beyond reasonable. Their service far exceeded my expectations and my couch looks brand new! They were also extremely helpful in explaining what I could do to help keep it clean. They even cleaned my throw rug and my bottom stairs and landing and floored me with how little they charaged to add those to my services. I cant wait to have them back after Christmas to do my grout and clean upstairs carpets. The pictures dont do justice to the miracle they preformed. They made me feel like family and not just a client with how friendly they were. I don't recommend companies because of past recommendations I've used that never lived up to the expectations but for this company Seth and his team deserve not only my praise but my recommendation so anyone who is looking to make a difference in the way your home and furniture looks...and smells. BTW he offered to steam clean my dog for free. Lol. I know he was kidding but they are just plain great at what they do. Great job Seth and Jason!! read more

I guess I'll be this company's first non-5 star review. They're getting 3 stars because in the end my floors were cleaned, but I'll never use them again. Before I decided to write this review I checked with a lot of friends who know more about home ownership than I do to ensure I wasn't off base with the criticism I'm about to give. I wasn't. They did my home a few weeks ago and while doing the master bedroom they popped a circuit breaker. Now when I bought my house a home inspector I hired had told me to never even plug a vacuum cleaner into a bedroom outlet, let alone the high amperage machines carpet cleaners use. Steam Maxx didn't get that memo. This was bad enough, but then they popped another circuit breaker by plugging their machines into another bedroom outlet. This room had my WiFi router so the WiFi now was down in my home. To make things worse the boss tried to be helpful by attempting to run into the one room I had repeatedly told them not to enter (it also had a sign on the door) to reset the breaker. Luckily, I stopped him, and my cat did not get out. I almost kicked these guys out of my house, I was getting so mad, but had them finish. In the end the job was OK, but there are a lot of other highly-rated carpet cleaning services in Vegas, all of which know not to plug their high-amperage machines into bedroom outlets. Other minor issues is that when I first called I got a "Hello" answer. You're a business and I called during your business hours. I shouldn't have to ask any business "Is this so and so?" While not necessarily a red flag, it is definitely a yellow one for me. read more

We are a shoes off house and I was pretty disturbed with the condition of our floor after having contractors in and out of our house. Not to mention that we have to keep our floors clean because we have a baby. I knew I HAD to get my tiles cleaned. I called another place I found on Yelp that had good ratings but was routed to voicemail and never received a call back. Luckily, I found Steam Maxx. They immediately answered the phone, came the next day, had no issues wearing masks due to the COVID environment, and cleaned my floors beautifully. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to clean their tile. read more

I've now used Steam Maxx twice. Both times setting up my appointment was super easy, they didn't ever try to crazy upsell you like so many other carpet cleaning companies will do, they were also exceptionally nice and professional. This time Seth and Jayson came to clean my carpets. They look great and I am really happy. I'll definitely be seeing them again next year (or sooner thanks to our new rescue dog ). Thanks guys for being so professional, timely and thorough. read more

After asking for recommendations on the NEXT DOOR App I checked out the reviews here on YELP. I made my decision to go with Seth and the Steam Maxx and couldn't be happier. I was driving through my neighborhood one morning and was in need of my carpets to be cleaned, as we were moving out. I stopped and asked Seth for his card. I followed up and I am beyond glad that I did. There are lots of services available to get the job done. But, Seth is extremely professional, while still maintaining a very friendly demeanor. My wife and I really enjoy supporting local, small business owners and this was no exception. Now to the cleaning. He did what he said he'd do, and then some. His technical knowledge is amazing, along with his honesty and transparency. The carpets looked absolutely amazing. He and his team did such a great job, I hired them to clean the carpets at our office. And we have a very particular owner when it comes to the presentation of our facility. We will continue to use Seth and Steam Maxx, along with getting the word out to anyone who is in need. I have now seen his work on the commercial and residential side. Kudos, Seth. Phenomenal job. 5 stars. read more
