I highly recommend Albert with Complete Carpet and Tile Care! We've used him twice recently. He cleaned carpet and tile in a home we are moving out of and he did an excellent job! The carpet is old and he had it looking like new! Perfect so we could sell our home-he literally worked magic! I wish I took before photos of the carpet to show you how dirty it was! We also used him to do epoxy flooring in a RV garage-we love it! He did an excellent job and my husband is thrilled with the work he did! I would not hesitate to use this company! He does great work at a fair price-would highly recommend him!! read more

I highly recommend Complete Carpet and Tile Care. Albert cleaned and sealed the grout on our tile floor. The grout had never been sealed and after cleaning one of the rooms, he wasn't happy with the results and asked if he could return to re-clean it before sealing it. He used a different product the 2nd time and then sealed it. No extra charge for the additional visit and time. He also re-grouted and sealed around our shower making certain to match the tile grout. He insisted on sticking with his original quote. He also cleaned my oriental carpet and I was very happy with the results. Albert is very professional, shows up on time, and does an excellent job. read more

I really want to share what an amazingly fantastic job Albert did.. the pictures show the justice. 1st- He followed through on everything we discussed. 2nd- he finished a job early prior to our appointment and kindly called to see if we were ready early in which we were. 3rd- he showed up and he was super quick, didn't force an upsell was very personable & professional. 4th- my stairs came out super fluffy and brand new looking! 5th- with 2 toddlers in the house, his equipment was not crazy loud and didn't scare the kids. I HIGHLY recommend this company and we will absolutely use his services again! THANK YOU ALBERT!!!!! read more

Today Complete came out today at 8am to clean our carpets. 99 for 3 rooms which is an amazing price we had 2 bedrooms that needed cleaning as well as a 9x12 area rug in our living space. I watched the process of the cleaning which I have never seen before. 1st he did a treatment on the carpets with all the cleaning solutions. Then he had a machine that lock an rubbed in the cleaning solution before he even began the steaming process. He was here for at least 2.5 hours where most people are in and out in 45 min. This was the most tedious an professional clean we have ever received. He entered our home with a mask an footies on He explained each process with us an after he was finished he treated the carpets again and mopped the house WOW. I am truly amazed an will use an refer this company to all of my friends an family. Thank you Albert Brittany & Kenneth C. read more

So my wife hired this company to come out and give us a quote to clean our tile and carpet, and I'm glad she did. We moved into this house about 4 years ago and the tile hadn't had a good cleaning in who knows how long we've tried to keep up with keeping the grout clean but it's a hassle and eventually became a problem. But Albert T. From Complete Carpet &Tile came over and helped us out in a big way! We wanted to focus on mainly the grout and getting the carpet in one room done and Albert said no problem gave us a quote and even got it done with the limited time frame I gave him I give this company and Albet for his customer service 5 stars great job!!!!! The carpet looks great and my tile and grout looks like new! I'm very happy with how it came thanks guys! read more

Found this fabulous owner/operator Albert here on Yelp. Thank you to all the reviewers who helped us choose this true professional. Left Albert a voicemail and he called back within the hour. Next morning he was here for an estimate. Now that's courteous service. And his estimate was reasonable, affordable and honest. Three days later we have our tile floor and grout super clean. We had 1100sf to clean, and Albert and Vincent worked hard, thorough, and even helped us move a lot of furniture around. All with a smile and helpful attitude. They're instantly like family...well...good family ;-) We canceled our 2 other estimate appt.'s after meeting Albert. No need for any others. You're at ease when you first talk to him. Just call Albert, set an appt., and he'll definitely make you happy. This man is everything you want in the service industry, plus he even goes above and beyond. Hard working, affordable, and fast, yet thorough work should be this company's motto. We're pleased beyond expectation with our floor. Looks/Feels like a new house instead of a 28 yr old one! read more

