She insisted on calling my husband who is on duty with the military (which she was made aware of) and unable to answer his phone. She finally emailed me four hours later and was so disrespectful. Every time I have talked I her she has been unkind and snarky. The spots are over priced and customer service clearly does not matter.

They will nickel & dime you, they have two prices there price online and walk in. It's up to you to know to give the online price then it depends what floor. A 5x5 $39 or $47. Then they don't tell you until last that there is security fee of $10 then you have to pay for there lock $15. They don't prorate months so whatever day you start is when it's due. They act like its all a favor so you will reciprocate. But it's all a sales tactic. I drove down the street to Bella Vista storage within 5 mins I had a bigger and cheaper locker they prorated the month I was able to use my own lock. There prices are clearly marked. They don't hide it on there clip board. 5x10 $30.

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. Like a robot, she kept repeating, " I'm sorry but rates are based on occupancy and competitive market rates". Unprofessional and unethical to raise rates without notice just because you have it on recurring auto pay which is required and no one to voice concerns to. Yes, I will be moving asap. And I will be reporting their practices to the BBB. I would never recommend their storage facility.
