Absolutely terrible. "Karen" is horribly rude and unprofessional. We have pulled our rig from this storage facility because of her attitude. An alarm was going off in our rig and she refused to call me and let me know. She insisted on calling my husband who is on duty with the military (which she was made aware of) and unable to answer his phone. She finally emailed me four hours later and was so disrespectful. Every time I have talked I her she has been unkind and snarky. The spots are over priced and customer service clearly does not matter. read more

they put a lock on my unit even tho it's been paid for until the 20th. can't believe the crap service I got by the ugly lady at the counter. I had to call a hotline number and talk to a Patel ab getting the lock off that should never have been on in the first place. absolutely terrible. read more

The unit is exactly as described online. There are long indoor halls that lead to all units. Staff was friendly and helpful. They require a 10 day notice when vacating the unit. It was very disappointing to find out that they do not prorate on your last month. Huge downfall when you only need a unit for a couple days of your last month. read more

We have been using Monster Storage for the past year and they are really nice storage spaces of all sizes. They aren't climate controlled but they are inside and it is always cool in there. read more

These guys were told that I was moving out at the beginning of March I moved out and cleaned the unit. I talked to the office that said "you need to give us 12 days notice" ok add twelve days of rent not over 1 and a half months rent. They are very expensive which I thought was worth it for the clean area and climate control. But then they steal from me? Insecure and Unprofessional! We had over $8,000 of theft and damages to our storage unit. The back fence is completely fallen down, there are no video cameras and yet they claim to be secure. The security staff noticed damage to our stuff but never informed us. They took NO responsibility at all!! Go someplace else. read more

Very very clean with very good security. The employees are very very helpful. The only thing from stopping from a 5 star rating is the price. It does get a little pricy but if you have the money and items you want kept safe then monster storage is for you. read more

My husband and I have used storage units on and off for years, and Monster is by far our least favorite. Upon calling to make them aware we would be moving our things out, the girl told us we may owe for the month of November, even though we would be moving only 4 DAYS after our October bill. We explained that it made no sense to pay another full month's rent for only 4 days of storage, and she said the manager would call us back with how to proceed, as "he often makes decisions on a case by case basis." Hours later I get an email from the manager- Brad Nelson- saying we would still need to pay for the month of November, again even though we'd be out days before November even began. Then he has the gall to tell me I need to give 10 days notice before moving out, and that I should consider myself lucky because many storage units in town require much longer notice. This of course is untrue, as I have used many other companies in town, Towne Storage currently in fact, which required absolutely no notice at all. I'm not going to let him chicken out with an email, so I tell him to call me when he is available. The following morning he calls me at 7:45 AM!! Apparently this "manager" has absolutely no business experience or common courtesy to wait to call until after 9 AM. Is it just me or doesn't everybody know that? Again he tells us we need to pay for the entire month instead of prorating us for the 4 days. We remind him the girl said it is determined on a case by case basis, and if 4 days isn't worthy of a prorated rate, what is?! But he says she works at a call center and basically that she doesn't know what she's talking about. Brad Nelson- Apparently you needed the money so badly that you felt it was more important than keeping a customer, who will surely need storage again. I hope you have the business sense to realize the money you made is nothing compared to that which a loyal customer and his referrals can bring you. Time to go to business school! read more

I liked it until it was time to move out... Karen tried to debit my bank account two weeks EARLY... It was ALWAYS debited on the fifth of the month... Checking my bank statements, I also saw where they debited my account for MORE than my monthly rate... I participated in their PROMO for the free unit for the month of December... But, I was arbitrarily charged $45 even though I had already paid (ACH) for my first unit's monthly fee of $35 for the month of December... **FREE** does not mean $45... Brad tried to bill me for an additional unit on 12/22, even though that **FREE** unit was for the ENTIRE MONTH of December... I also received a voice mail rudely telling me that I had left a bicycle there when I moved out... I don't even own a bicycle! Karen said she "threw it away" for me!! Brad did not give me a receipt for the $45 which I DID NOT OWE!!! Fortunately, I have ALL of my electronic records AND Voice Mail messages as proof! Other than DISHONESTY & RUDENESS, Monster was okay... read more

Excellent service!! Very quick and no hassles . Clean, well kept area. So glad I found them. I received a great deal because I have a unit on the 3rd level. You just drive up and around the building, no stairs. Dolly's are provided and surveillance is 24 hour. read more

I am blown away by this place. My husband has a medical condition that makes him seem a little strange at times, nothing to frighten anyone and there is never any aggression behind it. Today was our third day at the unit, still moving things in. The lady that works the front desk has really put the works in it for this one. As my husband and I were exiting the unit after being there for less than a half an hour, moving a bed in, we were approached by two officers. She called them and told them that my husband was scaring other customers, that we had been living out of our unit, there for hours on end and kept coming back at hours after closing. Let me tell you that our unit is a five by seven (height not width). We have a California king in there along with boxes stacked on top of each other, dressers and all, there is absolutely no way either one of us can walk into it, little alone both of us be sleeping in there. They accused us of selling drugs out of the unit, I'm assuming because of my husband's condition. I did bring my service animal onto the property and there are postings that say no animals but the funny thing is, the first day we were there signing the contract she offered my dog to go into restroom to get water. I only brought her back because I assumed services animals would be OK, especially since she offered. Now tomorrow will be the fourth day of using the unit and I am so over that place. I will not be renting it next month. She is a snob, she makes it very clear to come by our unit multiple times when we are there, babysitting us. I have never been treated like this by a company before. She makes snide comments and demands towards us, every time that we see her. I am going to call the owner tomorrow but by looking at the other reviews, it looks like nothing will be done and I will probably be charged more for some unknown reason. read more
