He also assured me that they had a warranty. When I went back to purchase the spa a few days later Mike was not there. The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my brand new hot tub because it doesn't look like this business honors service warranty. Shame.

We purchased a new spa from Paradise a few years back and payed to have it delivered and installed…read more They kept postponing the delivery date for one excuse or another and then when we complained the lady on the phone got made at us for complaining. Now I need service on the spa so I call but get a young girl who had no clue about anything. She told me that the tech was out to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. After 2 days of waiting I diagnosed the problem myself and called back for parts. I was told that they would have to look it up and that it might take a few days due to the manufacturer changes the log in to the website. I then gave the guy the factory part number as I was on said website but he was still unable to check his stock at that time. Two weeks later Sandy called me to tell me that they were ordering the part I needed and as soon as it got in they would in turn send it to me. I asked Sandy why it took so long to call me back to which she had no response. The part I needed was available online and I called San Diego Spa Sales. They gave me a great price and instructions on how to install it and I had it in hand two days later. When I told Sandy at Paradise that their customer service was very poor she just said "well I guess we need to work on it". Not once did she offer up an apology or a reason why it took two weeks just to return my call. Needless to say they have lost a customer and I will spread the word about their horrible service!!!

So many things wrong!!! They finished the job late in the winter so I didn't discover all the…read morethings wrong until spring when I turned on the sprinkler system. I paid so much money and the work looked good on the surface but was horrible underneath. The workers said that we would no longer have sprinklers in the middle of the yard. Well that is because they buried the sprinklers!! here is the list of 5 different sprinklers that had big problems. 1 Sprinkler was buried under the drainage pipe that was added 2 sprinkler buried with attached funny pipe that was just open water gushed out. 3 sprinkler middle end of the yard buried/ you can see both holes 4 drip pipe went to the 3 plants that they planted and then was zip tied off so it was no longer hooked to the rest of the flower beds. 5 sprinkler middle of the yard buried stay far away from this company!

Taylor, supervised the upgrade of our infinity pool. The infinity ledge is not level so only 1/2 of…read morethe water goes over. Because of the issue, It has caused issues with our pumps due the the skimmer doesn't get enough water. Taylor said he would make it right, but after several weeks, he said a friend of his looked at it and said the pool is not designed to flow evenly. I had another contractor come by yesterday. He totally disagreed with GTD assessment plus he said the tile work was not done properly and should be replaced. He is fixing the issue we paid GTD to do properly in the first place.

Near the end I found out he was trying to do 70+ pools at the same time. Price you pay is for a real basic pool. Anything like tile, or most things you think should come with it are upgrades. Plan on at least 15k more to finish. Has bad attitude with customer service. Pretty much your on your own. All they want is money down so they can string you along. He know what he's doing, but sadly he's lost his way on remembering how to treat customers and in a timely manner. When it was finally finished he never showed us how to operate the pool. Had to hire another company to do start up and get things going. To sum it up just a hard pass on this company. Horror stories from my own pool to other customers. Lawsuits against him for shoddy workmanship. So many great pool companies it Washington county you need to do your home work. Talk with actual customers and that would be best gauge of how the company really is.
