The grout had never been sealed and after cleaning one of the rooms, he wasn't happy with the results and asked if he could return to re-clean it before sealing it. He used a different product the 2nd time and then sealed it. No extra charge for the additional visit and time. He also re-grouted and sealed around our shower making certain to match the tile grout. He insisted on sticking with his original quote. He also cleaned my oriental carpet and I was very happy with the results. Okay, so let me say this.... WOW!!!!! We have 4 kids under the age of 10 and we haven't shampooed are carpets in about 2 years... and as embarrassing as we let them get... Today Complete came out today at 8am to clean our carpets. 99 for 3 rooms which is an amazing price we had 2 bedrooms that needed cleaning as well as a 9x12 area rug in our living space. I watched the process of the cleaning which I have never seen before. 1st he did a treatment on the carpets with all the cleaning solutions. Then he had a machine that lock an rubbed in the cleaning solution before he even began the steaming process. He was here for at least 2.5 hours where most people are in and out in 45 min. Albert did such as good job, when he was done cleaning the grout, we figured that the previous owner never cleaned the grout, and instead just used black grout filler to repair/replace the damaged grout (because it was so dirty). He did a great job of cleaning the carpets too, and did a fabulous job of making sure he was careful with hoses and all the equipment (not damaging anything). He was very professional, and courteous during the entire process. I scheduled an area rug cleaning, and sofa sectional cleaning with Complete Carpet. Alberto contacted me the day before to confirm our appt. When the day came for my carpets, Alberto contacted me a few hours prior to arrival to inform me that he was having some equipment issues, so he might be late or we could reschedule. He told me to give him a day and time, and he would make it work, and apologized profusely. Equipment malfunctions, what can you do; it's the manner that it is handled that matters, and I greatly appreciated him contacting me, way in advance to let me know, and he absolutely made it right. On the rescheduled day, Alberto told me he was on his way, and showed up exactly on time, and got right to work. He explained the process to me, from how long he would be there, to how long it would be before our carpet and furniture would be dry and ready to use, to the cleaning process. Albert arrived in time to clean our recently purchased condo. It has a combination of tile in wet areas and carpet in all other living areas. Total 1250 sq. ft. He had the tile grout looking almost like new. The buildup in the kitchen grout made it looked dark gray. It is 14 years old so couldn't expect a miracle. This was our second time using him and he was going to shampoo all our carpets and do a complete tile cleaning for us. Unfortunately there was a problem with our grout sealer which caused problems with the job. Instead of just doing the job and charging us, he was honest and explained to me why we shouldn't do it.
