It's enormous, well-maintained, and a real treasure for Cedar City. He also assured me that they had a warranty. When I went back to purchase the spa a few days later Mike was not there. The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my brand new hot tub because it doesn't look like this business honors service warranty. Shame.

Dionicio provided me with a bid that beat out all of the other bids that I had received and he said his crew could start by Monday (I got the bid on a Friday). Not only did the crew show up at the exact time they promised but they were also professional and very kind and hard working! The job was finished within the 2 days that he had said it would take and the crew were efficient and especially clean!! They left my backyard looking better than it had when they started. This may have been a small job to some but it was 120 linear feet of block fencing with a new cap and it was very important to us to keep our dogs in and safe. We were so happy and impressed by the exceptional work that was done and we look forward to using them again when we are ready to put in sod!
