I had their tech guy come out who flat out informed me their towers can't support the users so how much you get will fluctuate no matter what you pay. (sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen). Tytan Security came highly recommended to me, and they have absolutely lived up to that…read morerecommendation. I have personally recommended them to several family members and friends throughout Utah because I have been so impressed with their service. I honestly wish they traveled out of state because I would have them install and service the security systems at my other homes--that's how much I trust them! They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. Their customer service is exceptional. They are available by text 24/7 for questions or concerns, and they always make sure my questions are completely answered. What really stands out to me is that almost a year after my installation, they are still just as responsive as they were on day one. Whenever I have a question, they respond promptly and are always willing to help. I truly cannot say enough good things about Tytan Security. Finding a company that provides this level of service before, during, AND long after the installation is rare. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional security company. They have definitely earned my five stars!

Before calling, we saw some mixed reviews online, but since the system was already installed we decided to reach out and see what our experience would be like. From the very first interaction, we were impressed. They could not have been nicer, more professional, or quicker to respond. The manager, Travis, and one of his associates came out to our home and spent time answering our questions about the system. Their knowledge, professionalism, and overall friendliness were refreshing. It's not often you meet people who are both highly knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. About six months later, we had a few more questions and called again. Travis actually answered the phone and, to our surprise, remembered both us and our house. That personal touch meant a lot. Within just a few hours, an associate came by to help us out. Our home is somewhat remote, so the quick response was more than we expected. Once again, the service and professionalism were outstanding. It's clear they truly care about their customers. Our experience with Tytan Security has been excellent, and we would absolutely recommend them.
