When we first bought our home, we noticed the security system was already set up through Tytan Security. Before calling, we saw some mixed reviews online, but since the system was already installed we decided to reach out and see what our experience would be like. From the very first interaction, we were impressed. They could not have been nicer, more professional, or quicker to respond. The manager, Travis, and one of his associates came out to our home and spent time answering our questions about the system. Their knowledge, professionalism, and overall friendliness were refreshing. It's not often you meet people who are both highly knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. About six months later, we had a few more questions and called again. Travis actually answered the phone and, to our surprise, remembered both us and our house. That personal touch meant a lot. Within just a few hours, an associate came by to help us out. Our home is somewhat remote, so the quick response was more than we expected. Once again, the service and professionalism were outstanding. It's clear they truly care about their customers. Well this is my 1st time ever reviewing a security services company and based upon my experience with Tytan, it will probably be my only review because we are so pleased with their services. From the initial contact at the 2019 Cedar City Home & Garden show, I was relieved that the sales contract matched what was promised by the sales representative. The installation and follow up service appointments have been on time and performed by caring and competent technicians. The two (accidental) tripped alarms proved that the 'home office security monitoring' employees were quick and professional in their responses demonstrating the service as promised in the sales presentation. (Yes! I am sorry! It was an accident!). The local office staff (phones & billing) have been exceptional service providers as well as the technicians and the sales representative. I am very grateful that Tytan has employed such a group of talented individuals in the Cedar Office. We have been customers since April 2019 and we will retain Tytan as our home security provider and have no reservations in recommending them to others who are interested in a quality home security system. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. First, they never, ever answer their phones, and they VERY rarely return phone calls. I called 7 times to have our door lock fixed/replaced before going out of town, and received no calls back at all. I was so frustrated, when we returned to town I decided to cancel our service and finally received a call back after leaving a voicemail saying I wanted to cancel. I was told to send them an email requesting a cancellation, which I did immediately, then the following month I was charged for our normal monthly subscription fee. I have called Tytan Security 3 times now, leaving messages each time because they never answer their phones, asking why I was charged. I have, of course, received no call back at all, so was forced to call my bank and change my bank account card. I am completely amazed at how the company management handles customers, and I do not recommend them to anyone. read more

I do not recommend signing a contract with this company they always start with a great price but never ever follow through. because they did not come we had some vandalism on on our property that would not have happened if the cameras they promised had been in place They had promised to put security measures in place for 3 months but I cannot get them to come they also will not come and repair any equipment that they initially installed I am very disappointed in this company read more

Super nice getting you set up and locked in and then service is gone. They'll just send you to the alarm service they use and are worthless. Nice people but much better options out there. Sent a text on March 9th to cancel service. They replied on March 17th telling me to email them to "request" to cancel. Sent the email and they said I had to mail in a letter "requesting" to cancel to the alarm company and that I have to give 30 days notice. Sent the letter in and heard nothing back. Email Tytan again and they told me to call the alarm company. Use someone else. read more
