They will nickel & dime you, they have two prices there price online and walk in. It's up to you to know to give the online price then it depends what floor. A 5x5 $39 or $47. Then they don't tell you until last that there is security fee of $10 then you have to pay for there lock $15. They don't prorate months so whatever day you start is when it's due. They act like its all a favor so you will reciprocate. But it's all a sales tactic. I drove down the street to Bella Vista storage within 5 mins I had a bigger and cheaper locker they prorated the month I was able to use my own lock. There prices are clearly marked. They don't hide it on there clip board. 5x10 $30.

Gail Cloud, owner of Southwest Moving & Relocation, in St. George Utah, is a thief, a fraud and a…read moreliar. THIEF: He has kept my Baldez stationary exercise bicycle, expensive Honda pressure washer and other miscellaneous items. He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised. In my opinion Gail is a liar. For more detailed information you may want to review my complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau of Salt Lake City, Utah. Complaint dated, 6/7/ 2023

First impression was good. Went quickly down hill from there. Several small business located in an open mini mall setup. Went into U-Haul part. Nobody there. No problem. Waited 5 minutes. Noticed door bell on wall. No sign off anyone working there. Rang switch... doorbell rang throughout building. Ok so someone will come now. NOPE. Another 5 minutes. Then a guy came in ( didn't acknowledge or say anything to me) went in back room. Came back out way to busy to even say something. Totally avoiding me. After 2-3 awkward minutes he asked if "she had helped me"? I remember seeing a lady getting into a truck while coming in. I asked if that was her. Here is where it really went south. His reply??? She's moving trucks because they can't park there. Oh OK! That's ok but am I supposed to know that. He said it like I had known that for years. Excuse me!!! About that time he asked what my name was. He checked computer & wow!! Took key, was gone for 2 minutes & cMe back in and said your good to go with a receipt. Then the gal came in. All this took 20 minutes. When he actually started to help me & do his job it was less than 5 min. Why the attitude??? Who knows. I wouldn't go back or recommend. Terrible customer service and attitude.

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. I'm a bit older, and it was a bit challenging to deal with the "everything on line", but it was very straight forward, and not too bad at all. Thanks, highly recommend.

They send a notice that that they had to do an update for payment, and we do our best to accomodate them. This has gone on for me for over a month! Now, because if their problem our code does not work...they have even charged me a late fee which i would pay to get my stuff out of there even though its two weeks to their advantage. I also have read from other upset customers that they then take over the storage unit and sell the goods ALL WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO THE RENTERS..PATHETIC.