Albert did such as good job, when he was done cleaning the grout, we figured that the previous owner never cleaned the grout, and instead just used black grout filler to repair/replace the damaged grout (because it was so dirty). He did a great job of cleaning the carpets too, and did a fabulous job of making sure he was careful with hoses and all the equipment (not damaging anything). The icing on the cake was Albert's attitude. Very professional, polite and just over all a nice guy who does a great job! read more

Albert is the best. He is reliable and honest. He gives the best value for the service he provides and he was able to save us ton of money by helping us dispute to our builder. He caught what needed to be fixed by the builder and even helped us resolve it. He has the integrity like no other and I really appreciate him. read more

After searching yelp and getting multiple estimates, we decided to request Albert to restore our travertine tile. He quoted us much less than other companies for the same services. Albert and his helper phillip did an excellent job. He really took pride in doing the job well. They filled the missing grout, cleaned grout and tile, filled in all the pits, polished sealed and polished again. Albert is very professional, very trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable about his work. Just an overall excellent experience. We intend to request his services in the future. If you need carpets or furniture cleaning, this is the company to call! Alberto responds nearly immediately to inquiries about his services, and scheduling was done very quickly. He was very professional, and courteous during the entire process. I scheduled an area rug cleaning, and sofa sectional cleaning with Complete Carpet. Alberto contacted me the day before to confirm our appt. When the day came for my carpets, Alberto contacted me a few hours prior to arrival to inform me that he was having some equipment issues, so he might be late or we could reschedule. He told me to give him a day and time, and he would make it work, and apologized profusely. Equipment malfunctions, what can you do; it's the manner that it is handled that matters, and I greatly appreciated him contacting me, way in advance to let me know, and he absolutely made it right. On the rescheduled day, Alberto told me he was on his way, and showed up exactly on time, and got right to work. He explained the process to me, from how long he would be there, to how long it would be before our carpet and furniture would be dry and ready to use, to the cleaning process. Our carpet and furniture had been through it! Between having two dogs, a dirt filled backyard, Las Vegas dust AND getting caught in dirty, dusty home renovations, I didn't think their was much hope of them looking much better. When Alberto finished, our carpets and furniture were clean like new, and nearly dry as well! he left the cusions placed in a way that they could thoroughly dry quickly, and swept the rest of of floor on his way out. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning our rug and furniture, but he gave me a very generous discount just for the inconvenience of having to reschedule. Complete Carpet is a fantastic company - professional, kind, timely, and they do an amazing job! I will 100% be calling them for other projects! read more

There is a reason all the reviews are 5 stars. Albert went above and beyond with customer service and quality work. I knew I had wanted him to do the work when I spoke with him on the phone. He is super friendly and personable. The prices are very reasonable, he gives an accurate and honest estimate before doing any work and the results, wow. My tile floors look amazing, night and day difference. He was accommodating to my schedule, showed up on time, explained the entire process, and even made a recommendation on a cleaner to keep my tile looking fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone needing cleaning for tile, carpet, countertops, and more. Could not be happier. read more

Complete Carpet and Tile Care - After and before, what a difference! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Messaged Albert on a Friday and he came to do the estimate on Saturday. We liked his price so much that we scheduled the service to clean the carpets and tile throughout the entire house. Unfortunately I did not take before pictures. Attached are the after photos. Looks like when we first bought the home. He did a great job and best of all there were no hidden fees or surprise charges. He charged us just a quoted and performed exactly what we discussed. We have had quotes from other companies and they go over all the extras like pet stain removal, deodorizer, stairs, moving furniture, etc. Next thing you know, your not getting the initial deal that got you to call for an estimate in the first place. It ends up being double if not more than then the bait that got you to call in the first place. That was not the case here. We got exactly what we asked for and the job was performed the following Monday. The floors look great! We are beyond happy and will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for floor cleaning services. read more

