Always seemed to be a good reason: need to schedule the plumber, need to have the cement dry, etc. But these reasonable delays added months before the job was completed. Then, there was a rush to finish the job; rather than level the floor with quick-dry cement, they put in a few of the unused floor planks. The floor is soft there but the tub hides the problem. But the very disappointing thing is their attempts now to collect $800 above their bid quote. Repeated attempts -- telephone and emails -- have not resulted in any response. Telephone calls go to voicemail--no response to emails. I'm waiting for an explanation for the overcharge before I make payment.

However, the process itself was frustrating and there were several issues that affected our experience. The biggest concern was communication and scheduling. We were told work would begin on a specific date and that the concrete prep and pour would take about a day and a half. When the start date arrived, no one showed up. After reaching out, we were told someone would come later that day to drop off equipment. Instead of a crew, one individual handled most of the work, and the preparation process stretched out over approximately a week and a half with several days where little or no work occurred. Prior to the concrete pour, we noticed multiple concerns, including missing rebar spacers, unfinished edges, a light pole footing that wasn't squared up, and no expansion joint installed between the court and our fence. We raised these concerns before the pour and were assured they would be addressed. While the finished court looks good cosmetically, these construction issues left us questioning the quality of the concrete work and whether the court will hold up properly over time. We were also told earlier in the process that custom court colors would be available, but on the day of painting we were informed we could only choose from a limited selection of colors which was somewhat dissapointing. The court looks beautiful today, and that is the reason we are not leaving a completely negative review. However, our biggest concern is that the concrete subcontractor's work may create long-term problems that are not yet visible. We invested a significant amount of money in this project and expected greater attention to detail during the preparation and concrete phases. While we hope the court performs well for many years, we are left with concerns about its long-term durability because of the issues we observed during construction.

They respond ASAP to request for quotes and can be trusted to complete the project. Emails and text messages are also answered promptly. Both Tasha and Moss are down-to-earth and has a sense of humor. I considered Tasha and Moss to be Jack and Jill of all trades. I like working with a husband and wife team that posses diverse skill sets verses hiring multiple contractors. I already have another project for them to start in a few months. Hopefully, they will still be able to fit me into their busy schedule.

We have a putting green next to where the patio was being poured and they made sure the putting green was covered in plastic to make sure there was no chance of cement spilling onto the green.