I called to get one of our rental's tile floored cleaned as the grout was black. I was able to get appointment scheduled with Albert really fast and I was very impressed with his work. He also ended doing some spot cleaning on some stains on the carpet upstairs that had been cleaned by previous tenant. I later called him to get carpet re cleaned and was very happy when he advised us he had used his best stuff on those stains and that was as good as it would get. He was very honest and did not just take the job as he could have easily done. I highly recommend Albert's company. Customer skills were great, he kept in contact and updated me even when I was not present at job site, prices are reasonable and above all he was honest. read more

There is only a few times that I leave reviews, if the the service was excellent and I love the service/product. In this case I loved both. The technician was on time and very friendly (two things that most carpet professionals do not posses). He was knowledgeable on the equipment he was using and answered all of my questions. The service was excellent and worth every penny!!! When ever have you heard of a carpet company offering up a 2 week satisfaction guarantee!!! Well enough of my praises.... Albert is the prime example of what a business owner should be, takes pride in what he stands for and looking out for the customer! I would recommend his services to family and friends. I recently got the keys to my house, and the builder turned over the floors a mess. There was a haze and dirt throughout the home. I find it hard to believe that you go in debt with a big company and they can't even clean your floors properly before turning the home over to you. Well I admit they tried to fix the issue, but honestly turned out to be a waste of time and they ended up just moving the dirt around. I called Albert and he cleaned and sealed the floor properly. Very professional, top quality work products and equipment, I can tell the difference within the first few minutes of the encounter. He really had the home owners best interest and was honest in his recommendations. Even left me some product and tips to maintain my floor! So happy with his work, and thankful I can finally move in! read more

Albert was great! Came out and completed the grout sealing service timely as promised. Will use his service again in the future.

We had our carpet cleaned this morning by Albert. I am so happy we called him. After searching and getting quotes from other companies for a few days my husbands co-worker recommended Albert to us. We were able to set up an appointnent right away which was great because we really needed it. He is really nice and so professional, the pricing is very affordable. He took his time and did an amazing job. Its not wonder his reviews are so great. I will be recommending to everyone I know. read more

Albert arrived in time to clean our recently purchased condo. It has a combination of tile in wet areas and carpet in all other living areas. Total 1250 sq. ft. He had the tile grout looking almost like new. The buildup in the kitchen grout made it looked dark gray. It is 14 years old so couldn't expect a miracle. By the time he was done it was back to the original beige color. All the carpet also turned out top notch. Highly recommend this company if you have tile or carpet cleaning to get done. read more

He did such a great job on the carpet and I would absolutely recommend/contact him in the future. Thank you, Albert! read more

I can't tell you how amazing this company is!! I flew in from Hawaii to help my college children move out of their rental home and the Carpet/Tile Company I had pre scheduled never showed, never returned phone calls and basically left us hanging on a Saturday. I referred to Yelp this see if anyone could help and this Albert stepped up he apologized for the other company and took the job!!! Being the walk through was on Monday he had his crew come out on a Sunday (which is normally an off day) to get the job done!! Talk about an AWESOME customer service!! Plus they did an amazing job on the carpet & Tile. Albert thank you so much for rescuing us and helping me make our final walk through & my flight back to Hawaii!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

Terribly disappointed in Albert. We Spoke the day prior and discussed the details of the job. Scheduled an appt for tile repair the following day. A small job yes but still a job. Initial communication was very good and I was excited to have project done. Left work early to meet him. He no called no showed and would not return texts or msg sent on Yelp. Just bad business!!!!!! A waste of my time and money. I suggest you keep looking for someone more reliable. read more

Very impressed by this young man Albert! Not only does he have great customer service skills, but he's also hard working and HONEST! This was our second time using him and he was going to shampoo all our carpets and do a complete tile cleaning for us. Unfortunately there was a problem with our grout sealer which caused problems with the job. Instead of just doing the job and charging us, he was honest and explained to me why we shouldn't do it. He pay for the day was cut by more than 50% because of his honesty but he's got me as a client for life. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!! read more
